We loved our stay and were blown away by the size of our room! The bathroom was amazing too!! Such value for money. We couldn't fault this property. The hotel is full of charm and character. We had a very late check-in and the staff were friendly and very welcoming! The room was clean, bed was comfy and we had a great view from our room. wifi was excellent! Breakfast again we were amazed, a full English! The location is perfect, walking distance to many attractions. You really are in the heart of the city! Can't recommend this hotel enough! The stay was ok. We booked a room for two people and two beds and got one towel and the beds were pushed together and made as one. The elevators were so slow. Take the stairs. There was lots of military presence outside when we arrived late and the Uber driver struggled to find it. Once inside we felt fine but we weren’t sure about the safety in the area. Breakfast was just okay.

the staff is lovely, everyone of them, they have one priority, making you feeling welcome, the hotel is close to everything , the room are spacious, the bar and restaurant is beautiful , top quality drinks and the food is absolutely amazing. the only down side is it can be noisy at night when bans are playing in the food court across the street. will definitely come back.
