This is not a hotel per se, but a group of bedrooms around a common area, with managers on call. Our bedroom was large, very quiet, comfortable and equipped with a good coffee machine. The whole place is air-conditioned, with separate controls for the bedroom. The common area has a kitchenette with a fridge. Excellent in every way.

Great! Staff was so awesome! Check-in and communication was easy and the building was very clean. This is a small (I think 10 room) building, so not your traditional hotel. Very safe and modern security. Rooms and bathrooms are very modern with air conditioning. Common areas for refrigerator and coffee making. Highly recommend!

Excellent and centrally located and small cozy place to stay. TREVI fountain is a minute walk, Pantheon a 10 minute walk, Colosseum a 20 minute walk and Vatican a 40 minute walk if you enjoying walking around. Shops and excellent restaurants are just in the adjacent or in the same street and don't forget to get your gelato from the shop right across the hotel entrance. Don't expect a fancy reception area, you would be surprised, if you enter through the door within 10 feet you would reach your steps and 15 feet a small lift big enough to carry you and your one big check in bag and carry on luggage. The hotel staff arranged and made reservations for airport transfer to hotel upon request and I would recommend that, as it is quite hazel free, it is just €10 more than taxi, but the driver was very helpful by loading and unloading the heavy luggage. The room though small was clean and well maintained. The staff especially Macarina was very friendly and helpful and the restaurants she suggested to try were really excellent, they were all a minute walk and in the same street as the hotel. The cons are , there was no fridge or coffee machine in the room but there is small fridge and a coffee maker in a break room adjacent to the hall. There is no 24x7 guest services so communicate with them when they are available else you have to call a number to reach them. Overall i enjoyed my stay and worth the value I received even though it was slightly expensive. Thank you

Spectacular! The location is excellent, as we were able to walk the entire trip from sight to sight and rest at the hotel, when needed. Great amenities, such as good air conditioning, a great shower, king size bed. Clean and secure. I would highly recommend it!

Unique hotel opportunity. The rooms used to be the apartments of the very nice lady who owns the hotel. She is personally present, and the rooms have an absolutely unique feature of having a living room (two floors, one has a very large table) outside the room. So, if someone is sleeping in the room, you can sit at the very large table and work, read, eat, whatever. A very nice bonus. And the lady is really, very nice.

A very nice boutique hotel in a great location. Very clean, everything worked, good wifi, secure and safe and quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again. Not a lot of bathroom amenities if you like that sort of thing. I'm so glad I stayed here. It's close to everything.

Arpinelli Relais – A Roman Gem!! Our stay at Arpinelli Relais in Rome was fantastic! This 1891 guesthouse, with 10 rooms, blends historic charm with modern comfort. The property is amazingly stylish, fit Rome perfectly. They have coffee maker, capacino machine, fancy shower head. Lots of art and decor throughout the building. Crazily pretty old style elevator. If anything need improvement that I have to point out, it would be the shower drain need to be unclogged.

Absolutely loved it here. The location is right in the heat of everything and yet a little oasis. The room has everything you need and the high ceilings make it feel spacious. Some notable highlights: the communication from the staff was excellent via WhatsApp and the shower was really nice, didn’t want to get out. We will certainly stay here agai.

This hotel was just like being at home. Everything was always so clean and comfortable. The staff were so kind and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Our room was right near the Trevi Fountain and because the rooms were soundproofed, we heard none of the noise from outside. We loved our room so much and plan to come back to Rome again and will be sure to book this hotel.

Beautiful property, literally two blocks from Trevi Fountain. Walking distance to everything, restaurants, main sights shopping and easy to public transportation. Very comfortable beds, good shower and good air conditioning. Itvis in a villa that has been in family for many generations. Beautifully decorated, felt like we werw stepping back in time, with modrrn conveniences. Will definitely stay again

Upgrade to superior double for the wrap around balcony overlooking the busy street corner and open up the windows for all of the sounds and smells of Roma!

We loved our stay here in Rome! Our room was so beautiful and big! Large windows with french balcony overlooking the busy streets in the heart of Romes historic center! This place is perfectly located for Trevi Fountain! Restaurants and cafe's everywhere, shops and fresh fruit stands - they sell wine! Walk to taxi stand, banks and Spanish steps 10 mins away! Lovely owners who live on 4th floor - Makarana was so lovely and helpful at reception! Would recommend!

A real find! This hotel is more a series of serviced rooms. Ours was beautiful. Very characterful showing original features of the property. The whole building was stunning and very tastefully maintained. Along with our room, there was a large communal space and a small shared kitchen. It is a minute from the Trevi fountain in a mainly pedestrianised area with lots of restaurants and tourists. It was noisy as there are old windows but we didn’t find it a problem and became much quieter into the early hours. The location was perfect for us as we walked everywhere from here. Macarena and her staff were very welcoming and check in was thorough and really helpful in learning lots of useful info about visiting the city. We’d love to stay again one day.

Exceptionally central location very welcoming friendly staff who sat with us on arrival and looked at a map with us and we’re available to ask questions from throughout our stay. They went above and beyond our expectations, we would definitely stay there again and would recommend them to others.

Great place to stay around the corner from the Trevi Fountain. Very central for walking everywhere. Special recognition to Zara who helped us with anything we needed including transfers, restaurant reservations and advice on what to see! For a 1st time visitor to Rome this was much appreciated.

Fantastic location within walking distance of all main attractions. Well maintained and very clean. Staff are friendly, helpful. Contacted us prior to our stay, very informative when we arrived and helped to arrange airport transfers.

This property was everything you could ask for. The safety to get inside was good, the staff was extremely attentive from start to finish. The location is very central, walkable food places, the hotel also has a transportation company you can set up with them for the airport or cruise port. Amazing experience overall.

The folks at this establishment have figured it out. Their service was impeccable. The property is very convenient and secure. I'm doubtful that we will be returning to Rome, but rest assured, if we do, I will be staying here again! Special props to Macarena (just like the dance). She laid out the important things to do while in Rome and also let us know what to expect regarding the Taxi fares.

Staff was super friendly, helpful and responsive to questions on WhatsApp. The room was spotless and the bed was comfy. Great location to walk to many attractions and the Metro was easy to get to.

The hotel staff were excellent from check in to departure they had a WhatsApp account to contact them for queries and acted as online concierge. The room was spacious and quiet even through a short walk from the Trevi Foundation there was no noise in the night.

This hotel was great! We were so close to the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. There were souvenir stores, a gelato store, and restaurants all around as soon as you step foot outside the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Definitely recommend this hotel. Close to Trevi Fountain and Metro and centrally located. Love the decor and superior double room was excellent with a great shower. The common area and kitchen were a nice touch. Let us checkin luggage ahead of time and staff were very friendly and provided maps and locate attraction details and history of this multi generation owned facility.. Would definitely stay here again. No restaurants in hotel but lots of places to eat near by.

The property is in an excellent location close to the Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps and great restaurants. The host was very helpful with information about restaurants and what to see. It is a lovely traditional Italian apartment. Would definitely stay there again.

This property was in an excellent location for visiting the sights. Plenty of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. No facilities for dining but there was a fridge in a room on our floor where they provided milk and you could store snacks. Tea and coffee facilities in room. Room was good size, nice bathroom and very clean. Would recommend as a good base for exploring Rome.

Firstly, the host Margarita tended to our every need. (6 middle age ladies)We had a restaurant booked ready for us & it was the best a big 5 stars. She arranged airport transfers and made sure our stay was perfect. The hotel is unique. The parquet flooring and furnishings are beautiful. The ceilings are incredible. The showers were up to date rain showers with good pressure too. Be aware, the hotel is just a street away from the Trevi fountain so is in a very busy area, you may need ear plugs if you are early to bed people but you are so conveniently placed for all the attractions. Breakfast in the little BAR, 5 doors down is highly recommended. €10. Pre book any restaurant. Highly recommend Trattoria della Stampa.
