The hotel's location is great. We had the best room and suite, and for four days, every day, we had to ask staff to clean the room. The bathroom had horrible shorts all other times reported, but no one tried to solve it. In the bathroom, stuff is broken and not fixed properly. It doesn't feel right and is not worth the money spent. Will I ever stay again - NO. The staff is polite, but there is no communication between them. The business lounge is ok, but there is little choice of teas and light food. A few times, we came, and there was nothing left. A staff member brought one more sandwich at 4 pm ( sandwiches normally were brought around 3 pm): premium fee and crapy and poor delivery. There are too many broken things around, and you need to complain. even if problems are not solved.

This hotel was very nice. The reception was pleasant, the room was clean and quiet, the breakfast buffet was very good. The only quibble we have was that they advertised ample parking, when in fact they only have three spaces in front of the hotel. When we arrived at 9:30 pm, we were lucky enough to grab the last space. Otherwise it would have been a nightmare to find a parking space.

The attention was ok. But the place needs improvement. Bedsides table broken. The doors of the shower does not close properly. Lasty, they only have two spots in front of the hotel for parking.

Good location and excellent staff. Only breakfast available, which was fine as there are plenty places to eat out. Hotel arranged parking with no fuss. The executive suites came with lounge access for snacks, nibbles and drinks foc. A car is needed as there are not loads of thungs to do and see locally. The pool was closed as we visited in off season although hotel was busy.

Dans un pays où il fait très chaud petite bouteille d'eau uniquement le jour d'arrivee...on vous dit qu'il y a de l'eau dans l'accueil on ne va pas se promener avec son verre et de plus la fontaine n'est la que lors des arrivées Femme a l'accueil pas agreable Piscine sur le toit n'en a que le nom plutôt un bac Il y a beaucoup mieux pour le prix

In general okay, but it is the small things … there is so many things that did not work, or semi broken. No need to order the lounge, often dirty and not refilled doing the day. We found the breakfast okay (read that others rated it bad). Overall a hotel that is not bad, but not close to be a the hotel they brand it to be.

Ein schickes, modernes und Sauberes Hotel mit kleinem Pool auf dem Dacht. Vom Hotel aus, war man schnell am Strand und der Promenade. Das Hotel hat zwei Kostenlose Parkplätze und wir hatten Glück einen davon zu erhalten. Das Frühstück war klein aber es gab von allem etwas. Allerdings gab es nur Toastbrot zu essen, kein Brot, Brötchen oder ähnliches. Für mich leider ein ganz großer Minuspunkt. Leider wurde das Buffet auch nicht zügig nachgefüllt, man wartete lange bis Joghurt und Obst aufgefüllt wurde.

The Leonardo was a great value for the money and I really enjoyed my stay. I had a day in Larnaca while in transit at the end of a long trip, and after a day of airports and planes it was a real treat to land in such a clean, tastefully appointed, serene hotel. Super comfortable bed and and excellent hot shower--I didn't want to leave! The little balcony off the room was a fun bonus. I needed to work during my stay so paid the add-on cost of the business lounge, which is small but tasteful as well with a good supply of snacks and drinks available throughout the day--and again, a quiet oasis during a hectic trip. Thanks to the friendly and professional staff for making it a lovely stay.

Amazing, friendly staff, who were very attentive. Hotel clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in good location, with short walk to the Holy Church of St Lazarus, restaurants, shops and local beach.

The service was so bad. They barely clean the room. Didn't change bed sheets and did not refill tissue and amenities. Room was too cold and noisy no double glazing. Would not recommend at all

Chegamos na madrugada e foi entregue um quarto com muito cheiro de cigarro! Pedimos a troca e passamos para um quarto sem o cheiro de cigarro, existe uma atendende espetacular no hotel, sempre muito solicita e muito prestativa! Profissional perfeita, acho que se chama Teodora, esta de parabens!!!

Be very careful when booking a room at this hotel. It's easy to miss or misunderstand that their lowest priced room has no external facing windows and no natural light which make staying there a challenge if you are claustrophobic. When I asked to change room they said the hotel was full so I couldn't change the room until the following day even though I'm an Expedia VIP member. Instead I had to book a room at Les Palmiers Beach hotel, a nice hotel close to the ocean. The upgrade (for the following day) that they offered me was their loft room but instead of honouring the VIP membership they charged me an additional €50! When I asked why they said the upgrade came with access to their private lounge. So the following day I checked in at 6:30pm only to be told the lounge shuts at 7pm so I didn't even get the added "benefit". What I will say is all the staff were nice and friendly but without doubt this is the single worst experience I have had in my 40 years of travelling around the world. The hotel is ok but nothing special, the area is awful with road repairs and derelict buildings and BEWARE of the room with no windows!

Hotel nuovo, elegante, ma molto essenziale, situato nel centro di Larnaca, a 20 minuti dall’aeroporto. Pulizia e manutenzione sufficienti nelle stanze e nella lobby, ma gli ambienti meno frequentati, come la palestra e le scale (che di d costretti a prendere perché l’assessore è lentissimo) sono trascurati e sporchi. Nei corridoi, allora dei pasti, un fastidiosissimo odore di cucina. Personale cortese, ma poco preparato. Mi è stata data una camera per disabili (che a norma di legge UE dovrebbe essere riservata a questa categoria anche in caso di overbooking) e non soltanto non hanno voluto cambiarla, ma mi hanno negato un colloquio con la direttrice. Arrivando in nottata avevo chiesto un taxi privato in aeroporto, che è arrivato con 15 minuti di ritardo (quando ero già su un altro taxi, preso autonomamente). Sconsiglio vivamente le stanze “no balcony”, quelle a tariffa base, affacciano su un piccolo lucernario, sono buie e poco ventilate.

We had a superior room which was a great size. Room was quiet on the whole, apart from when people scrapped their chairs across the floor. Breakfast was lovely, but greater variety of bread would have been welcome.

Most of all - Staff was amazing, always helpful and doing their best to accommodate any requests Breakfast buffet was nice , room service is performed daily , aircon is perfect. This hotel is going to be our first choice next time when we visit Cyprus

The Leonardo was a great value for the money and I really enjoyed my stay. I had a day in Larnaca while in transit at the end of a long trip, and after a day of airports and planes it was a real treat to land in such a clean, tastefully appointed, serene hotel. Super comfortable bed and and excellent hot shower--I didn't want to leave! The little balcony off the room was a fun bonus. I needed to work during my stay so paid the add-on cost of the business lounge, which is small but tasteful as well with a good supply of snacks and drinks available throughout the day--and again, a quiet oasis during a hectic trip. Thanks to the friendly and professional staff for making it a lovely stay.

For the price you can find a better hotel in Larnaca . Parking is a challenge coyldnt get water to drink after hours. Left a scarf there and they promised to call me but no one retuned my call

Dans un pays où il fait très chaud petite bouteille d'eau uniquement le jour d'arrivee...on vous dit qu'il y a de l'eau dans l'accueil on ne va pas se promener avec son verre et de plus la fontaine n'est la que lors des arrivées Femme a l'accueil pas agreable Piscine sur le toit n'en a que le nom plutôt un bac Il y a beaucoup mieux pour le prix

The hotel was is in a perfect location, right near St Lazarus and a short walk to the Finikoudes. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is very clean and modern, our room was a standard room but felt bigger. There is a car park located around the corner from the hotel, the staff provided us with a pre paid card, so there was no issue with parking either.

Fint hotell med centralt läge i Larnaca. Flera bra restauranger i närheten. Receptionen var stor och rymlig och gav en välkomnande känsla. Personalen var omtänksam och trevlig. Rummet var mysigt med dig en ombonad känsla. En liten balkong mot fatan var ett plus.

El desayuno es lo peor del hotel: la bollería es industrial, no hay variedad de fruta -en ningún caso cortada-, café de máquina y mermeladas industriales. Amabilidad y gentileza del hotel prestando enchufes apropiados a Chipre. Tienen conexión por usb y enchufe en la mesilla para poder conectar móviles, muy de agradecer.

Ein schickes, modernes und Sauberes Hotel mit kleinem Pool auf dem Dacht. Vom Hotel aus, war man schnell am Strand und der Promenade. Das Hotel hat zwei Kostenlose Parkplätze und wir hatten Glück einen davon zu erhalten. Das Frühstück war klein aber es gab von allem etwas. Allerdings gab es nur Toastbrot zu essen, kein Brot, Brötchen oder ähnliches. Für mich leider ein ganz großer Minuspunkt. Leider wurde das Buffet auch nicht zügig nachgefüllt, man wartete lange bis Joghurt und Obst aufgefüllt wurde.

Stayed here a few a years ago and it was excellent but on returning very disappointed. Hotel is looking tired and dated, staff looked overworked and short staffed waited a long time at reception for queries to be dealt with. Quality of breakfast very average and the state of my bedsheets were dreadful. Blood stain on sheets had to go to reception twice to get bedding changed. I was on a short break dealing with family matters otherwise I would have walked and found another hotel. Lack of direction where is the management. Have stayed in Leonardo in UK and they are excellent. Location is excellent and quiet but please make an effort to improve the place
