My recent stay was excellent! The service and friendliness of the staff was absolutely wonderful! Everyone was welcoming, polite, kind, attentive, and they really made my visit memorable and was a highlight of my visit! For privacy reasons, I won’t list everyone’s names but truly all of the staff were wonderful! The spa was lovely and treatments were amazing. Pools were relaxing! Our two bedroom ocean view room was clean, very comfortable, spacious and modern. Only complaint is that it was very dark and no windows in second bedroom. Dining options were plentiful and offered variety, although I overindulged on fish and shrimp tacos and fresh guacamole daily! Resort is safe, quiet and well maintained. I can’t wait to return!

Our daughter’s birthday and favorite family location. Beautiful views and amenities. Whales breaching! My husband used the hotel MD, Dr Molina for pain mgmt. He was great—made a follow up house call to our room. Pool food staff are great but the computer system was unknowingly down. 90 min wait for poolside drinks, Hslf of the food selections are great: wood fired pizza, guacamole, service, dessert. We’ll be back!!! Great rooms, all with views and amenities. Don’t know why refrigerator doors open towards the sidewall instead of away from them Sebastian is great; enthusiastic, versatile, builds fun. Female entertainment staff poor at water aerobics in uniform, meek on the microphone and less able to rally participants. Needs a longer water hose to dampen all the hot volleyball sand Definitely worth my five visits

We had an amazing time at the Westin! The resort was spacious and quiet. Food was delicious. Clean beach (it was not swimmable, but we were able to walk along the beach). Multiple pools. I enjoyed the gym, sauna and steam room. I plan to return.

It was so clean and Beautiful. I did pay for ocean view, didn’t get that. There was trees in the way, when I asked to get moved they claimed it was fully booked. There was no way it was booked, there was only a handful of people on the property.

Beautiful property! The location is about 30min from Marina and downtown. It’s a great property and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hot water did not get fully hot, I had it turned on max and it was still warm warm. I was disappointed in location of room since the property was not crowded I expected a central location but we were put at the end facing more of another resort. Maybe it was an Expedia room, I’m starting to feel like I should book directly with the property for better room locations.

The property was fine. Rooms were clean, the food was good and the service was fine as well. Nothing extraordinary about the property but it definitely served our needs for a quick trip to Cabo to get away and re-charge. We would visit the Westin again.

Muy bonito el hotel y muy amplia y confortable la habitación. Muy bien la limpieza. Sin embargo en la regadera no sale agua fría. Solo tibia y caliente. El desayuno en el restaurante Cocina Mexicana muy caro, mala calidad, variedad y servicio. Una lástima siendo un hotel tan bueno. Por último, comentar que la prohibición de NO FUMAR en ningún área del hotel es excesiva. Ni siquiera se permite fumar en la Playa ni las áreas abiertas. MUY incómodo para los fumadores. Ojalá tomen en cuenta estos comentarios pues nos gustó mucho el hotel y nos gustaría regresar pronto

Title: Major Disappointments My recent stay from 8/18 to 8/22 was far from the relaxing vacation I had hoped for. Despite booking a "ocean view" two-bedroom room, the experience was riddled with issues. Upon arrival, our bags were mixed up, and my bag was left at the front while someone else's belongings were delivered to our room. The bellhop's response was shockingly dismissive. Navigating the sprawling property was confusing due to lack of directions. The inconsistency in currency acceptance was puzzling, with the cantina not accepting pesos while Starbucks did. Inside the room, maintenance problems like a broken ice maker, missing toiletries, fallen curtain rods, and more added to the frustration. Requests for an ocean view room were ignored, even though the hotel seemed far from full. Privacy was breached when strangers charged items to my room, leading to disputes. Elevators frequently malfunctioned, and a non-working phone in one bedroom limited communication. Billing was a mess. Another guest's card number appeared on my receipt, and I was wrongly charged for parking. Unexpected charges of over $100 per day in "resort fees" and taxes were not communicated clearly. Falsely advertised ocean view. I looked at a wall. Signed a paper that they would not be responsible if I drowned. It was very hard to get around the property. Staff was nice but we left the next day .

When I arrived, they kept referring to me as Expedia. Unfortunately, this is timeshare, so their members get the best rooms. My first room was a ground level ADA room tucked in the corner. I had to stand on my toes on the 3x5 patio to see the water. They told me all of their rooms are classified as “ocean view balcony”. I told them in the US, we consider the room a ground floor terrace with a patio. The birds nest in the tree had a better view than I did. After 2 days, they moved me to another room and it was a completely different experience. My advice- tell them you want a room in the West tower. The east tower rooms have a terrible view.

Viaje familiar con adolescentes por tres noches excelente estadía, Super bonito y tranquilo, créanme con 3 hijos que les gusta que tengan gym y actividades deportivas, así que soy súper exigente en elegir un lugar, de verdad. Excelente atención desde que llegamos, la atención súper amable para paseos desde ahí, sin ningún costo extra, de verdad no recuerdo el nombre de la chica que nos atendió pero excelente trato, sin duda volvería, la playa me refiero al mar, no es seguro para nadar, pero tienes excelentes VISTAS y opciones, a unos minutos está PLAYA CHILENO, súper nice, en donde puedes pasar una tarde increíble. My recent stay was excellent! The service and friendliness of the staff was absolutely wonderful! Everyone was welcoming, polite, kind, attentive, and they really made my visit memorable and was a highlight of my visit! For privacy reasons, I won’t list everyone’s names but truly all of the staff were wonderful! The spa was lovely and treatments were amazing. Pools were relaxing! Our two bedroom ocean view room was clean, very comfortable, spacious and modern. Only complaint is that it was very dark and no windows in second bedroom. Dining options were plentiful and offered variety, although I overindulged on fish and shrimp tacos and fresh guacamole daily! Resort is safe, quiet and well maintained. I can’t wait to return!

Our daughter’s birthday and favorite family location. Beautiful views and amenities. Whales breaching! My husband used the hotel MD, Dr Molina for pain mgmt. He was great—made a follow up house call to our room. Pool food staff are great but the computer system was unknowingly down. 90 min wait for poolside drinks, Hslf of the food selections are great: wood fired pizza, guacamole, service, dessert. Despite booking a "ocean view" two-bedroom room, the experience was riddled with issues. Beautiful property! The location is about 30min from Marina and downtown. It’s a great property and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hot water did not get fully hot, I had it turned on max and it was still warm warm. I was disappointed in location of room since the property was not crowded I expected a central location but we were put at the end facing more of another resort. Maybe it was an Expedia room, I’m starting to feel like I should book directly with the property for better room locations.

We had an amazing time at the Westin! The resort was spacious and quiet. Food was delicious. Clean beach (it was not swimmable, but we were able to walk along the beach). Multiple pools. I enjoyed the gym, sauna and steam room. I plan to return.

Muy bonito el hotel y muy amplia y confortable la habitación. Muy bien la limpieza. Sin embargo en la regadera no sale agua fría. Solo tibia y caliente. El desayuno en el restaurante Cocina Mexicana muy caro, mala calidad, variedad y servicio. Una lástima siendo un hotel tan bueno. Por último, comentar que la prohibición de NO FUMAR en ningún área del hotel es excesiva. Ni siquiera se permite fumar en la Playa ni las áreas abiertas. MUY incómodo para los fumadores. Ojalá tomen en cuenta estos comentarios pues nos gustó mucho el hotel y nos gustaría regresar pronto

We had a great time. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool. Food and grocery market was expensive and not a lot of selection. Restaurant staff was very accommodating especially when we requested fresh meats and fish for barbecuing . It was prepared just how we wanted. They only thing I was disappointed was the waiting area (lobby) considering it get very hot during the summer months. A ceiling fan would have been nice in the lobby. We were dreaded in sweat while waiting for our room and picked up our taxi.

The pools were great and clean. The property is difficult to maneuver as there are multiple levels and the pools are on the very bottom or top. Food choices are limited as there are three restaurants at the property and you cannot walk to anything else Ubers and taxis work fine. There is NO beach access to water. You can sit on the beach but the water is off limits and very dangerous. The property is beautiful, but I wanted a beach property and this isn’t it.

The biggest lie of this hotel is that it is along a beach but you are not allowed or able to swim. Most of the pools in the hotel are for specific guests that normal guest do not have access to. Very limited pool options. The hotel was in renovation in several locations and very very noisy.

This is an amazing property. Love the architecture and overall property design. Kudos for making everything handicap accessible. My villa was fantastic. The ocean views are amazing (saw whales a number of times. Pools are spacious and great. Contina restaurant has great food. Was a little noisy due to construction (be aware but it didn't change my rating). Beach is great although water is only swimmable by strong, experienced swimmers. Overall, definitely a 6 star experience.
