Clean and well appointed. Bed is a little "long in the tooth" and should be replaced soon. Otherwise, a good stay. Friendly and engaging staff. Site indicated on site parking, and there was - but - at (they wont let me post the rate - but its exorbitant!) per night! Rip off! Did not read fine print before booking!

Convenient for train, metro and caves and shops nearby. Quick and easy check in an out, friendly staff and nice and quiet. Apartments are comfortable with decent little kitchen facilities. Pool, gym and spa tub looked alright.

I stayed at Quest for a work conference which was held across the road from the hotel so it was very convenient. It was a pleasure staying at Quest, very quiet and relaxing. I checked out but my flight was later in the afternoon so I had time to spend time by the pool which was lovely, clean and comfortable.

The location was terrific. The staff were not given the autonomy to solve problems, and so where there was an issue with broken appliances in my room, it took the staff a long time to resolve because they had to call various managers to determine how to resolve the issue. The facilities weren't well cleaned. The room was quite dusty and the pool and spa tub were quite dirty.

Upon arrival, bed sheeting stained, TV remote did not work, Kitchen sink plug did not work, Bathroom was not resupplied with tissues and toilet paper, Coffee & sugar was insufficient. (4 coffee capsules). When issues raised, the manager addressed the issues and accepted feedback, but this experience suggests significant improvement in service quality is required.

Being able to feel the ribbed edges digging in to my legs of the joined single beds made the bed most uncomfortable. Unfortunately when I told them they said they did have bed toppers. But why was it not there initially. The Hotels convenience to train was great though.

Good service, handy location and room was good. Detracting was the noise from next room as we had been put in a room with adjoining doors which weren’t soundproof. The queen bed was really 2 singles pushed together which was OK but there was a ridge that was very uncomfortable. Shower was very hard to adjust to required temp.

We couldn’t fault our stay at Quest St Leonards. Very easy walk from the train so made it really accessible for our arrival, departure and for visiting the city. The room was fresh, clean, modern and had all the amenities we could have wanted. Communication was quick with the staff and they were polite and helpful when needed. Bed was comfortable, with some nice space in the room.

We’ve stayed here a few times, and the service is always excellent. The staff and manager were incredibly helpful and organised, especially in arranging an early check-in for us on our recent stay. We stay here quite a bit…it’s such a great hotel/apartment - it is so convenient for everything we tend to be in Sydney for. Staff in my experience are always very helpful and polite and Train, new Metro, grocery shops and loads of great dining options are all only a short walk for the Quest St Leonards and great value rates as well. Can’t ask for anything else.

great room and very clean. Shower was a better one than usual and there was plenty of room in the shower. small kitchen items but who is cooking when there is so much around to eat out at. very short walk to trains and buses. Close stroll to Crows Nest shops and eateries. Would stay here again.
