The staff were really friendly and the room was nice and clean. But, while I stayed for three nights, I did not get my room cleaned once. Even when I asked for new towels in the morning, they were not delivered when I came back in the afternoon. They said the computer system to manage cleaning was not working, but... In addition, some extremely noisy club music was on until 2:30am every night and it was very disturbing. So, ask for a room on the quiet side (if there is any).

Room phone wasn’t working, all the tv channels weren’t working, one of the toilets didn’t flush and kept running, missing aircon remote, and aircon running hot air in the secondary bedroom.

The room was very clean and modern, as was the hotel.The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was in an excellent central location.
