Great stay. Will stay again next time I am in town

Everything was Awesome; Great breakfast options, clean room, all day complimentary coffee bar. The 1 and only issue was with the bathroom. There were some black marks on the wall by the toilet. It's easy to notice because of the contrasting colour against the silvery wall. I don't driver so I cant say anything about the parking situation, but upon glancing at the parking lot, it seemed like there was plenty of room. I hear there is also underground parking, but for a fee. The staff was very helpful. This was my fist time at a hotel alone and I was unaware of the concept of a deposit. I exhausted every payment option as I didn't have the money for it because I didn't plan for it. It was at that point the man at the front desk offered me a solution; He sent my mom an email so I could use her card for the deposit. It's only 4*s because of the bathroom situation, but if I could have given 4.5, I would have.

The staff didnt make you feel at home. It was more like you were visiting there house.

Good value for the money.

I was disappointed when at check out i told the staff member that my shower in my room didn't work. She took the room number and said sorry about that. So.. didn't get to have a shower, and no compensation. A little disappointed, since i had been to the concert the night before and could of used one. Hopefully it get's fixed for the next person who gets that room. Frustrated, since at check in, your staff members where working very hard to get to get a better deal for someone checking in.. A little disappointing.
