Beautiful resort with a huge swimming pool and other facilities such as gym, table tennis, snooker, free bike rental…. , close to a nice long beach. Excellent breakfast buffet. Friendly and helpful staff. Free airport pick up and drop off. We booked a 3 bedroom villa at a good room rate, very spacious and comfortable. Free buggy transfer between lobby and villa. The resort is huge, very nice to bike or walk around. Only cups are available inside the villa. We got 2 extra plates for free. If you need extra plates/bowls and cutlery, you would need to rent from them. Overall a very enjoyable stay at the Sheraton. Would definitely consider staying here next time if we could book at more or less the same rate.

Great hotel, great and helpful staff, very clean and has a really nice feel to it! Loved the pool area and the beach and the whole hotel so so well maintained. The vilas were beautiful and staff kept coming to give us free water and were so prompt with their service. Language is a bit of an issue in Vietnam but no complaints from the hotel, loved our stay!

The full body massage was nice and we went daily but the head treatment was a waste of money. Breakfast was good but the options at the dinner buffet we booked was lack of freshness and poor choices and quality. Service is quite slow sometimes

Great hotel, great and helpful staff, very clean and has a really nice feel to it! Loved the pool area and the beach and the whole hotel so so well maintained. The villas are amazing and if you book a beachfront villa then you are in for a real treat, as far as accommodation is concerned. But as soon as you have a problem, need assistance or ask for anything the staff are not adequately trained to manage issues. Take note of current advertised offers on Sheratons website because you will find that they do not update their website and offers are not honoured or are removed without notification. It is almost like they are fishing for guests with offers and incentives yet when they don't achieve the results from their fishing, they simply pretend like the offers or extras never existed. What really disapointed my wife and I was that we planned our getaway around all of the little bonuses and extra activities that were on offer from Sheraton. You are spolit for choice in Phu Quoc when it comes to resort style accommodation so additional benefits that are available at the resort you choose, can and will make a difference to the overall experience. So if you are looking for that really special holiday with all the extras, consider somewhere else because the Sheraton Phu Quoc will not live up to expectations and only disappoint.

Pool and room was great. Staff reasonably helpful, no one speaks very fluent english which makes certain things difficult. Lots of rubbish on the island and in the water. Empty theme park town and far to access food or things for babies like nappies etc.

Overall the resort was nice. The beach was very nice and not crowded. What makes this review a 2, maybe a 3 star is the food. The food was terrible unless you ordered room service or are at the garden restaurant. But it was very expensive in my opinion. Maybe that’s the price you pay for the quiet beach and quiet resort experience, who knows. But, I would think that if you’re going to pay premium prices then you should get premium options. Felt like a Cuban vacation if I’m being honest. Not what I was expecting from a Sheraton. The staff were very friendly and very helpful.

I ordered Banmi at the swimming pool, but it took a really long time and the pork smelled bad. The next day's breakfast meat menu smelled bad, and I couldn't order food after that. I only ordered French fries. Fortunately, the breakfast on the second day did not smell. I trusted it because it was Sheraton Hotel, but the food didn't seem to be maintained, so I was very disappointed.

Lots of food for breakfast but no seafood, just cheap and simple food, not bad but this place is being too cheap! Lots of Indian and Korean tourists, if you want to avoid a certain smell. Staff are very helpful and maids are always cleaning right!
