The hotel had pleasant and helpful staff, the gym and pool facilties were inviting and we did use them, except the water facility was not working. Our room was clean and tidy, but it would have been nice to have proper cups for drinks and more choices than just coffee. My duvet was creased, and I restrained myself from getting it changed! The onsite restaurant was excellent, staff very accommodating and prices were fair. Our first trip to Canada did not disappoint, we loved it.

We had no issues, they upgraded us from Queen to King bed. Room was spotless. Front desk staff friendly and polite. There was other guest staying with the hotel for a hockey tournament and didn’t hear any noise.

The only thing I liked was the closeness to the highway. Each morning we woke up to nasty silverfish in the washroom in the sink and on the floor. Mentioned this to the front desk to have management reach out (they weren’t present on the du day when we checked out). Followed up again by phone two days later when nobody called me. Still have not heard from them 11days later. Clearly they could care less about their guests. Would not recommend staying here at all.

There was urine stain and curlies on the toilet. Toilet paper roll was empty so we had to change it ourselves. The fridge still had a container of food from the previous guest that smelled like a very strong garlic so I couldn't even use it.

The beds were not very comfy and the walls very thin ! heard everything the room beside was doing :( sucked at 6am when he was singing :( the first room we had the bed seemed broken- was very annoyingly creaky. spacious room however so that was nice ! we asked to upgrade to a different room and they were absolutley fine to accommodate us, but had nothing really to upgrade too so instead gave us a 2 beds room- with 1 creaky bed and a singing neighbor . Staff was great. cleaniness was good. rooms were decent size. price was ok. overall- if not for the broken beds and thin walls resulting in terrible sleep, experience was fine for the weekend.

Quick and easy to get to from highway. Lots of amenities close by. Friendly staff. Looking a little worn in areas. Bathtub facet didn’t work, stuck off. Tap dripped constantly. TV did not have a guide, had to constantly flip channels. Noisy heater/fan. Only provided for coffee drinkers not tea drinkers. Bed was clean and comfortable. Loved the framed prints. Overall a 3/5.

Second night of stay was a nightmare! I had neighbors that were super loud and having a party in the next room (sex, music, shouting, weed). Noise isn\'t the issue - I\'m a single female and they started trying to break into my room from the "joint room" connecting door. When I phoned to ask for help , the front desk person did nothing. They tried to say it was probably an accident and they didn\'t realize it was a connecting room. It was obvious it was and I heard their voices saying "look!! A connecting room, lets try to get in!" . It felt so unsafe and they did not offer to move me to a new room. The noise didn\'t stop till 5am. I\'ll never stay here again. Front desk staff is clueless and they should understand the safety of a guest is a top priority for a hotel !

The room was great once we got it, but we tried early check in and it was a problem. The previous guest had left at 11am and we had arrived there at noon, but they only let us in around 2:45pm. I know the official check-in time is at 3pm, but we just got there after a 7-hour drive and needed to unwind and freshen up. The extra effort by the staff to get us in early would have been appreciated, but alas it was not meant to be...

We are a the attached Journey’s restaurant and the food and service were amazing! I have Ackee fish and plantain with carnival (type of doughnut like dumpling). I’d never had it before and it was delicious. There were edible flower petals on the border of the plate and a tomato cut to look like a flower. Courtney, the owner, was super kind and courteous. We had a wonderful experience here.

For the price, I would have expected better from a well-known hotel chain. Sticky carpet, dusty corners, fridge not very cold, wifi requires you to login again and again. At least the bed was comfortable and we didn't hear the highway at all. Staff was nice but the person at check in was alone resulting in some waiting.
