The clerk kindly got the TV working for me, and then I translated it on Google Lens and found that it was also the heat, lights, and AC control. The outer window has dark tape over it, presumably to block neon and lights, but it was possible to open that and keep the inner window open to get some light. The temperature was good and bed comfortable. Love those heated floors! Also nice to have a little coffee in the room. Convenience store just a few steps away at the corner and many restaurants nearby. Small parking lot (that I didn't use).

Short walk from Pyeongtaek train station but get oriented before you start walking as Google maps seems to be unable to determine walking directions anywhere in Korea. Property itself was great.
