Clean and wonderful hotel! Everything was excellent! Buffett for breakfast was great and had an enormous variety of choices! Saunas, steam rooms, hot tub and pools were great as well!

Fantastiskt hotel i en underbar miljö. Bra service och underbar frukostbuffé. Dock var poolerna iskalla, men i övrigt ett toppenhotell!

Great swimming pool, easy access to the cove (the sea), many, many dining options on location and within five minute walk. Facilities very up-to-date.

This was a fabulous hotel stay. Modern amenities with excellent staff. The room was of great size with a nice sized balcony and spacious bathroom. Our stay included a breakfast buffet which was superb. Variety and quality of food was really impressive. The pool was of good size with enough chairs for everyone ( like every other pool you had to drop your towels on a chair early). The beach was a very narrow strip and if was definitely not worth renting sun beds and umbrella (€20 for sunbed €10 for umbrella) since the walk from the pool to the sea was maybe 200 feet. The hotel is conveniently located on a beautiful promenade which you can walk and get dinner of dessert or just watch the sunset. It’s 15 minute uber ride from city center ( cheaper then getting taxi ) so you get to enjoy peace and quiet of Srebreno and if you want to go out in the town it isn’t far away. Great hotel stay in a great location

It’s an interesting area that this hotel is in, with a little village like feel to it down by the beach. There are a few restaurants in the area, but not a real lot. There is actually a mall three minute walk from the hotel. You do have to Uber or water taxi into old town but we didn’t mind it at all. Staff was super friendly and attentive, all in all a great place to stay. We are happy to recommend,

Veldig bra standard, flott hotell, bra service og meget vennlige ansatt. Negativt er bare at vann i basseng inne og ute var litt kaldt.. kort vei til strand, glimrende fasiliteter på stranda, lett å få tilgang på solseng og parasoll

In a spectacular setting with swimming available indoors, outdoors and in the ocean. The indoor is heated to pleasant temperature. Ample lifts from pool area to rooms.

Lovely hotel with beautiful surroundings. The staff were all very helpful & spoke good English. We arrived early due to our flight times & had to wait a long time for a room to be ready unfortunately. We were allowed to use the facilities whilst we waited though. Our room was lovely & spacious with both a bath tub & separate shower cubicle. Breakfast buffet was lovely with a wide variety of choices. The outdoor pool was absolutely freezing though, however its end of April so maybe it gets warmer as the weather gets better.

The property was worth staying. Only thing the towels at out side pool were not clean enough. Food option in buffer was not enough too

Hotel was gorgeous and very clean. We reserved ocean front balcony and it was worth it to have a view of the ocean. The pool was amazing with lots of chairs and umbrellas. The beach was also nice (bring water shoes as the beach is rocky) with lots of chairs and umbrellas. This hotel is a bit out of the way from all the downtown things (which we liked for the quiet aspect) so food options were more limited, but the food the hotel offered and few restaurants on property were very yummy.

Lovely hotel. Extremely polite staff. Beautiful spa facilities. Breakfast was a good selection and of good quality. We had room service as a late flight in and the steak sandwich was the best I'd eaten! Hotel absolutely spotless. Couldn't find fault with anything, wouldn't hesitate to return to the hotel and this area, nice strolls along the beach/sea. Quiet location with a few eateries and supermarket.

Absolutely fabulous facility! Our room Was spacious, very well laid out, clean and updated. The view from our balcony was spectacular. The morning breakfast was delicious. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The gym/spa/pool is very well equipped and beautiful

A little unhappy that with the 2 rooms I booked we had one with a lovely balcony and the other with a box-like one ! (236 and 237)

The location within Mlini is great, very relaxing, away from the hustle and bustle of old town. Rooms are very big and amazing views. However, the hotel seemed a little over crowded, very busy at breakfast - the omelet server is positioned in a very inconvenient location during breakfast, I found it a little over whelming so many people waiting around the servery for an omelet that I could not get to the standard cooked breakfast. The best option is for the waiters to take the guests orders for an omelet at their table during breakfast, this would minimise the number of people standing around the breakfast servery. AC was also noisy in the evening kept waking up because of a knocking noise that was intermittent. Hotel amenities were great, it was also great that we had other restaurants near the hotel for other option.

Amazing hotel with the most amazing sea view from our two rooms. Beach is rocky but we loved that there was no messy sand. The buffet breakfast was great every morning. The property and surroundings are beautiful. We would stay here again. Highly recommend.

No clear view of the sea.

The hotel and it's location are stunning, there rooms are large and beautifully furnished. I was lucky enough to have a sea view balcony and what a view it is. The staff are wonderful they are so professional but also very approachable. I particularly want to thank the cleaners who tidied up my room each day they were so friendly and polite I always felt I was welcomed in the hotel. Absolutely love the breakfast buffet and the hours they are open, unlike other hotels they serve breakfast up to 11am so you can stay in bed that little bit longer and not have to rush down for breakfast before they stop service. I honestly can't recommend this hotel enough, great facilities, stunning location and amazing staff, I definitely will return here.

I booked a family holiday as I don’t see my daughter that often as she lives in London. We wanted quality time together as we have had a terrible time with brain tumour diagnosis, cancer diagnosis and altzheimers’ diagnosis for our parents. Croatia is beautiful! Srebreno is a quiet spot which is well placed for visiting nearby Dubrovnik, Cavtat and much more! The hotel is modern and spotlessly clean. I chose this hotel based on reviews, location and the amenities it provided. We could not fault the amenities in the room and the rest of the hotel. The spa and gym were excellent and we all made good use of them. We didn’t eat in the hotel restaurant apart from breakfast and some poolside snacks. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, I think the coffee machines were sparse. It would be better if there were more. Also, they do come round with filter coffee but would be nice to be offered latte, capuchino at the table. The cups could be bigger too! Staff at breakfast were great and the staff servicing the rooms and in the spa were fantastic. Staff around the pool not as attentive. The hotel has a couple of negatives, I paid for three rooms and couldn’t afford extra too for sea view. The rooms above the road and entrance are so noisy!!! Not nice to sit on the balcony or indeed have the balcony door open. It would have been nice to be offered an alternative room when I mentioned this, my daughter brought it up and they moved her but not my partner and I or my son.

We just returned from a week stay at hotel and everything was wonderful from check in to check out. The staff was very professional and courteous. Breakfast buffet, hotel resraurants and room service all provided good food choices. Hotel staff assisted with tours and airport transfers. Bus stop and water taxi are steps away from hotel.

Fabulous hotel. Great buffet breakfast and dinner. We had a waterfront view and looked over the pool area and out to the Adriatic Sea. We felt ourselves relaxing here. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel manager even phoned to see how our stay had gone. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Amazing property on the beach. The staff went over and beyond during my stay. Igor the bartender was amazing. Will definitely stay there again.

Absolutely amazing visit. The hotel was very accommodating and super service. We booked two rooms and requested interconnecting which was honoured. We also asked for early and late check out which again was honoured. The breakfast is fantastic with huge selection. Pool area is immaculate, actually the whole hotel is amazing. The rooms are huge with excellent balcony area. Cannot fault any of the stay. Thank you Sheraton Dubrovnik Team.

This hotel and the bay in which it is situated are absolutely beautiful. My husband and I weren’t feeling the best upon arrival, and the staff were extremely accommodating and their customer relations manager checked on us throughout our stay to ensure we were feeling better. We could not fault the service and facilities. We would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone visiting Dubrovnik.

This is a good 4 star property but falls short of a 5 star rating. The property itself is good but let down by poor management and staff. It is big and impersonal, and guests are not made to feel special. Cleanliness around the pool and pool managment is poor. Tennis courts are poorly maintained and gym poorly equipped. There is just a lack of attention to detail. I raised with managment but issues were brushed aside

The stay in general was ok. Our room is spotless and has very nice view. However, the service level and food was no where near the standards of a 5-star hotel. We stayed for 5 nights and by day 3, we were already tired of breakfast selections as the food stayed the same everyday, also some dishes had terrible taste. We raised a couple of requests, e.g. baby bathtub, one extra robe, to the reception but they never remembered to execute the request so we ended up having to ask again. The hotel also didn’t equip rooms with some essential amenities. On the first day, we went down to hotel lounge and ordered fish & chips. While waiting for the food, I took our baby to the changing room and when we passed by the kitchen, I saw the waiter ate a piece of fries off the plate that he was about to bring to our table. I was completely speechless!!!

This is a great property but is missing a concierge to provide and advice and assistance on activities. Whilst there are some books to look at there is no help.

This is a lovely hotel. The hotel is beautiful and in a gorgeous setting, were greeted warmly by the front desk staff and bellman and our rating would have been higher except for an interaction with one staff member. We ate supper at the evening buffet (great meal) signed for the meal, and left the restaurant. However, the hostess called after us and asked if we had paid. We assured her we had signed the bill to the room but she insisted we had to pay. We explained again that we had signed the bill with our room number and she exclaimed “It’s not free you know. You have to pay”. We just assured her again it was covered and we walked away. I found it both annoying and embarrassing. Having said that though, she was just one person and the hotel was quite lovely so I would stay there again.

Quite a remarkable experience and great staff. As we were leaving 4.30 in the morning, the hotel prepared a special travel breakfast boxes for us. All the service personal was carrying and very polite. The room was nice, clean and fresh. Great value for the money compare to other 5-star hotels and properties nearby.

I love the location - not far from the airport and not far to old town but still on the beach so perfect place to relax.

Average 5 stars hotel price but far from the old town and service was not so good especially the front desk. During my stay, the construction was so noisy for 1-2hours after all, you will find the better one near old town with beautiful beach.

Too far from the old town if you don’t have a car…we had a few Ubers cancel on us on the return journey early evening. Ruth, guest relations manager is amazing, as is Ivana, the concierge.

Hotel perfeito para se hospedar em Dubrovnik, porque fica de frente para uma praia super agradável, e pode visitar a cidade velha de Dubrovnik, que fica a 20 minutos de barco dessa praia. O quarto era grande, novo, banheiro com chuveiro excelente e sacada. Café da manhã ótimo, piscina grande, e além do hotel ser todo novo, a localização é perfeita, com restaurantes e até shopping center próximos. Super indico.

Well located, access to center in 14 min by taxi (approx 12€ per way). Can take boat as well ! Small shopping center nearby, plenty if good restaurants

Highly recommend. Was away from the old town but easy routes their via cab, bus or water taxi. This meant you could easily relax and unwind or spend a day in old town, ferry to the islands etc. Plenty to do and a great place to visit. Made our 5 nights perfect.

It's really a nice hotel. Easy to find,park, a lot of choices for eating. Either you want to have dinner inside the hotel or around. Don't missed the breakfast buffet. It's great 👍. I drove myself and it's not far to go to the old town Dubrovnik.

The hotel has great access to the sea and is overall good, but I expected more from a 5-star hotel. The breakfast was very basic, the same every day during my 6-night stay, and sometimes the ingredients didn’t feel fresh.

Superb hotel complex, wonderful staff and a comfortable and spotless room. The only thing I would say was the breakfast buffet was excellent, the €46 pp evening buffet in the main restaurant was not so great, but there are plenty of other places to eat. We are keen to return, great stay overall.

Really loved everything about this hotel, apart from the food. It’s about 15 minutes drive from old Dubrovnik. I’m guessing it’s 4 stars but the quality of the hotel is pushing 5 stars. The food is a let down. The breakfast was not great at all. Dinner at restaurant, we had 2 dishes and both were too salty. Not the. No the best options for non meat eaters either. Great staff. Great pools. Sea view room is a must, beautiful views of the hills and sea. Lovely to sit on the balcony and relax. Great facilities if you want to rent a car, they have free valet service to park your car.

The location and amenities of this hotel were wonderful. There is a beautiful beach and indoor and outdoor pools. Many restaurants on site to choose from and a gelateria. There is boat service on site to take you on excursions or over to the old city.the hotel rooms are spacious and modern and the breakfast buffet is fabulous. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
