Lux Lisboa Park

Very disappointed to have spent decent money staying at this hotel. I booked here because I had two very important meetings the next day and wanted to be rested and properly prepared. The room temperature was 24.8 degrees. I tried calling reception to get it sorted, but the room phone didn’t work properly. At 2am, sweating and stressed that I wasn’t going to be recovered or prepared for my meetings, I had to get changed and go down to reception. The guy on reception came up and tried to fix it, but nothing changed. They moved me to another room, which was 21.5 degrees, but it still wouldn’t get any cooler. It was an improvement, but still not good enough. I complained at reception and also wrote them an email afterwards, but received no response. I’m leaving this review now because I gave them the opportunity to fix the issue or offer some form of compensation, and they chose not to respond. Poor service

excellent: breakfast was awesome! very clean and good localization

Rooms were modern and clean. Shower is in an unusual location, but worked well. The breakfast had great choices and the staff were excellent and attentive to clean plates and help serve specialty coffee. The rooftop pool was warm (Late April) and enjoyable after a good day of walking around Lisbon. We walked everywhere around the city centre from this location and it was situated close to a beautiful park. A shout out also to Helios Restaurant across the road for great service and good food.
