This is a very nice clean hotel in the middle of old town, Liz boy. However, there is much construction going on all around the hotel and the noise level and dust on everything is very apparent. Also, because it’s in the center of old town, Laboa certain streets are not accessible after 10:30 AM by cars so if you wish to get an Uber or taxi, you will have to walk a couple blocks for midpoint. It is however very nice. The staff is helpful and attached restaurant is very good and loaded with quality food and service Central location does lead itself to certain sightseeing options that are now within walking distance and a bounds in every direction as well as good food if you venture out just a block or two. Walking distance to any transportation option, you choose, including Metro taxi, Uber and electric rail. Even tuk tuks are late located nearby. Overall, a very nice experience good clean rooms all the amenities quotation marks, except for power plug adapters. Wouldn’t certainly stay there again, especially knowing that Construction would most likely be done in that area would be quieter industry. Enjoy.

The hotel is in a great location. The room and bathroom were spacious enough for 2. The staff was great and helpful. There is a bar present but it’s not a true bar. A server comes from next door to pour a drink. So if a bar in the lobby is important, this hotel may not be for you. Would definitely stay here again

A good choice for those wanting to stay in the "thick of things." Staff was exceptionally helpful. Our room, if somewhat small, featured nice amenities and a very comfortable bed. It had a nice Juliet balcony that overlooked the streets below and the rooftops of adjacent buildings. The in-house restaurant featured some wonderful dishes for dinner and a good breakfast. Comfy.

Very clean room. Elevator did not reach the 5th floor and concierge got the luggage up, but forgot to schedule the for the luggage to be brought down. Can I please get a final invoice.

The staff were very friendly. They offered custard tarts and porto wine upon arrival. Regular water refills would be appreciated. The amenities were basic but the location was perfectly situated in the cities downtown area.

Over 50 restaurants easily. Located on a pedestrian street. We did not hear any street noise from our room facing the street. Would recommend the Be Hotel Lisboa. Only problem is not being dropped off close to the hotel and Uber drivers not knowing they can drive on the pedestrian street on off hours. If the front desk clerk did know where most of the Uber drivers wait, we would have missed our ride to the airport for a 7:00am flight. Thanks to the front desk clerk we made our flight

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Un très bon accueil, du personnel à l’écoute et agréable. Nous avons eu une bouteille de vin offerte ainsi qu’une bouteille d’eau, mais également un bon de -20% dans le restaurant de l’hôtel. L’hôtel est très beau et bien situé. J’ai apprécié l’ascenseur en verre !

Very nice and comfortable hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. From the welcoming glass of port and custard tart to helping make reservations for a fado dinner and show. Great location near pedestrian streets with lots of restaurants makes it easy to get around. It’s on a pedestrian street so taxi drop off/pickup is a short walk. Rooms are a tad small but nice bathroom, firm bed AC and clean. Breakfast buffet is plentiful. A nice place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay here for our 6 days in Lisbon! Very centrally located; we were able to walk to almost all of the locations we were visiting. Lots of food and drink options in the area. Hotel staff was very friendly. Without a doubt, one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The included breakfast was DELICIOUS! Lots of options and we were so impressed with the care the breakfast room staff took in bringing coffee, keeping breakfast stocked, etc. 10/10 recommend.

立地と部屋、フロントは良かった。部屋のクリーニングで、タオルが変更されていない、使ったものをそのまま畳まれていたことに気づき、タオルの変更を毎日してくださいとお願いしました。トイレットペーパーの補充もされてなくて、もらいに行ったこともあります。夜遅い晩で、迎えに来てくれるということでしたが50ユーロのキャッシュでした。帰りにUberでは、15ユーロ。クリスマスの時期にお店が閉まっているからとメールくれて、予め24日と25日にレストランをよやくしていただいたが、両日とも100ユーロでほぼメニューが一緒。クリスマスメニューって決まってるのでしょうか？タクシーの送迎もレストランの予約もホテルに頼まなくても良いと思いました。不慣れで最初はありがたいと思いましたが、近くに美味しい割安なレストランありました。ホテルの立地は治安も心配ないし、どこへ行くにもとても便利なところにあります。

Clean room, lovely shower and very friendly welcome. Breakfast nice with all you could want and very fresh. Location is excellent for walking and catching the trams and Metro. Only quibble is lack of storage in the room for smaller items (not drawers or coat hooks) and a very bright main light meant it was not as cosy in the evenings. There is seating in the bar which is very quiet indeed. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Behotelisboa was a wonderful central place to stay. The location was perfect to enable us to experience as much of Lisbon as we could in the time available. The room was quiet and clean. The service from the staff was a key feature of our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Room was clean and suited our needs. Balcony overlooking local streets with a view of the castle. Iron and ironing board provided on request. Complimentary custard tart and small glass of wine offered on check in and at various other times. Hotel staff friendly and spoke good English. Would definitely stay at Behotelisboa again.

Hotel is clean. Nearby to everything you need. Staff super friendly . Just two complaints. The bed was hard like a rock and the shower had scum patches on the corners .

The hotel is in a central area which is convenient but the location is also dirty with homeless people. The decor of the hotel is very plain and the rooms are tiny. It looks very different from what I saw on the website. The day before we left, there was a terrible sewage odor coming from the bathroom, which we just dealt with since we were leaving the next morning anyway. The men at the front desk were all friendly and helpful, but on our last day a young woman at the desk was snippy and rude. I asked her if she could have a taxi pick us up in a few hours to take us to the train station. She rudely said, “I’ll try.” I asked her what that meant as I want to be certain we have a taxi pick us up in 2 hours so we don’t miss our train. She rudely made an excuse about “trying”. I went back to her after I ordered my (very expensive and tiny) cup of coffee at the restaurant. I asked her again about the taxi. She told me it was just confirmed. Overall I do not recommend this hotel.

Great location. Was not accommodating for a mildly early check in, but they did store luggage and were helpful with getting me the easiest uber pickup. Room was comfortable, mattress was hard….very hard.

Central location which we liked but it was quite noisy. The bed mattress was really hard and caused us sleepless nights and hip and knee pain.

This hotel was in the perfect location for visiting Lisbon. We were able to walk to most of the main sites or walk to the tram stop or metro in minutes. A bit noisy, but we are in the city centre, that is to be expected. Our room was quite small, but having read the reviews before we booked, I was expecting that. The bed, for me, was too hard and uncomfortable, but that is a personal preference, others may like it. After the first night, we asked for a mattress topper and that helped. The only criticism I have is that there is no storage space in the room. There are 2 small nightstands that can hold a cup and book at most, a small round table to hold some cups, water bottles, maps. There is no place to put your clothing or lay out things. There is hanging closet space but not enough hangers (I did not ask for more hangers, I’m sure they would have supplied some). There were no cupboards or drawers at all to put away your clothing (Tshirts, socks, etc..). We were there for 5 nights and had to live out of our suitcase, with the room being so small, it was a challenge. They may have bigger rooms with more space, but not in our price range. If I were coming back to Lisbon for 1 or 2 nights, this is definitely where I’m staying, it’s perfect. For a longer stay, I might need to find someplace else since I don’t like living out of a suitcase..but if that doesn’t bother you, this is the perfect place.

Rooms small and no tea making faces but excellent staff delivered hot water to the room, and a mattress topper. Very clean and comfortable. Location fantastic Highly recommend this hotel

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Room was nice though typical of European hotels, on the small side. Not a fan of a room 1 floor above the elevator. Hard for old knees to navigate especially with suitcases! Overlay a 4.0 and Bret nice place.

The room was like a shoe box. It was so small we had to sleep with our luggage. I’m not joking. We had to open our suitcases on the beds as only a goof around the bed in all directions. So sick feeling in that small room. Had to take sleeping pill to relax. They said they were completely full so no other options ???

Excellent location very central tons of good food options all meals. Excellent staff only downside standard European tiny room and street noise until midnight. Loved location used ear plugs so really no issues.

No air conditioning in the room made it very stuffy so we needed the windows open which made it very noisy and impossible to sleep

Room was okay but on the smaller side, a shower that was dangerously hot and unpredictable. The hotel is okay and is Premier Inn standard for those that can equate and the location was absolutely superb.

Had a fantastic stay, with so many things to see right on our doorstep. Despite the hustle and bustle around the hotel, we couldn’t hear any noise in the room giving us a good nights sleep! The staff were welcoming and accommodating, they couldn’t do enough for us! Massive shout out to everyone on the front desk who were lovely and took an interest in us, and were more than happy to pin point must see places. I would 100% recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to come back here again!

Amazing hotel with great location and exceptional help from the staff - best stay in Lisbon especially if it's your first time and you want some tips and advice around the city!

The Property was close to everything you would want or need. The best part was the Staff at the front desk. So nice and professional they really made our stay special. We dont drink alcohol so they put a beautiful chocolate cake in our room to welcome us. They really bend over backwards to make your stay the best. I think it is one of the more exceptional hotels we have stayed at.

The hotel was very clean in an awesome location. The staff was very professional and friendly, particularly Ricardo. He went above and beyond measures.

Great location. Friendly and attentive front desk staff. Without any prompting from me, they arranged to deliver a cake to our room to celebrate my wife's birthday. Nice extra touch.

Excellent experience. Being a VIP site, I did receive a room upgrade, complementary bottle of wine and coupon upon check in. Excellent staff. Excellent location. It can be a little bit louder at night sometime if your room is facing the street side, as ours was, but it was still well worth it because it is such a good location!!

You couldn’t hope for a better location. It’s right in the thick of the old town. Consequently the slight compromise is that you do hear some street noise, and also the rooms are small. Breakfast was ok

Room was was very clean. Amazing staff. Right in the middle of all the action. Walking distance to the square. Perfect location. Thanks to office staff for the surprise birthday cake for my wife. It was awesome. Will visit again soon!

Ricardo and the rest of the hotel staff were amazing.Extremely friendly and helpful as one staff member said hotel guests are family and that’s how they treat you. The breakfast is very good as is the food and service of the restaurant. A definite 20 out of 10

Super central location.  Close to metro and trams. Walkable to railway stations for Cascais and Sinatra. Near tour meeting points.   Superior room was large with big high pressure shower. Coffee machine but no kettle.  Breakfast was tasty with lovely fruit and great bread & cakes.  Delightful service. Would certainly stay again.

Location was perfect and close to everything! The Lobby staff was very very nice , they welcome you with pastel de natas and porto wine . We booked a standard room and it was very small , didn't have space to open my suitcase , had to open it on top of the bed and sleep with it in my bed. The breakfast was ok , one day there was a terrible fish small and there were flies around the fruit everyday. Probably will try a different hotel if I ho back.

The reception staff was excellent and friendly. We loved the location! It was so easy to walk to many amazing sites. The property is super clean and well maintained. The buffet breakfast wasn’t the best, but the restaurant was excellent for dinner. I highly recommend the Behotelisboa for anyone looking to stay in the middle of the historic Baxia Chiado!

Absolutely perfect hotel for a city break. Staff were so attentive. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel is in prime location, perfect to walk everywhere with so many bars, restaurants and shops nearby.

Place was great, location was perfect for touring around the city and outlying locations. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very accommodating. Would stay here again next time we visit Lisbon.
