This ryokan was lovely and the staff were wonderful - they went out of their way to make us feel at home. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, and the onsen was great. The food was amazing. Highly recommended. We would definitely return.

Un séjour familial tout simplement féerique dans un cadre époustouflant, idéal pour une déconnexion totale. Le onsen privatif, magnifique et intimiste, a offert à toute la famille un pur moment de relaxation et d'évasion. Nous avons été particulièrement touchés par le personnel, d'une gentillesse remarquable et d'une grande attention. Une adresse d'exception où nous reviendrons sans hésiter pour recharger nos batteries.

전체적으로 조금 아쉬운 료칸 일본여행을 좋아하고 료칸을 특히 좋아하는데 인테리어, 음식, 친절함 조금씩 모두 아쉬운 느낌입니다. 좋았던 점은 아름다운 조경과 풍경이지만 산책할 곳이 없고 편의시설은 아예기대하기어려웠어요. 내부 인테리어는 무난하고 모기향냄새가 많이 심해요. 음식은 코스가 너무 쉽게 지치는 느낌입니다. 또한 온도가 맞지 않게 너무 차가웠어요. 정말 기대했는데 아쉬웠고 시소가 지나치게 음식에 많이 쓰여져요. 외국인인 우리에게 미리 시소에 대한 호불호를 물어보면 어땠을지 아쉬움이있습니다. 투숙객에 대해 세심하고 친절하게 느껴지지는 않았고 전체적으로 무례하진않지만 차가운 느낌. 그다지 환대를 받지 못하였다고느껴집니다. 또한 리뷰에서 역까지 송영서비스를 제공한다는것을 보았지만 우리는 왕복 모두 제공받지 못하였는데 그걸 감안한다면 위치가 너무 좋지 않습니다. 또한 물이 유명하지않기때문에 특별히 기대하진않았지만 온천수라고 보기 어렵겠네요. 발전하길 바라기때문에 장문을 남겼어요. 우리는 그렇게 만족하진못했지만 예쁘고 조용한 료칸임은 알고있습니다.
