It put me in the mindset of a really nice college dorm. It was cozy. Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant was nice the food was excellent. I just wish they had a pool there.

Great location for the Spooky Nook tournaments! There’s a inside walkway between the two facilities. The hotel adds to the magic of the basketball tournaments located there.

We loved the facility....nice and clean and front desk was so helpful....restaurant was also great! My only recommendation is for better signage to get into the hotel part of the building...we drove around the back, following signs and then couldn't figure out how to get to the entrance of the hotel...first time going straight at the back of the building, which just looped us around to the athletic parking lot....and then took us to the guy collecting parking money. He then explained to us that we needed to veer to the left at the end of the building.....it was just confusing to find the hotel entrance....also...when I left to get breakfast early Sunday morning, when I returned, a guy was sitting at that spot at the end of the building and wouldn't let me turn left to the front of the building....when I rolled my window down and said how do I get back to the hotel if I can't go this way....then he said oh...I didn't see your parking permit....it is too dark...so I had to back up and then could head to the left to get back to the hotel. It all just seemed strange having to go all the way around the back of the building to get to the front of the hotel. Signage was confusing to say the least.

We stayed here twice in one week. We stayed during the week for a day before we transitioned to an Air bnb. Very quiet. We came back for the weekend for a tournament at the Spooky Nook. It’s so convenient and with all the people I was impressed the noise level was minimal. Restaurant was convenient for both dinner and breakfast but a bit spendy for a fancy continental breakfast. They do have complementary coffee. The wall paper is peeling off walls but I imagine it’s due to humidity because the building is in pretty good shape. I enjoyed the fact that I didn’t have to battle the parking issue for the tournament. The price of the rooms were reasonable.

This was a large room in tired condition. The shower was great. There was a restaurant but it was closed when we got there. This hotel is not close to restaurants or shopping areas. You must drive through a maze to get into the hotel parking lot. This hotel primarily serves the indoor sports center in the building with it.

Convenient place to stay while playing in tournaments at Spooky Nook. Kids up and down the halls at night but to be expected when it’s all kids at the tournaments. It gets quiet around 11:00. They have everything a gym has but a swimming pool!

Highly disappointed with this property. The lobby was clean and tidy (although incredibly dark) but that’s where the cleanliness ended. Poor interior design choices led to using wallpaper throughout the entire suite, bathroom included. There wasn’t one piece of said wallpaper that wasn’t peeling. The bathroom wasn’t vented and had rust forming on the door frame. The same door frame also had crayon or marker scribbles drawn on it. The water pressure in the shower was absolutely terrible. The outlets on the bed lamps didn’t work and one of the reading lights was burned out. I had to pull out the nightstand to access a working outlet. There were cobwebs in several places in the room that were so large I’m not sure how they were missed. And behind the TV was a puddle of what can only be described as dried vomit. The noise level made it appear as there was no sound-proofing in the room at all. The guests in the rooms on the sides and above us were talking at a normal level and it was as if we were all the in same room. I can’t believe this hotel opened less than 10 years ago. We paid $200 for a one-night stay and that was about $150 too much

Wallpaper is peeling off the walls in the bathroom which creates a run down outdated feeling. Our refrigerator wasn’t empty from the prior guests, there were dirty socks behind the desk chair, and there were hairs in the sheets. Housekeeping could have been better for sure.

One night stay lobby was impressive , im not into any eco chit i want the air to work when not in room so its cool so thats a turn off for me, room had 2 lights that did not work and vanity had a bulb out so it was quit dim room was nice there was some wallpaper starting to show peeling, bathroom was nice and clean i used pull out under couch was very dirty seen some food remnants all and all fair also there is a additional $50 put on card upon check in for damages

Always fun at the nook. Great food at restaraunt inside, friendly staff and very clean. Noisey from large amount of kids there for sports tournaments, beds are ok and way over priced.

We didn't like the garbage spread out in the parking lot and other areas. The shower was so bad, I would not go back. Other local hotels were cheaper, rooms were much more spacious with breakfast included. Had I known that the sports part of it were separate, i would have stayed somewhere else and just came for the sports for the day. Not thrilled at all!

Loved the proximity to the event we were attending. Room was clean. Staff at front desk were helpful & very nice. Didn’t like that the room’s window opened into the lobby of the event hall so had to keep our curtains closed or all the people entering or exiting the event good look right up at us. No coffee machines in the room, but they did have a nice coffee setup in the lobby.

The hotel was extremely convienent being right there for our child's tournament. Service was very good n accommodating. Having said that we were on the first floor n the noise level was horrible. The beds were super uncomfortable.

Pillows are very small and uncomfortable, the room itself was AWFUL first floor near a vending machine basically in the lobby. It was noisy all night with doors opening and closing and people using the vending machine. Why not move the vending machine to the lobby? Not right next to someone’s door. Didn’t sleep at all

Being connected to the sports complex is amazing. They had a large group of contractors staying when we were there, and the contractors were using the hotel as a hub, so they were walking around all night. It wasn't the hotel's fault, but hard to sleep. Putting us on the higher floor would have helped, but I suspect the team was overwhelmed by the arrivals.

The beds were harder than could be and so were the pillows. The only thing that was good in the room with the bathroom the air conditioner blew on you and it was too loud and the view. Nothing like seeing the inside of a building. I’m sorry I picked to stay there

The staff was excellent! There was a problem with turning the heat off in our room and they promptly sent someone to try to fix it. When the problem was going to take awhile they moved us down the hall quickly. We had take out from the restaurant which was very good. We would stay at the Warehouse Hotel again.

I would not stay at this property. I paid for my hotel on Expedia and the hotel charged me too. When I checked in the clerk tried to charge me then and I told him no I already paid on Expedia. I find out days later I was charged and I did not authorize that charge on my card. They don't like to answer the phone either. I have called multiple times and it is hard to get a live person on the phone. I told them about that charge and I was never sent a receipt for the reimbursement or my money. The parking lot was pitch black too. The refrigerators don't work and I was given a pair of needle nose pliers to fix the frig. I had random hairs on my sheets. Rude staff and the managers are lazy and don't take accountability. I will not dispute this with my bank I will go to the courthouse.

This hotel has a very convenient location. You are right in the Spooky Nook Sport Complex and less than a mile to an interstate that makes travel to other areas easy. The beds are high, not a problem, just laugh as you climb in. The water pressure and temperature were good, with adequate bath products on the wall. The biggest problem we had is the marijuana smoke smell almost everywhere. We ended up taking a room next to a room being renovated. Since there is an allergy to marijuana, we opted to breathe in glue and paint fumes instead. The staff tried to help, but there is not much you can do. If not for our allergies, this hotel would have been ok. However, for our particular circumstances, we would never go back to this hotel.

Best option while staying for basketball tournament. Easy and convenient. Restaurant opened at 7am with buffet breakfast - perfect for getting the kids fed before they had to play morning games. Also stayed open late. Clean rooms. Surprisingly quiet. Coffee and tea all day.

No where on their website did it say the restaurant was closed on Mondays and Tuesday s. We booked on thinking we did have to look for a place to eat and enjoy ourselves for the night. The bar was only opened from 5-9.
