We just stayed one night the wifi wasn’t very good but we didn’t stay for the wifi. Over all nice hotel there is a small charge for parking which I didn’t mind it kept others from parking there

Was charge for a parking fee!!!! Booked online and was not aware. Was not told upon checkin. Price was a little high considering no breakfast and having to pay for parking.will not stay here again

This might seem petty to some people but the fact that they charge $7.00 a day to park in the parking lot is ridicules . As a Hilton honors member I find this fee unacceptable

Very disappointed with the over all condition of the property, the room smelt so poorly that I had to go buy air fresheners the pool wasn’t very clean breakfast looked completely unappetizing. All the work and energy is gone into the front lobby to give off the impression, but the rooms are poorly taken care of, and cleaned.

Both ladies at the front desk Friday afternoon and Sunday morning were extremely rude. The property was not clean. There was trash everywhere, and the pool was filthy Sunday morning. The breakfast buffet was not worth the $16 a person the property charged. Also, the charge for parking was nonsense.

There was an overpowering odor when we entered the room. We don't know if it was a strong cleaner they use or some other chemical they used in the room. We never got used to it. It was so bad I bought room spray, and that didn't help much. We noticed the smell from other rooms when we were walking by. My daughters pillow had what we thought looked like a blood stain, the window blind was broken and hanging there, the floor was dirty, it hadn't been swept. I asked the front desk to have someone sweep the floor and I also let them know about the blind. Housekeeping came up and did everything BUT sweep the floor, they made the beds and traded the towels. Someone fixed the blind. Even though it wasn't a bad thing to do those things I didn't need or ask for those things to be done, I wanted the Dorito's and all the crumbs that were left on the floor from whoever was there before us. They evidently don't sweep behind the sliding door to the bathroom because it was filthy. What else are they not cleaning?! If not something as noticeable as the floor. I asked a second time if the floor could be swept and someone did come up to sweep.The walls are so thin that we had to listen to the T.V. that was left on overnight in the room next to us. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay and won't be back.

But when I pay 150 for a room, I don’t expect to walk in and see the furniture is broken and the paint is peeling. It was the little details that I guess don’t matter much overall but they sort of did. The room was cramped and stuffed with dated furniture, the bed wasn’t great by any means, the lamp on the bedside table looked like someone’s cat used it as a scratching post, the bathroom door was on a track and didnt close all the way, you go to slide the bathroom door open and the door acts like it’s going to fall. It was a cramped dated room

Not so good. Room was humid and musty. Hot water in the bathroom sink was just a trickle. Did not realize that maid service only came every other day. They told me they sent me a welcome email after I checked in that informed me of that. They did bring me clean towels when I requested them.

We stayed here with our two dogs when we were in town for a dog competition. We chose this hotel because it was pet-friendly, and we were able to reserve a large suite so that the fur babies would have more room to spread out. The room was very large and nice. The bed was comfortable. The interior of the hotel was clean and nice. We ate dinner at the restaurant, and it was good. We did, however, choose not to eat there for breakfast because the buffet offering did not seem worth the $12/person pricetag. I didn't take advantage of the pool this time, but the fact that it had an indoor pool was a very nice feature. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Quiet, with the exception of people above us. Like they were doing laps around the room. Staff was excellent. Had issues connecting a tablet to the internet and they courteously took care of it.

Kids everywhere screaming all night running around in the hallways all night. Knocking on doors and running off. The room itself was humid! The water pressure was horrible and way too low. Just a horrible experience.

There was sugar ants in our room, the bar was out of a lot of alcoholic beverages, they use these pod mixers that are nasty. House keeping came super early, around 8:30am which isnt that bad but Ive never had that happen before.

Everything except the food was great. The kitchen could only serve appetizers the night we arrived.....that was ok. The breakfast the next morning was not good. Food in the serving trays (buffet) was not hot....cold by the time we got to a table. We also ordered off the menu....it took over 20 min to come out and was served luke warm. The room, bed, people, everyting else was great.

We truly enjoyed the hotel. I would have loved to enjoy the amenities you offered IF we had the time during our 2 nite stay . I do have a couple suggestions . You can take it for all it’s worth but I will give you my honest opinion. 1. I’m sure 9/10 of your guests have voiced their opinion about your breakfast lol. From our group - yes, they were not happy about the paid breakfast arrangements HOWEVER I disagree to some extent . I consider Hilton Garden a little more upscale than your typical hotels so I get that you would charge for breakfasts. However I have seen the breakfast you serve and honestly $16 for the buffet is ( to me ) a little high . Reason being -this is the same breakfast that is served at a FREE breakfast at most hotels . I would either serve a more upscale breakfast ( more personalized ) or lower your breakfast prices. Thats it. Staff was great and we enjoyed our stay .
