Clean, large rooms with small refrigerator and microwave. Convenient location, close to UWEC, for a great price.

I stayed two nights one week apart. Easy to find, convenient, and very inexpensive. For the price it was a very good deal. The internet the first night was not reliable

We requested 2 rooms on the ground floor as one person uses a walker/wheelchair, 2 have a heart condition, 2 people have arthritis in their hips/knees/ankles, and one has had several surgeries on her feet/ankles and stairs are quite difficult. We were told if we would've shown up 10 minutes earlier, we would've had 2 ground level rooms but they gave one of our rooms to someone else. So the 3 with bad hips/knees/ankles took the upstairs room. No elevator.

Staff very helpful. Traveled with an elderly person. Second floor no elevator. I should have asked for 1st. Floor when booking.

Very nice stuff easy access to ice machine rooms were clean overall very satisfied and would stay there again.

Absolutely the cleanest and well-maintained budget motel I have ever stayed at. For the price point I can't complain about the small breakfast... There is a quick Star gas station across the road with wonderful coffees and breakfast items if you want more than what this motel offers. Refrigerator, microwave, air conditioner, ice machine all work properly. Even the parking lot has been newly resurfaced and painted.

Nice building. Good service. Room service was great. Overall a nice experience. Parking lot was kind of beat up. Other than that, definitely stay there again.

Very nice property but had trouble keeping the A/C working through the night…a very warm humid night.

You get what you pay for...needed a hotel for 10 hours and paid a great rate. Internet was incredibly slow, people were sitting in parking lot drinking beer (which is fine) until 11 PM (not fine) and people on the second floor continued outside talking until 11 30. My smoke alarm went off when I came out of the shower to get some shampoo at 5:45 AM. And once I figured out what was causing it, I got it shut off, so I guess I accidentally took some hotel "revenge" on the late night talkers.

Run down. Room smelled like old cigarette smoke.

Room was not clean as you can see from photo when I arrived. Left us with about 1/8 roll of toilet paper when I checked in. Weird brown chunks/stains on the shower curtain. Made us pay a $25 cash security deposit when checked in (sketchy). When checking out owner said “Hold on about 5 minutes”. He goes to room and comes back with a photo of a washcloth my wife used to wash her makeup off with. Rudely lectures me on how it stained his washcloth. I informed him washing it would clean the washcloth and I informed him how crazy it was to lecture me about a washcloth we used in our hotel and how he provided me with a room that was never even cleaned to begin with which was very unprofessional. Tells me it’s $10 for the washcloth, and as I dispute it he says “is the girl you are with your wife” I informed him yes. He tells me “It will only be $5 because she is your wife”. I take my $20 from the $25 security deposit and never to go back to the place. Disgusting. So many building code violations. Should be condemned. Only stayed because it was cheap and needed to get some rest for a few hours.

Beds were comfortable, pillows were awesome, quiet, safe, good value, staff was friendly, rooms were clean. Did not make it down to check out continental breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Bedding was stained, towels were stained. TV remote did not work, dories and lamps dirty, floor was dirty. Shampoo for hair was very weird. Toilet leaked on floor.

The front desk staff was not friendly at all. The property itself was old and completely out of date. The rooms themselves smelled of must and mildew. Carpeting was slimy. Seriously almost left instantly once we entered our rooms but since we were only staying one night while traveling we just emptied and entire bottle of air fresheners and dealt with it.

Was a nice big clean room with a huge bed. Very pleased with the facility. Wasn't a 5 star but wasn't looking for 5 star, just a nice clean place to stay and that it was.

Bathroom was dirty, edges full of dust, toilet paper holder on wall was too far away, and i had to get off toilet to get the paper?!! Overall seemed used and only sorta clean.

Liked clean, friendly people. Disliked : when trying to sleep, heard continual walking and squeaky floor, no through access from lobby to back rooms, only 1 key given - inconvenient, breakfast was sub par.

For the price I was surprised. Quick and friendly check in, room was very large with a sofa and sitting chair as well as the king size comfy bed, fridge and microwave. Larger size TV with a lot of good stations. Kwik Trip and a nice family restaurant across the street. Very quiet and respectable fellow stayers. I felt safe. I will definitely be back when I have another visit at Mayo clinic

I have stayed here many times. The room is large but not fancy. Breakfast is just okay. I learned long ago to ask for an upstairs room so you can't hear the people above you walking around in their room. It is a good value for the money.

The people on second floor woke us up 2 times with loud noise, arguing, running or jumping. Did not sleep well. We were on first floor. Could hear everything from above us. Room was clean and nice.

A HORROR SHOW!!! I reserved a double queen room for $102.09 on Expedia for myself & my best friend. I was told upon check-in that I had to give $25 CASH, on top of having my credit card on file. It seemed odd, but I was tired and didn’t want to deal with a hassle.. I gave them the $25 cash. The service from the middle aged Indian man that checked us in wasn’t superb but it wasn’t awful either. We were only at the hotel to sleep.. we went to check out at 6 am. I was greeted with an older Indian female that morning. She was so rude it felt surreal. She began to bicker with me when I requested the $25 cash be returned to me. She asked if we had MEN in the room.., I joke you not. She assumed that two white ladies checking into this hotel were prostitutes!! She demanded I get all of my belongings out of the room and she CHECKED the room for MEN before rudely handing me the cash and storming off. She treated me like a filthy criminal not worthy of basic respect, I watched multiple men dropping off key cards while I waited for my friend to pull up. When I asked them, NONE of these men were asked for the cash deposit. I later found out this is a poorly run sleazy motel whom caters to a drug crowd. I am a 52 year old professional female & I have NEVER been treated so appallingly in my life. I will be attempting to report this establishment for discrimination. If you are a female staying alone.. RUN from this hell-hole!!

Check in was terrible! Miss leading. Only was told at check in that they had an incidental fee after I booked the room and wasn’t able to cancel it because I booked it the same day. The room smelled old, moldy and like ppl have been smoking in there!! Check out was ok. I had to wait for my incidental fee back which was cash ( I’ve never paid cash before) while they checked my room. Made me feel real uncomfortable like I did something wrong. I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE!!!

The Cons: The woman at the desk was less than friendly upon check in and when we asked her for two more cups she told us no. ? The outside looks a bit rundown but the actual rooms look better. The were hairs on the bathroom floor. The bed was a bit too firm and if you get cold easily make sure to bring another blanket as the ones on the bed are rather thin. The carpet looked rather dirty and there was questionable "white stains" on the couch. Also, upon check in you are required to put down a $25 cash deposit for any incidents that may occur. I'm not sure which $25 is going to cover but all I know is I never received my deposit back and no one was at the front desk at checkout. My partner and I were not noisy, nothing got damaged and we even made sure to take out our own garbage in our own bags. The Pros: it was cheap, had multiple eating establishments around the building, lots of TV channels and the room was spacious. When I stay here again? Yes, but only if I didn't have any other reasonably priced options available.

Lite breakfast items. Across from a 24 hour Kwik Trip for anytime food shopping and convenience store.

The outside of the property looked a little sketchy. But the rooms were clean and recently updated. Overall a comfortable stay.

Nice clean place. Quite!! Easy to get to off the Interstate. Many choices of restaurants, fast food outlets as well as fuel stops

Staff is always friendly. No good place to park a large truck & trailer. I had an upstairs room so the creeky floors were not an issue.

The person at the front desk was difficult to understand. Breakfast was terrible (cereal, banana, stale mini cinabuns). Carpet in room felt dirty. The only amenity worthwhile was free bottled water.

For someone only looking for a clean bed to sleep in for a few hours and hot shower. Between long days of driving this place fit our needs. Great price. Definitely skip the continental breakfast they provide. Coffee wasn’t even hot when it was first put out. I would stay here again if passing through the town again.

Staff were friendly and check-in was quick and convenient. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only issue was breakfast. There were hardly any options, just cereal and toast, juice and coffee. No proteins or hot options of any kind. They shouldn’t advertise free breakfast if they don’t have any actual food. Overall, it wasn’t bad for the price, a good place to rest for the night while passing through.

Has been renovated nicely. Large room which would be perfectfpr a longer stay. Plenty of food options in the area. The free 1 bottle of water per person was appreciated. Included breakfast a little disappointing. Would have liked the option of hot water for tea or hot chocolate as we dont drink coffee. More choice rather than just pink donutes and white bread.

Most of it was good could have more variety for breakfast...the biggest issue was that other guests should be more quiet instead of being loud at 5:30 a.m.and respectful

Cute place with spacious rooms. Good price and we could park right in front of our door. Not much for breakfast options but for that price it’s all you could expect. I would stay again.

Hot water was out and didn’t know it when checking in even though they posted a sign later that day saying it was out in the morning. Breakfast was toast, donut and cereal. I have had better options elsewhere for the same price.

The hotel needs updating and the continental breakfast was poor.
