I am in awe of my entire experience at this hotel. The included breakfast was incredibly fresh and great. The staff and their attention to detail was the best we have ever encountered at any other hotel around the world. The rooms were spacious and beautiful with a large closet and bathroom, and mini bar with snacks were included and they had a wonderful pillow menu featuring a lavender filled pillow option. The bed was sooo comfortable. The hotel restaurants and food were incredibly good. The ski shop had all of our equipment ready with a locker, and a prompt shuttle every 20 minutes to take us to the mountain which was only minutes away. Forget any other hotel! This is THE hotel to stay at in St. MORITZ. Pure perfection from start to finish. Modern, brand new, and super upscale. The bar, the fireplace, and The View Restaurant were exceptional. In only 2 years, it’s made its way into the top ski hotels of the world.

El hotel está excelente, tienen muy buen servicio. Desde que llegamos nos recibieron de maravilla, por mi cumpleaños pusieron globos en la habitación y nos tenían un pastelito de bienvenida delicioso. El SPA está muy bonito, cómodo y excelente sauna, vapor, alberca y jacuzzi tood súper. Un día cenamos en el restaurante del hotel y todo delicioso. La host del restaurante Daniela muy amable y atenta siempre en la cena y en los desayunos. También la señorita del área de Concierge muy amable, nos orientó que hacer en St. Moritz. Todo el personal muy amable Sin duda Me vuelvo a quedar cuando vuelva a ir a St. Moritz.

Great property but for the noise at night coming out of the Beefbar. The hotel anknowleged it though annd made up for it. The ski shop had limited options for ski rentals and the equipment was not the best I have seen in a 5 star hotel.

Our schedule only allowed us one day in St Moritz but had we to do over we would have stayed another day if for no other reason than to stay another day/night at this amazing property. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Grace La Margna. Bei dem Hotel fehlt es an nichts! Angefangen mit der super zentralen Lage bei der man Fußläufig im Ort sowie am Bahnhof ist. Das Hotel bietet wunderbare Restaurants und ein super gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind ein Traum. Wir hatten die Junior Suite gebucht und waren begeistert. Alles sehr sauber und luxuriös eingerichtet . Wir haben uns besonders über die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie den Champagner und die Süßigkeiten auf dem Zimmer gefreut. 10/10 und Luxus pur. Wir kommen wieder.

The perfect location next to the station for train travel and a short walk into central St Moritz. Modern facilities and the friendliest staff we have met in any hotel in Switzerland. My only criticism is that it only had a shower and no bath in the room.

Usually, I like to start reviews with the positives, but given the glaring negative here I feel like I have to start there. You will NEVER want to leave this hotel. Sure, you had plans to stroll through the charming town of St. Moritz, visit the chocolate shops, the café, grab some dinner, maybe even walk around the lake. But the second you enter your room, look out at the gorgeous lake and mountain view, and get your first feel of the luxurious Frette throw on the bed… you won’t be able to bring yourself to leave your room. Everything about the hotel is impeccable, and every detail has been thought of. From the Dyson hairdryer and straightener, to the thoughtfully curated amenity kits and minibar. There is truly no reason to ever leave your room. And yes, you did have 9am train tickets for the glacier express, but there is no way you’re leaving that blanket… I mean, bed… any earlier that you absolutely have to. There are other trains. Probably. You should check before you sleep in.

Is was mostly really good. However we reserved a table for drinks and was told it was given to another group and make sure you stay away from the Beerbar. The service is not good, it’s overpriced, inflexible menu and pushy staff trying to push 10x wine.

El hotel está excelente, tienen muy buen servicio. Desde que llegamos nos recibieron de maravilla, por mi cumpleaños pusieron globos en la habitación y nos tenían un pastelito de bienvenida delicioso. El SPA está muy bonito, cómodo y excelente sauna, vapor, alberca y jacuzzi tood súper. Un día cenamos en el restaurante del hotel y todo delicioso. La host del restaurante Daniela muy amable y atenta siempre en la cena y en los desayunos. También la señorita del área de Concierge muy amable, nos orientó que hacer en St. Moritz. Todo el personal muy amable Sin duda Me vuelvo a quedar cuando vuelva a ir a St. Moritz.

Immediately across from the train station, it was all magnificent spaces, friendliest staff which went out of its way to provide the best in hospitality, a fabulous buffet in their beautiful dining room which was included in the price of the stay, all set in the most stunning scenery imaginable. Cannot recommend highly enough. Would stay nowhere else on a return trip.

Absolutely wonderful! My husband & I celebrated our 37th anniversary and it is our new favorite hotel. Truly our jam. Every detail was thought of and the name Grace is so fitting. It is clear each employee was trained and embodies that very spirit of graciousness. Better than Ritz & 4 seasons. Truly boutique hotels finest.

This is a first class hotel in St. Moritz. From the very beginning, during and right to the end it was first class all the way. The staff are extremely attentive. The room itself is to the highest quality in everything they chose, to tap ware, faucets, tiles, wardrobes, stationary, bottled water in glass, fine stem glass ware, amenities inside the bathroom and bedroom, the special thoughts just do not end....... Very pleased with our stay. The breakfast was more than amazing, the staff I wanted to take them all home, the chef's home made pastries, the service from all the staff and attentiveness. Give credit where credit is due! They have won! Attention to detail at every turn!

The perfect location next to the station for train travel and a short walk into central St Moritz. Modern facilities and the friendliest staff we have met in any hotel in Switzerland. My only criticism is that it only had a shower and no bath in the room.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! My husband and I stayed for two nights because we wanted to catch the Glacier Express to Zermatt. We had no idea how special this hotel would be since we were really just passing through. Everything about it was top notch. Our room was so comfortable and luxurious and the spa was so perfect with the saunas and the steam room. We had dinner at the View (their restaurant) and having come from southern Italy, we were absolutely surprised at how delicious the pizza was. The service was outstanding and the location was excellent with it being right next to the train station. Our stay was quiet and we had the best night’s rest there on our day 15 trip. We absolutely loved our room and its view and modern details. If you love modern and comfortable and top notch service then stay here! The breakfast is wonderful!

A wonderful property—5 stars in every sense. Conveniently located right across from the train station. Every detail carefully curated at this property. The hotel seems new and is very fresh with high end finishes and touches. We stayed in a Grace Superior room and were very pleased with the size, amenities, and finish. Again, truly 5 star. Our schedule only allowed us one day in St Moritz but had we to do over we would have stayed another day if for no other reason than to stay another day/night at this amazing property. I don’t think one thing in this building is out of the place it’s literally perfect. Staff super helpful accommodating, the hotel itself is a gem blended old with new and all the most current technology. This is the place to stay if you’re arriving by train, up the ramp out of the station brings you to their lower lobby.
