The staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was limited but adequate. Location is about 10 mins walk to supermarket, the mall and public bus stop. Argus is a relatively new hotel and I have stayed there several times. I like it especially because the room flooring is tiles and not carpet. Overall if your looking for a clean budget hotel then this hotel is worth staying.
