Amazing room and views throughout! Decent breakfast but shame the rooftop closed at 7pm

Great hotel overall - minor problems with noise outside the hotel as well as pool not being cleaned (partly to be expected out of season but still disappointing). Breakfast largely good, but slightly limited in terms of choice - would have liked to see more prepared fresh fruit options as well as nuts/berries. Service was great though, so wouldnt be put off staying again.

Das ostvein kleines nettes hotel. Top Lage. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. 1 Straße bin zum Strand. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr bequem. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nur die Mitarbeiterin die oben für das Frühstück zuständig war, war nur genervt und wollte schnellstmöglich fertig wetden. Der Pool im 7 Stock ind der Blick wareunderschön

Mooie dak zwembad. Midden in het centrum. Hotel heeft geen parking, maar op 3ùin wandelen is er een grote parkeer garage.

Excellent room and very nice rooftop pool

The room was fine. The problem was the parking. The area surrounding the hotel is under major construction so it was difficult to get there. But worst was parking. Several blocks away and theoretically free to guests with a card but our card did not work to exit. We had to drive to the airport for a very early flight but could not exit with card, or with 10 euro fee inserted via credit card. No way to get out. It was very bad.

The hotel is very cozy, clean, nice, and has supportive staff.

This is not just an angry visitor complaining as there unfortunately was a lot of issues. Not clean: Spots on the floor, glasses poorly washed and found hair in the room. Room: Was generally of poor quality, like you could see how the floor was breaking apart. General notes: No English tv channels only some Greek and Russian. There was a lot of construction outside, had to sleep with earplugs. The hotel shouldn’t put anyone on the first floor, when the noise from outside is so high. Breakfast: Decent, but the started cleaning and removing it 1000’ish, even though breakfast are supposed to last until 1030. In general just a bad experience:(

We enjoyed our stay, the rooms are spacious and clean, the bed is large and comfortable, the location is perfect and convenient and the staff is helpful and always ready to help. We recommend staying and choosing this hotel for our family and friends

First floor room was large, comfortable, clean and convenient to attractions on the water front. The street which fronted the room’s nice balcony, was moderately busy until late at night, with the accompanying noise. Breakfast was great and the front desk staff was knowledgeable and helpful in pointing local attractions and in arranging transportation to the airport. It was was a wonderful stay with the noise being a mild bother.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Cleaning, friendly staff, close to everything. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. 😊

Yes the room is always clean.

Older property that needs another rejuvenation. Acceptable value. We were in 305 for 6 nights. Vinyl laminate floor is beat. Furniture was in good condition. Bed was great. Room attendants were very good. Floor could have been swept a bit better. Bathroom was spotless clean daily. Maintenance needs to do some grout clean up properly re grout shower and not slop another coat of caulking on the obvious leak that has damaged the door frame inside the bathroom. Shower is very good! I liked the "do not disturb" and "clean room" electronic system they have. Balcony was great. However current city view of this room is a re-construction area. Breakfast on 6th floor was great and the gentleman in the actual kitchen makes a good omelette! Very nice attendant in the breakfast room is very efficient and effective. Great smile and personality for the morning. One suggestion... don't put the business end of the cereal spoons up in the container! Always put the handle end up for people to select a spoon. Choices for breakfast were excellent. We mainly dealt with the very nice Ukrainian receptionist. Very helpful getting taxi etc. Hope she gets to London!!! Pool... I went in the water for less that a minute....brrrrr! Nice quiet place to catch the sun. We would stay here again. Larnaca is a good city to enjoy and walk to discover!

Do not trust the photos fro hotel, the room and facilities are outdated. The insulations on the windows and celling wall are so bad, it is nearly unable to sleep. We woke up by construction outside at 5:30am.

Firstly let me say that The room that we stayed in was lovely. Bed was comfortable also. Tv wasn’t working properly which I reported to reception but it still wasn’t fixed after our 3 night stay. Also no tea bags were available in the room until I chased this up with reception. Easy mistake! The breakfast was average and certainly not something to shout about. The pool was dirty with cigarette ends in it as well as bits of tissue and other debris. I have the video to prove it. It was also very dirty with dirt/dust etc. This was reported to the receptionist on day one but still not rectified by the end of my 3 night stay. They'res also a lot of redevelopment work ongoing outside of the hotel which really I feel we should have been informed about at the time of booking. I really hope that this hotel reflects on these points raised as I can see that it has a lot of potential…. Please just act upon things when they’re highlighted to you. It’s this sort of thing that take you from Being an amazing hotel to an average hotel.

Great location near the beach, shops and restaurants. Service was just ok. Reception was a bit gruff and unhelpful. But definitely a nice hotel to stay at. And oh, the breakfast was wonderful!

Staff were very friendly & helpfull when booking trips & taxis etc. We were on the 5th floor which was resonably quiet as they are doing a lot of rd works in the area. We had a spacious room, towels a bed linen changed regulary.Plenty of choice for breakfast.

Good points: very clean; bedroom good standard with fair size balcony. Bathroom fine with lots of hot water. Bad points: welcome on arrival non existent. Parking is nearby multi-storey which, when we tried to access, was full. We had to wait for a car to exit before we could gain entry. Check out poor - no help with luggage and tried to charge me for mini bar although had 12 euros free to spend on it and had not even used that. Would not stay again.

I unfortunately was moved to another hotel which was further than where I had booked, which made it very inconvenient for the time I had stayed. I am very not happy with the fact I was upgraded to a hotel that was further out from the town centre and was actually worth less but I paid a premium price. This would have to be the most disappointing stay I have ever had through Expedia

Short overnight stay in transit. Staff were extra helpful and service was superb. Breakfast box made up for us as we had an early flight. Comfortable room. Fantastic value for money. Would stay again.

We stayed at Josephine Hotel in Larnaca with our two children and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We had booked a family room, but a day after checking into room 203, our bathroom started filling with cigarette smoke, which quickly spread into the room. This was very disturbing and potentially harmful, especially for our children. We reported the issue immediately, but the hotel maintenance team was unable to fix the problem. Instead of resolving the situation properly, we were moved to a much smaller double room that was clearly not suitable for four people because the hotel was fully booked. At one point, the hotel also offered to move us to another hotel, but it was far from the one we originally booked, which would have created even more trouble for us with the kids. To make things worse, the reception staff was very disappointing and unapologetic throughout the experience. We didn’t feel supported or cared for as guests, especially in such a stressful situation. It was a total mess. Having to move rooms mid-stay with two kids and all our luggage was a major inconvenience. We expected better from the hotel. Especially after we stayed there several times in the past. Would not recommend this hotel to families, especially if you’re expecting a comfortable and safe environment for children.

amazing hotel with great staff and location

The staff ( I believe it was Kristina ) was so awesome ! Happy and positive and helped us with small issues we were concerned about .. the room was spacious , and the bed extremely comfortable ! Good value for the money !

Have stayed here several times visiting family and also to holiday. Staff could be more helpful and accommodating on reception. Accommodation and location good for all local bar, restaurants and beach. Nice Roof top pool and very comfortable beds

I liked the set up of the hotel it was close to the beach and restaurants- a couple of minutes There is a roof top pool The only down side was where we were at the side of the hotel our balcony faced a road that could be a bit noisy and busy at night Not a problem if you’re not a light sleeper!! Would stay again and recommend to others

Attractive and conveniently located. Good breakfast, pleasant staff, great value. Usual noise from town centre property, lack of gold member room upgrade was disappointing but standard room was well finished and great for the price.

Good hotel - clean and comfortable room. Central location in Larnaca for beach, restaurants and shops. Helpful reception staff except for one who assured me I had a quiet room when I asked, but in fact lied as I overlooked road works that woke me at 6am and the main thoroughfare that was the route for noisy motorbikes at all hours.

Great Hotel and close to beach unfortunately ongoing roadworks outside very noisy and dirty also early morning starts at 530am did not help once works are complete would recommend

Very close to the beach!

The main disappointment was that there was extensive construction in this area of the city. You could not get close to the hotel or pull up in front to unload. The roadworks were very loud and started very early. Otherwise, the room was excellent and the location is good.

The hotel looks very proper, clean and in generell very well. The persons at the reception was very helpfull and freindly and also the persons at the roof-bar and the breakfast -room. The location is very central in near of the Larnaca oldtown and the beach ! We enjoy the stay and think that this was not our last stay there !

If you arrive by car you will have to find parking as there is car parking opposite but the entrance is rough and you may damage your car. Hotel is good clean and modern- I did not like being woken by construction works at 7am near the hotel- if your looking for a hotel really close to Finankoudes beach then it’s good

It is just one block behind Larnaca Marina. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Quite old town walking. Very good location and price to stay.

It was overall great, breakfast could have been a little better, but we are happy with our room and stay. I would warmly recommend.

Завтрак однообразный, но вполне себе для Европы. Несмотря на то, что отель находится в оживленном месте, в номере сравнительно тихо. Хотя, балконные двери лишены замков. Менеджеры на рецепшене дружелюбные , однако, за два дня мы заказали ланч бокс, напомнив об этом за день до выезда. К нашему удивлению и разочарованию, при чек ауте нам было сказано, что мы ничего не заказывали. В целом, отель можно рекомендовать людям без особых претензий.

Tout etait tres très bien a l’exception d’un point : Le petit déjeuner d’une qualité moyenne voir médiocre selon les produits.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was not lavish but sufficient. Staff is friendly. The location is also good. Just a few suggestion - 1 please provide water bottles on a daily basis. 2) Also you can check with the guest if they need a towel change everyday. This will be an sustainable option.

Schönes Zimmer und alles in allem sehr preiswert. Das Frühstück hat uns leider nicht so sehr abgeholt.
