Very nice property. Large room Pool was closed for upgrade. But Possibly due to unfortunate celebrity death a few weeks earlier

El hotel tiene un excelente ubicación en la mejor zona de Palermo. La recepción es muy linda, tiene habitaciones cómodas, luminosas y muy bien equipadas. El baño tiene un muy buen diseño. En general es recomendable pero tiene dos grandes puntos en contra: el desayuno es muy muy básico, no está a la altura del hotel, parece un desayuno de un hotel 2 estrellas. El otro punto en contra: la piscina, el agua con muchísimo cloro y muy sucia. También los alrededores de la piscina sucios con telarañas. Una lástima porque le restan mucho a la experiencia.

This was our final hotel after seven weeks away we were travel weary and there were clear pros and cons to this hotel. Staff were amazing, Laura on the front desk in particular. Location and surrounding area was what we wanted and needed. However for the price and status of this hotel it is tired and not up to spec. Firstly there were many reviews of the AMAZING rooftop bar being one of the best in BA. It is closed - and when asked about it there was no real comment or explanation offered/ this is one of the reasons we booked this property so disappointing to find this. It’s a dark empty rooftop space with some garden furniture but not even a tap or jug to get a cold water ( this remains advertised on the website despite clearly being shut for some time) $3 for a Nespresso capsule - Really! & $18 ( USD) for a small plate of French fries! Flagged with staff - yes management know customers complain was the reply. The pool area needs some love - it and the spa area are tiled with mosaic / but walking barefoot thru this space, tiles would come undone and stick to your feet! A staff member saw this on one occasion and giggled and walked off with the tile in hand. The pool is missing many such tiles and it’s little things like this that take the sheen off a hotel that has the real potential to be very luxurious. The dark corridor walls to the bedrooms and the rooms them selves are scuffed and dirty - not a major thing but lowers the impression of the place.

The big problem is the loud music till 2 am. Hotel rents terrace for parties. Other than that great location. Nice rooms. Ok breakfast.

This hotel is a great location as a home base to tour BA. Great breakfast, nice restaurant, very attentive doorman and front desk, a pleasant overall experience. Roofdeck nice for sunbathing/ wine with friends. The pool (2nd floor deck) is a little small. I'd definitely stay again and in fact likely will.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and quiet. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel did not seem to notice this. The second issue was that breakfast was uninspiring and very limited. Reasonably good value for money when we went though.

The room was really nice and very clean. The cleaning staff were good. One additional item we didn’t expect from a hotel of this price was that they charge for every single item (for example we had to pay for each coffee we wanted in our room in the morning). No free morning coffee in your room at an 4 star hotel was surprising. All in all we had the same level of service we received from 2 star hostels that cost a quarter of the price.

My friend or I had to take turns getting escorting to our room so they could let us in. I was asking the kitchen staff for almond milks. They have it. I guess they assumed I didn’t understand Spanish, they were talking about us and laughing in our face. They never greeted us when we would arrive in the hotel or in and out of the hotel. The only time they were nice was at checkout. Also, I saw ants in the room around the snack bar.

Excellent facilities, spacious and very clean rooms. Comfortable bed and temperature. Inconsistent service level and poor breakfast, especially seeing how the restaurant offers great vegetarian options. Location is great for walking, exploring local restaurants and coffee shops.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size but perhaps a little stark and not cosy. I was in BA for business and there was not a good working space in the room. Area is good with lots of restaurants nearby.

We had a large balcony suite. Not a spectacular view - we looked over the backs of several buildings and there was construction, but likely quieter than street side rooms. Bed very comfortable and staff attentive and very prompt if we had a special request ( extra ice for champagne, etc. Palermo is nice quiet area with many restaurants close by.

The big problem is the loud music till 2 am. Hotel rents terrace for parties. Other than that great location. Nice rooms. Ok breakfast.

Room was very spacious!

I recently stayed for 5 nights at this hotel. I have everything good to say about it . The location is near restaurants and bars in very secure neighborhood of Palermo. The staff is very courteous and helpful. They had wonderful recommendations of things to do. The hotel is very clean and well kept right next to an awesome café is you decline the hotel breakfast. The hotel offers a free tour of the city with a guide who is very knowledgeable of the city and speaks both Spanish and English fluently. I highly recommend

Most staff did not speak English or understand much. Did not verify information and asked us to leave during our 2 day stay when we had 6 days..

Atendimento ruim, com café da manhã vegano (horrível), banheiro com vazamento de água pelo banheiro e TV não funcionava durante todo tempo e fizemos vários pedidos para correção e nada foi atendido.

Then we called the front desk and room service line a few times before eventually ordering food outside the hotel. They wouldn’t let the person bring it up so we had to go back down and get it. The room was really nice and very clean. The cleaning staff were good. One additional item we didn’t expect from a hotel of this price was that they charge for every single item (for example we had to pay for each coffee we wanted in our room in the morning). No free morning coffee in your room at an 4 star hotel was surprising. All in all we had the same level of service we received from 2 star hostels that cost a quarter of the price.

Staff was great from the start. I had really heavy bags, and it was nice that the team grabbed them and took them to the room as well as in the cab. When I left, the bag storage was great so I could roam around town. Let an expensive hat in the room when I checked out and they had saved it for me.

Great location in fun neighborhood. Stayed for business trip but would be excellent choice for vacation spot.

El desayuno no esta de acuerdo al precio, te ponen las medialunas del día anterior, no vay variedad de productos...no había ni jamón. Solo ponen un solo tipo de pan. Además, dejé olvidado algo en la habitación y no me lo devolvieron, la mucana no lo habia visto o quizas lo botó, así me dijeron...nadie sabe nada... Eso fue lo peor. The breakfast is not according to the price, they give you the croissants from the day before, there is no variety of products...there was not even ham. Also, I forgot something in the room and they didn't return it to me, the maid hadn't seen it or maybe she threw it away, so they told me... nobody knows anything... That was the worst. I do not recommend it!

Relación precio calidad mala, es un hotel caro que no está a nivel de lo que cobran, el personal aburrido sin ganas de atender, el desayuno es malo es de los peores que me ha tocado en hoteles de esta categoría. Por el mismo precio recomiendo vean otras opciones.
