チェックイン、チェックアウト時に別々の方が対応してくれましたがどちらも日本語できる方で安心しました。ホテルの内装も可愛く清潔感もあり良かったのですが、壁がとても薄く廊下のキャリーバッグ押してる音や声が丸聞こえで部屋の中も上の階か横の部屋かわかりませんがトイレの流れる音が聞こえてきたり騒音で2時間ほどしか寝れませんでした。壁が薄いこと以外は立地も良いし、アメニティも部屋には綿棒コットンヘアゴムがセットになったものと石鹸、ボディスポンジがありあとはフロント1階にある自販機に歯ブラシや髭剃り、今回クレンジングを忘れたのですがクレンジングもありとても助かりました。新論峴3番出口エスカレーター上がって坂を登るのですがそれが少々きつい以外は快適でした。

他の方の口コミ同様、お部屋の空調がきかないと言いますかエアコンの設定がそもそも出来ない状態でした。7月の旅行だった為蒸し暑く寝苦しかったです。女性2人の旅行でドライヤーするのが辛かったです。そしてお風呂もどう工夫して入っても必ず水浸しになる設計でツルツル滑るので危ないです。駅から近く立地は良かったですが、もぅ2度と泊まりたく無いと思いました。オススメ致しません。

私が行ったときは15:00になるまでチェックインできないようで小さいロビーで待ってたけど順番を整理してくれるわけではないのでちゃんと先にいる人をみてないと抜いたり抜かされたりするのでちょっと面倒でしたそれ以外は立地もよくて広さもあって便利でよかったけど2人以上の宿泊だとお風呂は最初の人がうまく使わないと洗面所自体が完全にビショビショになるような形状でした金浦空港から来やすくて地下からの移動もバリアフリーなので1人でサクッと来る旅行ならまた利用したいです

The staff was amazing. The bed was kinda hard and should I say that the following day of my stay I saw a blood stain on my bedsheet that I thought I bled. I called for room service and they were fast to change it. Overall my stay was great just wish they could put more effort in cleaning the room.

Гостиница находится в хорошем районе. Все рестораны и шопинг в шаговой доступности. Единственное что не хватает этой гостинице это немного лучше убирать номера. Кровати и подушки удобные. Персонал решал все проблемы в нашем номере очень быстро.

仁川空港からも行きやすく、バス停も駅も近いのでとても行動しやすかったです。ですが、3名で予約したに関わらず2名分しかアメニティがなく伝えたところ翌日まで対応できないとのことでした。お値段がリーズナブルなので仕方ないですが、お風呂とトイレに仕切りがないので少し不便でした。

駅から近いですが、坂だったので、スーツケースを運ぶのが大変でした。江南にも歩いて行けるし、周りに食べるところや買い物すると沢山あるので便利でした。特に金浦空港には、電車乗り換えなしで行けるのと急行を利用できるのでよかったです。お部屋は、収納がないので不便でした。リモコンでエアコンや照明を使えるようになってますが、韓国語のみの表示で不親切です。説明もありません。他の方も書いている通り、コーキングの部分にかなり変色がありますが、あまり気になりませんでした。

Chambre très bien mais étrange qu’il faut demander à faire la chambre à chaque jour! Et le petit déjeuné, chère, pas bon du tout. L’eau du thé pas chaude. Pas de laitage. Que du pain brioché. Le petit dej est le seule défaut.
