Accomodatie ok, nette badkamer, basic ingericht maar proper en net. Bedden : niet ok - veel te zacht, doorgezakt. Parking : aan hotel is Ok, doch te betalen (???) verblijf hond : 15 euro/nacht - zwaar overdreven!!! Op zaterdagavond is er live muziek, dus een rustige avond op je kamer doorbrengen kan je vergeten - muziek galmt door de gangen :-(

De ontvangst en inschrijving was prima. We wilden dineren in het restaurant en een ontbijt erbij. Geen probleem en zo geregeld. De kamer was goed, maar onduidelijk was waarom een TV ontbrak terwijl die er duidelijk wel ooit zat. Ook het ontbreken van een lampje boven het bed/nachtkastje viel ons op. Dat de douche en toilet op de gang waren hoort bij de prijsklasse vd kamer vermoed ik. Enige aanvullende kritische noot was het geluidsvolume van de muziek vanaf 21 uur. Eerst live en daarna (vanaf 22.30) volgens mij tot 23.15 ook digitaal. In ieder geval konden wij om 22.30 nog niet slapen. Waarschijnlijk is dit onontkoombaar als een hotel de zaterdagavond zo organiseert. Alleen wij wisten het niet.

The "low cost" rooms are VERY basic, the TV system didn't work in my room, only one station was available. The bathrooms are shared, reasonably clean and up to standard. Nice surroundings and quit area.

The rooms and personal was good, but they charge you over 12 Euros for parking, don't tell them when they ask, they don't seem to check this because there is so many parking spaces. Music from German Schlag till almost 11 pm but could handle it. But worst was one toilet for women on the first floor for many rooms and since my arrival for one night very dirty the whole time. Someone should check on this several times per day.

Bon séjour, j'avais peur en ayant lu les commentaires. Mais hôtel très convenable, et original ! En lisière de forêt, au calme . La chambre demande un rafraîchissement mais elle était très propre. Personnel agréable. Restaurant en buffet sur place, très correct. Juste l'insonorisation avec le couloir et la chambre voisine n'est pas super mais comme dans beaucoup d'hôtels .

Beschreibungen stimmen nicht Es war ein Boxspringbett ausgeschrieben Es war ein normales Doppelbett mit zwei getrennten Matratzen Viele Spinnenweben, und Ungeziefer Die Fenster stark verdreckt und von Fiechern befallen das man sich kaum traut das Fenster zu öffnen Auch die Gemeintschaftsräume sehr unsauber und stark riechen Also für uns steht fest NIE wieder

Wat wij aantroffen was een prima, schone 2-persoonskamer (standaardkamer met douche toilet wastafel, tv koelkast) stil en prachtig gelegen en ook nog eens prima betaalbaar. Alle personeel was reuzevriendelijk en behulpzaam. Van onze kant niets dan goeds over dit hotel. Wij waren op fietsvakantie door Zeeuws-Vlaanderen en overnachtten hier van 11 op 12 juni 2025. Wij kunnen het iedereen aanraden ! Marjo & Rita on the road

I’m disabled and they upgraded me to a ground floor room, very clean and comfortable with a walk in shower, I can’t get in or out of a bath! But the beds are just too low, I had to drag a chair over to the bed to slide on and off the bed but that’s just me… Checked in around 6pm and slept right through, finally got up 24 hours later and am sitting in the garden in amongst the rural woodlands for coffee and dinner! Checking out Monday morning for my drive up to ‘s-Hertongenbosch…

This is the worse hotel I ever been at. The room was terrible. The funitures was brooken, and it was dirty. We shared toilet and shower. It was dirty and I could’t use it in the morning . The breakfast was ok for the cost . But I should nerver recomend this hotel to antbody.

Hotel seems a bit neglected. Outside area has bits of furniture that are broken which is a shame as the location is quite lovely next to a canal and forest. The furniture in the rooms show quite a lot of signs of wear and age with chipped corners or discolouration. Bedding seemed clean but found hairs on the duvet from previous occupants.

Hotel is oud en dat ruik je heel goed op de kamers. Sober ingerichte kamer, gehorig, ik persoonlijk zou niet opnieuw een verblijf reserveren in dit hotel maar ik raad het niet af. Iedereen moet het persoonlijk ervaren.

On annonce des chambres rénovées. Notre chambre ne l'était absolument pas. Vieille moquette, matelas déformé, salle de bain dans son jus. Carrelage de salle de bain manquant, poire de douche qui fuit... L'hôtel nous a réclamé des frais qui ne sont pas annoncés sur Expedia.... Hyper déçus!!!

Sehr angenehm aber was halt gestört hat war das kleine Zimmer und die gemeinschafts Toilette sowie die gemeintschafts Dusche aber allgemein im Großen und Ganzen vom Preisleistungs Verhältnis super. Abends bis 23 Uhr bisschen lauter mit den Retnern so eine 3,7/5.

We booked the hotel via the hotels app, checking certain requirements before booking. Additional costs, facilities ect... Arrived at the hotel and was greeted with additional cost not listed on the app. Covid related ventilation costs we were told. They also tried to put us in a shared bathroom room even though what we booked said private bathroom. Additional parking costs which we were not aware of. Loud guests and thin walls. Although we had a okay nights sleep and the facilities were suitable when we were given the correct room. The whole situation was rather strange and I suspect they fool travelers with these ridiculous additional charges.

Cet hôtel ne manque pas de charme en étant en pleine nature dans un cadre idyllique. Malheureusement il est desservi par une réceptionniste malhonnête qui cherche à arnaquer les clients en leur facturant une note supérieure à celle qui figure sur le site. Il a fallu que j'appelle Hotels.com pour que le manager de l'hôtel rétablisse la situation.

Cet hôtel ne manque pas de charme en étant en pleine nature dans un cadre idyllique. Malheureusement il est desservi par une réceptionniste malhonnête qui cherche à arnaquer les clients en leur facturant une note supérieure à celle qui figure sur le site. The "low cost" rooms are VERY basic, the TV system didn't work in my room, only one station was available. The bathrooms are shared, reasonably clean and up to standard. Nice surroundings and quit area.

I’m disabled and they upgraded me to a ground floor room, very clean and comfortable with a walk in shower, I can’t get in or out of a bath! But the beds are just too low, I had to drag a chair over to the bed to slide on and off the bed but that’s just me… Checked in around 6pm and slept right through, finally got up 24 hours later and am sitting in the garden in amongst the rural woodlands for coffee and dinner! Checking out Monday morning for my drive up to ‘s-Hertongenbosch…

This place was an incredible and completely unexpected find! The out of the way location and beautiful surroundings were indeed a breath of fresh air! Staff completely welcoming, as indeed were all of the other guests. In all of the years of my extensive travelling, I've never experienced anything like it!!

Hotel seems a bit neglected. Outside area has bits of furniture that are broken which is a shame as the location is quite lovely next to a canal and forest. The furniture in the rooms show quite a lot of signs of wear and age with chipped corners or discolouration. Bedding seemed clean but found hairs on the duvet from previous occupants.

De indruk van deze accommodatie was op ons moment van het verblijf niet goed. Het hotel was echter pas 3 weken in het bezit van de nieuwe eigenaar wat een hoop verklaard. De vorige eigenaar heeft door covid weinig meer aan het onderhoud kunnen doen vandaar dat het onderhoud vooral buiten veel achterstand had. De tuin niet onderhouden, het terras werd om het moment met de hogedruk gereinigd, het verfwerk was vuil en onderkomen. Maar ze waren dus druk bezig met het op te knappen. De kamer die wij hadden had nieuwe laminaat over de vloerbedekking maar was in de hoeken niet afgewerkt, de badkamer gedateerd en een sproeier in de douche die je niet kon afpakken om op alle plekken te sproeien. De gangen roken fris en waren schoon, het ontbijtbuffet was goed verzorgd met heerlijke hete koffie en koffiespecialiteiten. Het personeel wat niet allemaal de taal beheerste was vriendelijk. We schrokken wel van de hoge kosten voor een klein huisdier (€17,50 per dag per dier ) en ook de parkeerkosten van (€8,95 per dag). Het hotel ligt bosrijk maar ver van alles af, een auto is noodzakelijk want OV is er bijna niet. We wilden er even tussenuit, 2 nachtjes met de hondjes, en waren er alleen voor logies en ontbijt. Of de all in formule zin heeft kunnen we niet beoordelen, het eten was naar horen zeggen wel lekker. Losse drank bestellen is prijzig en het bier van de tap niet lekker. Drank bestellen als je geen all in hebt moet je bij de receptie, afhalen aan de bar.

Bon séjour, j'avais peur en ayant lu les commentaires. Mais hôtel très convenable, et original ! En lisière de forêt, au calme . La chambre demande un rafraîchissement mais elle était très propre. Personnel agréable. Restaurant en buffet sur place, très correct. Juste l'insonorisation avec le couloir et la chambre voisine n'est pas super mais comme dans beaucoup d'hôtels .

De ontvangst en inschrijving was prima. We wilden dineren in het restaurant en een ontbijt erbij. Geen probleem en zo geregeld. De kamer was goed, maar onduidelijk was waarom een TV ontbrak terwijl die er duidelijk wel ooit zat. Ook het ontbreken van een lampje boven het bed/nachtkastje viel ons op. Dat de douche en toilet op de gang waren hoort bij de prijsklasse vd kamer vermoed ik. Enige aanvullende kritische noot was het geluidsvolume van de muziek vanaf 21 uur. Eerst live en daarna (vanaf 22.30) volgens mij tot 23.15 ook digitaal. In ieder geval konden wij om 22.30 nog niet slapen. Waarschijnlijk is dit onontkoombaar als een hotel de zaterdagavond zo organiseert. Alleen wij wisten het niet.

This is the worse hotel I ever been at. The room was terrible. The funitures was brooken, and it was dirty. We shared toilet and shower. It was dirty and I could’t use it in the morning . The breakfast was ok for the cost . But I should nerver recomend this hotel to antbody.
