My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Staff was nice, place and rooms very pleasant and clean. The selection at breakfast was great. Tv in the room up to date. The only problems were at the gym all the machines were not working or broken. The girl at the spa desk was no help. The AC was not working and the room was hot at some points. But i would still stay agin.

This is the best hotel we have stayed in Morocco. We stayed in Fes and Chefchaouen before two night stay here. The best room layout except for the glass enclosing at toilet area. The breakfast is perfect as well as the team serving there. Reception was fine but they made a mistake in charging us the tax but later on we were refunded. When selecting the hotel it says on the pool photo that its open until 11 pm but it was only the dining area so on our first day we missed it as we arrived nearly 6pm and only learned it when we got up the roof top pool with out swimsuit on. I also had hammam and relaxing massage package. It’s good that they are open until 9pm. The Hamam was amazing! Sanaa was great in Hamam but not so good with the massage, it was very light pressure and her nails were not cut so somehow it scratches my skin not painful though. We love their bed and linen that we bought a set! Thanks to the receptionist who helped us get it done with their laundry department. On our second day we also were not able to enjoy the pool. We got in at 2 pm on a Friday but we were not aware that they will not have any service because it was prayer time. So there was no one there and we dont have any towels. There was also no day bed to use because the deck was arranged as dining not for pool use :( we were disappointed and the main reason we selected this hotel is to use the pool. It was also very hot time but their pool was so cold. Overall good hotel in good location

Personnel au top !! María a été d une gentillesse incroyable et ça ça change tout merci beaucoup à elle … Il y a eu un problème avec la piscine qui n était fonctionnel le jour où on a séjourner dommage mais l hôtel a été commerçant nous a offert le petit déjeuner et permis de nous baigner à la piscine d un autre hôtel à côté .. Le cadre est reposant et la vue splendide nous avions la suite sirocco je la recommande !!

This hotel was right in between downtown and the airport, while they don’t have a shuttle you can communicate with the front desk and they will get a car to pick you up at any time you request! After a long trip throughout Morocco it was nice to be in a hotel with a full bar:) the rooms were spacious and comfortable and would recommend to anyone!

It was conveniently located close to business district. The friendliness of the staff was excellent. Breakfast, buffet style , was sufficient. Dinner had optines buffet style or a la carte, prices are reasonable. Spa was good with enough choices for a stay. Staff throughout the stay was very helpful.

Das Hotel ist super, das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit , 7 km von der Moschee Hassan II entfernt , die Einrichtung ist schön und hat ein Urlaubsfeeling , das einzige Manko das Gym könnte man vergrößern und manche Geräte erneuern

It has not been cleaned first day until I requested it. There was not any tea bag or coffee. I could not able to find any one to book Spa in 3 days. I called for reservation and they never come back or showed on in the spa desk..

Location of the hotel is great, there is carefour supermarket nearly and pharmacy and tram stop so you can go easily to town centre. Breakfast very tasty and lot of option. Rooms very dirty I was on 4th floor and I found cockroaches in the toilet, my friend was on 3th floor and he have bed bugs as he has lot of tiny bites on his body. Carpets in the room appealing very dirty and they should be change 20 years ago stains all over the carpets. This is definitely not 4 star hotel.

Séjour correct, voituriers et serveurs disponibles, discrets et professionnels, dommage que les petits déjeuners ne soient pas à la hauteur tous les jours ( viennoiseries de la veille deux jours sur cinq), bémol également concernant la chambre (propreté décevante, il manque très fréquemment un « service » exemple serviettes / gel douche/ eau….) est-ce par manque de temps, d’économie, de formation ou de rigueur ???? Dommage car nous poursuivons notre séjour dans un autre hôtel

Same issue as last time with the air con not being fixed and left unfixed after several requests over the 2 days. Other than that when it did get finally fixed, the regular staff were back and absolutely splendid ti be around.

C’était horrible J’ai séjourne dans cette hotel 5 fois durant cette année Les anciens séjours c’était corrrect Mais cette fois ci j’ai une chambre avec un son d’égout toute la nuit. On a pas pu dormir suite au bruits provenant de la chambre juste à côte (insonorisation catastrophique) Sans parler qu’ils n’ont jamais eux l’amabilité de faire un geste commercial avec un client qui vient assez souvent !

Karim at the front desk was so disrespectful, when I asked him to upgrade my room since i am platinum on Expedia he just laughed and didn’t say anything. We booked a city view and got a view of the next building. If your Moroccan wallah don’t come here so disrespectful they only nice to people out of the country.

This should be rated at 3 star not 4 (they have a pool). The AC in my room did not work properly, air conditioner was running but did not cool the room. Unpleasant sleeping experience. All the noise from hallway people talking, door closing you can hear in the room. Not a great experience.

Chambre spacieuse avec une literie confortable. L'hôtel est situdans une zone avec peu de restaurants mais proche du tram. Attention à bien mettre le soir le panneau pour refuser le ménage sous peine d'être réveillé le lendemain matin.

Breakfast wasn't good, same menu for full week, each day single water bottle (500ml) provided to me, Tea / coffee bags not provided and even no tea spoon wasn't there. Room was comfortable and clean, big space.

Please please please do not stay at this hotel the front desk lady was so rude, unfriendly, not at all what you would expect from front desk. Never in my years of traveling & staying in 5 star hotels all over the world that I had encountered such an issue. I was charged for a towel that housekeeping didn’t replace, apparently each room has two bath towels and two hand towels so when housekeeping came she only put one hand towels in my room. When I got back to my room I only saw one hand towel and didn’t think anything of it because I’m by myself and there was no need to get two hand towels little do I know at checkout they charge me $35 for the hand towel that’s missing. If you do stay at this hotel, make sure you count the towels before you come in and each time housekeeping come because if she forgot to put a towel they will charge you for missing towel. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS
Please please please do not stay at this hotel the front desk lady was so rude, unfriendly, not at all what you would expect from front desk. Never in my years of traveling & staying in 5 star hotels all over the world that I had encountered such an issue. I was charged for a towel that housekeeping didn’t replace, apparently each room has two bath towels and two hand towels so when housekeeping came she only put one hand towels in my room. When I got back to my room I only saw one hand towel and didn’t think anything of it because I’m by myself and there was no need to get two hand towels little do I know at checkout they charge me $35 for the hand towel that’s missing. If you do stay at this hotel, make sure you count the towels before you come in and each time housekeeping come because if she forgot to put a towel they will charge you for missing towel. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

Location of the hotel is great, there is carefour supermarket nearly and pharmacy and tram stop so you can go easily to town centre. Breakfast very tasty and lot of option. Rooms very dirty I was on 4th floor and I found cockroaches in the toilet, my friend was on 3th floor and he have bed bugs as he has lot of tiny bites on his body. Carpets in the room appealing very dirty and they should be change 20 years ago stains all over the carpets. This is definitely not 4 star hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. They had buffet for breakfast which I had to pay extra for; it had various options and was delicious. The staff (Khaled and Loubna) were amazing people and answered all my questions I had about the city/neighborhood. However, this property was sort of far from tourist attractions so I had to take a cab or the tram. It was okay to me to take transportation which allowed me explore the city more and socialize with people. Highly recommend this property!

This hotel was right in between downtown and the airport, while they don’t have a shuttle you can communicate with the front desk and they will get a car to pick you up at any time you request! After a long trip throughout Morocco it was nice to be in a hotel with a full bar:) the rooms were spacious and comfortable and would recommend to anyone!

The staff at the reception were very nice and helpful. Two of the receptionists, Loubana and Asmara, went out of their way to make sure that we had a nice stay. The rooms were also spacious and well maintained. The only negative was the lack of dining options near the hotel

Séjour correct, voituriers et serveurs disponibles, discrets et professionnels, dommage que les petits déjeuners ne soient pas à la hauteur tous les jours ( viennoiseries de la veille deux jours sur cinq), bémol également concernant la chambre (propreté décevante, il manque très fréquemment un « service » exemple serviettes / gel douche/ eau….) est-ce par manque de temps, d’économie, de formation ou de rigueur ???? This is the best hotel we have stayed in Morocco. We stayed in Fes and Chefchaouen before two night stay here. The best room layout except for the glass enclosing at toilet area. The breakfast is perfect as well as the team serving there. Reception was fine but they made a mistake in charging us the tax but later on we were refunded. When selecting the hotel it says on the pool photo that its open until 11 pm but it was only the dining area so on our first day we missed it as we arrived nearly 6pm and only learned it when we got up the roof top pool with out swimsuit on. I also had hammam and relaxing massage package. It’s good that they are open until 9pm. The Hamam was amazing! Sanaa was great in Hamam but not so good with the massage, it was very light pressure and her nails were not cut so somehow it scratches my skin not painful though. We love their bed and linen that we bought a set! Thanks to the receptionist who helped us get it done with their laundry department. On our second day we also were not able to enjoy the pool. We got in at 2 pm on a Friday but we were not aware that they will not have any service because it was prayer time. So there was no one there and we dont have any towels. There was also no day bed to use because the deck was arranged as dining not for pool use :( we were disappointed and the main reason we selected this hotel is to use the pool. It was also very hot time but their pool was so cold. Overall good hotel in good location

We tripped around Morocco for 4 weeks and this hotel had the best breakfast,lunch,room(with 2 balconies-Room 501),bathroom and bed out of all the hotels we stayed in! We were on a premium tour. However we did have to wait until 10 pm for our extra bed to be delivered! This is a great place to stay!

Great hotel for families. The staff was mostly friendly and the place was clean. I had a hard time getting my room cleaned because the cleaning staff seems to stop before 1p so it’ll be a morning clean up or no clean up. Very poor Guest service, room cleaning person don't keep drinking water, only one bottle was offered daily. If you call reception for help, you will get the service after an hour. This is my 3rd stay in this hotel and I suggested to my colleagues. They are also pissed off with hotel response. All days same menu for Breakfast. No one is supporting for handling luggages while check in and check out. Totally waste of money.
