The receptionist on the 17th floor was very patient, kind and went out of her way to ensure all of my needs were met including accommodations, breakfast, and the limousine bus to the airport. The General Manager, Kevin Kim, who was overseeing the breakfast was remarkable and I was treated by him as if I was family. The breakfast buffet was a fantastic fusion of fresh Korean and western style offerings. My only disappointment was the sparse gym. The hotel is also close to several subway and bus stops and conveniently located near the Lotte department store and all of the amazing food vendors. Thanks again Mr. Kim for a great stay.

Clean, well kept hotel in a good, central location. The reason for the lower review score is that they do not have parking at all, which was not made clear in the Korean language descriptions. The descriptions indicated availability of a parking lot that is wheelchair accessible, which was interpreted to be a parking lot with accessibility capabilities. But in actuality, this meant that there is only one single parking slot (for those with disabilities) available at all. As nearby parking options are all very pricey, this did mean that a hefty additional fee was needed for overnight parking. To be clear, the room itself was quite clean and the hotel may be a good option for someone without a car who is doing business in the City Hall or Myeongdong area. The staff was professional and otherwise friendly, but were strict to their policy of no refunds, despite multiple attempts from Hotels.com personnel.

明洞通りまですぐなのが良いです。フロントが17階でした。ランドリールームの利用時間が7:00-20:00なのと、2つある洗濯機の一つが滞在中ずっと故障中だったのが残念でした。使い捨てのスリッパは毎日追加してくれていましたが、勿体無いので必要ならリクエストするスタイルで良いのではないでしょうか？コネクティングルームはバスルームも冷蔵庫も2ヶ所あって良かったです。

通りを渡ればロッテ百貨店という超好立地、デパ地下をコンビニの様に使えました。17階の朝食レストランはお洒落で、お料理も申し分なし。旅行中は食べ過ぎがちの為、私は毎朝日替り(蟹or鮑)のお粥をチョイスしていました。お味もマル！地下鉄2号線7番出口がメインになりますが、7番出口はロッテ百貨店内に出る為ラグジュアリーな香がして治安も良きです。明洞やロッテで買い過ぎた物を部屋に置きに帰る事もラクに出来ます。私は帰路が仁川空港でした、直行バス乗り場も徒歩3分ほどの所にあります。荷物が重かったのとバス酔いしがちの為、ホテルーソウル駅へタクシーで数百円で着きました。ソウル駅ー仁川空港はAREX利用です。ホテル1階にwow passチャージ、両替機がらありとても助かりました。次回もこちらのホテルを使いたいです。

Very close to Myeongdong night market and river walk. We liked that there was room to have 2 carry on suitcases out without tripping on them. The beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. The day staff that took stored our bags was helpful and friendly. The night staff that checked us in was quick to get us checked in, but not friendly. There was black stuff in the shower edges. The air conditioner only got to about 24 and you couldn’t get it any lower. It was difficult at times to get an elevator. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

L'hôtel est bien situé, à proximité d’un centre commercial et a une distance de marche des principaux sites touristiques de Myeondong. Il y a de nombreux transports en communs dans les environs. L’hôtel possède un petit déjeuner que je n’ai pas pu essayer (style buffet a environ 23-27.000KRW) et un déjeuner très bon pour le prix (25.000KRW pour entrée plat café). L’hôtel ne sert pas de dîner. La salle de sport possède des poids de allant jusqu’à 16kg : 2, 5, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 kg. Une machine de développé vertical (dans le style de la photo jointe mais moins sophistiquée et allant jusqu’à ~90 kg) et des tapis de courses. Étant donné que le check-in se fait à partir de 15h, l’hôtel peut garder les bagages et il en est de même lors du départ. Dans l’ensemble c’est un bon hôtel mais le manque d’option de dîner et la salle de sport peu fournie m’ont fait donner une note basse.

We were checked in at the Small desk on the 1st floor but the real lobby was on the 17th floor which we didn’t discover until the day after. We rented 2 Rooms, they were both underwhelming and Dated with a strange musty smell. There’s only 1 closet and no drawers to store your clothes. One Room was incredibly dusty, dust bunnies everywhere, AC wasn’t properly working so it was considerably warmer than the rest of the hotel. One of the lights was burnt out which we reported immediately, they said it was working after checking (the wrong light) so we just had a fairly dark room our entire stay. Toilet seat warmer wasn’t working but after the light fixture experience we didn’t bother mentioning it. The view outside the room was awful - a bunch of metal pipes ie the outdoor AC unit system. Housekeeping lady was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to Myeongdong shopping and Lotte department so if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep and don’t care about a pleasant hotel experience, then it should be fine.

Overall, great hotel. I noticed with my hotel that the wall paper or wood paper was peeling off and the bathroom had mold with stuff peeling off as well. The staff kept the place relatively clean which is good. I woke up almost every morning with a stuffy nose or dry throat due to the air condition in there and it did have a strange smell I noticed but it went away after a while and would come back. It took some getting used to but for an affordable hotel it wasn’t bad since it was really close to myeongdong street.

The room looks clean, however I felt itchy in bed during my 3 nights of stay. There was no charging port near the bed, and the sound insulation was soso, cos we could hear the door closing and people talking in the corridor. The Pros are the location is very convenient, 2 convenience right next to the entrance and just 3 mins walk to the myeongdong shopping street. Also within 6-7 minutes walk, you could reach to 2 subway stations (myeongdong and Euljiro) very convenience to get to Hongdae and seoul station.

Hotel itself was fine, super close to the Main Street food/shopping area and not too far from the palace. My issue was the thermostat in our room was pointless, it was set to 21 (the lowest it would go) and it never got below 24.5 which made sleeping uncomfortable.

Room is clean, but small, couldn’t really fully open our luggages. The door in one of the connected room layout is tucked behind the mattress and could not be closed because the mattress is in the way. Neither bathroom have lock so you can’t lock the bathroom doors.

The front desk clerk, ‘Sonny’ was not respectful. He shouted at us when we asked him the way to our room. The other guests all stopped to look what was going on. Really sad experience as we’ve all been to other countries and this is the first time we received such service.

Room did not match the photos on the hotel's website: we stayed in the suite, their website clearly showed a jacuzzi, however our suite did not have one, when we complained to the staff they said not all suites are the same. We stayed here for our stop in Seoul. This hotel is conveniently located near two metro stations, a bus lines, great shopping and a plethora of dining options. Our room was quiet and clean with a spacious bathroom. The staff was also very helpful with all of our questions and arrangements. There was nothing else we needed to make our visit to Seoul more enjoyable. Thank you!

The staff was so courteous. I discovered that I left my watch in the room after I checked out, so I called and they helped to package it up so I could get a courier to deliver it to me at the airport in Seoul. They were very helpful!

The location is very good. Just one street across the bustling Myeongdong but yet is away from the hustle bustle. Close to not 1 but 3 train stations. 7-11 and GS25 is just downstairs. The only downside is lobby is situated on the 17th floor and the rooms are on the smaller side but it is understandable. Overall, for the price? I would rate 9/10.

ロケーションが良いのは言うまでもないですね。仁川空港からのアクセスは高級リムジン6015（イビスアンバサダー下車）、Kリムジン6701（ウェスティン朝鮮下車）停留所からすぐです。帰国日が土砂降りになってしまい、ソウル駅都心ターミナルで飛行機のチェックイン、出国審査をする事にしました。ホテル前の地下道入口からスーツケースを転がし市庁駅まで傘無しで行けます。シャワーはすぐお湯が出るし水圧も良いです。排水口が詰まることもなく（韓国のホテルで排水の流れが悪くないのは初めて！）良かった。お風呂に過度な期待をする方は、大浴場のあるホテルを選ぶと良いと思います。部屋は広くないけど、明洞のこのランクなら妥当です。口コミにもあった通り枕元にコンセントが無い事、部屋に鏡が無い事が少し不便かな。日本のコンセントのまま使えるのは、部屋と洗面にあります。他はSEタイプが2カ所。帰り道にコンビニ２軒、スタバ（右隣）があるので買い物忘れも心配なし。今回、帰国日が雨だったので、市庁駅まで傘無しOKロケーションのクラウンパークさんは大正解でした！ウェルカムドリンクの缶シッケも嬉しかったです！

清潔、エアコン調整良好、水圧とシャワー温度も良かったです。またスタッフの方も親切丁寧でした。　ただ立地が今ひとつ。明洞中心部や駅に行くには、近くに横断歩道がないため地下道を利用しないといけませんでした。
