Location was great for first timers to Roma. Lots of restaurants and easy to use transit nearby to save your feet from all the walking your going to do. The room was larger then I expected. The staff super nice and friendly. Will stay again.

The hotel was amazing and in a very good location for our trip to Rome. Very walkable to all the sights. The air conditioning was always welcomed every time we returned from a busy day in the heat! Our room was very clean and the staff friendly, answering any questions we had for them. If we come back to Rome, we’ll stay here again!

This was definitely the worst hotel of our vacation. When we arrived, they made us wait outside the property because they were checking in another guest. It was extremely hot, and after 10 or 15 minutes, we rang the bell again, only to realize nobody was there. They had completely forgotten we were waiting outside in 38°C heat. They only have staff until early afternoon. The boiler wasn’t working, so there was no hot water. It was the coldest shower of my life, like an ice bath. We reported the issue to the staff, but they had already left for the day, so they never fixed it before we checked out. The only positive was the location, but I’m never staying at this property again.

Great location! A little tough to find the hotel entrance but well worth it for the boutique style accommodations! Very clean and staff was awesome!
