The pullout couch was very uncomfortable, but the bed was nice. The pool deck was very slippery, and my grandson almost fell several times. It would have been good to have towels available close to the pool. In the bathroom, the toilet tissue dispenser was in a very awkward place, requiring one to reach back to access the paper—very difficult for anyone with shoulder issues. For the money, it certainly was underwhelming.

The hotel was clean and modern. We liked our room for the spacious size and amenities. However, the swimming pool was FREEZING cold so the kids couldn’t swim. There were no towels available and we had to ask at front desk. Also, the breakfast was horrible. There was no bacon or sausage or eggs. Only premade omelets that were very undesirable. Limited options for other items also, The pool and breakfast was our main reason for choosing this hotel over others! Very disappointing in that aspect…

Staff were fantastic; they were professional and polite. Some feedback - the pool was cold (this was a low point for little ones who were shivering after 10mins swimming). The toilet in our room also made a massive noise when refilling (even when it hadn't been flushed) - it was so loud it woke our family of 4 up 3x in the evening. The breakfast was decent, and hotel was clean. We enjoyed our stay, but a warmer pool and different toilet would have made this a 5 star.

The room was so clean and fresh. Beds were amazing and kitchenette was a real bonus. Bathroom was beautiful and well equipped w/toiletries and towels. Breakfast bar was great along with eating areas. I’m very picky and could not find one thing to complain about during our stay. Staff was wonderful.

Two words: bed bugs. They also did not have the room we reserved with two kids, so we had to use the pull out which was infested with bed bugs unfortunately. The staff were excellent and promptly moved us but the damage was already done. So, awful property, wonderful employees.

On my first night of arrival, I went to take a shower to find the shampoo, conditioner and soap were empty.there was a foul smell in the suite as if windows have never been opened and the chair was stained.

No USB plug in room except in TV, seems strange these days to not have charge ports in rooms. Hotel had none to borrow had to go out and purchase plug 10 minutes before stores closed.. Corners of bathroom not clean. Breakfast ok, but hot items were cold. Tiny creamers for coffee which is not very environmentally friendly.

This was my second stay in this hotel in a period of 5 weeks. Even though my rooom number and floor was different from last time, I was able to enjoy the the large king suite which was nearly identical. It has many conveniences of being at home like the large refrigerator /freezer microwave full set of dishes and flatware ,sink dishwasher etc. Super clean restroom with plenty of towels. The large tv and sofa plus the pull out desk/table makes coming back to the room from my busy day and being able to relax, great. All I needed was a recliner. The staff was great,friendly and very responsive to my needs. When I'm in the area again, i will definitely be back to stay Thank you to all

Check in was advertised as 3:00 PM. Parking was lot almost empty when we arrived at 4:00 PM but our room was not ready. Short staffed in housekeeping I suspect. After a flurry of activity we finally were assigned a similar room within 15 minutes. Front desk staff need coaching on customer service protocols.

I have never left a review before but felt obliged to do so because of one individual at this property. We pre booked 2 nights and had a family matter arise and had to leave after one night. The gentleman working the front desk would not refund our second night. He was as rude and adamant that I contact Expedia. Expedia said they could do nothing for us but would contact the property to try on our behalf. They also said the the property would not. I headed down to the front desk again and spoke to another host who said they would speak to the manager. They ended up refunding our second night. Upon check out l, I asked for a printout from the gentleman who gave me major attitude and a dirty look. You’re in a customer service industry and this is how you treat your guests? Will never stay with this chain again.

Nice place. Lots of areas to sit in lobby but not a lot of room for breakfast. Slow to bring amenities to room, like hours and never received a service of room in 3 night stay. Also garbages in halls were full and not attended too.

The front desk manager is extremely rude. Our hotel room didn’t have towels. He thought I was lying and I had to ask him three times to give us towels. We will never stay at this location again. Pretty sure towels should be provided in a hotel.

The staff had serious issues using their system, check in took close to 10 minuets because they didn't know how to take a deposit for damages. In the end I was charged a full rate twice for the same room and this issue was not resolved till I spend over an hour on their service line a week later. The manager and staff were unhelpful and did not care about this suggesting I deal with Expedia if I want my money. In one of the many conversations with them I recorded which I am happy to share they admitted that they took full responsibility for this mistake yet it still cost me over an hour of my time to resolve with no apologize. Additionally we found am earwig in the washroom mat

They did not have a safety deposit box in the room so we had to take our important documents and valuables with us You had to give them a day notice if you wanted your room cleaned which no one explained to us at check in We asked for towels for the 3 people in the room they gave us 2 !

Have stayed here numerous times and has always been a pleasant and comfortable stay. Spacious and clean rooms with lots of amenities. Location was good for the function we had to attend.
