離名古屋站步行有點遠大概 15分鐘，雖然酒店有 shuttle bus, 但平日一至四只有上午至中午 12.00 有班次，20分鐘一班。星期六及日才會上午至到晚上10:00，但要30分鐘一班。而且在名古屋站不知在那裡上車。雖然酒店附近有鐵路站，但步行都要 6分鐘，而且車費只乘一個站到名古屋要￥210，每天出行來回不化算。如果shuttle bus 一至日至到夜晚都會考慮再入住，否則出入不方便下次都不會再入住了

Das Hotel scheint eher auf Veranstaltungen ausgelegt zu sein als denn Urlauber. Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Shuttle Service zum Bahnhof fanden wir extrem angenehm. Zimmer war ok wenn gleich ein Geruch etwas störend war - wir wissen nicht woher er kam. Das Frühstück bot eine breite Auswahl mit Schwerpunkt asiatischer Speisen. Omelette wurden frisch zubereitet . Hier haben wir andere Hotels kennengelernt die mehr Auswahl oder bessere Qualität mehr europäischer Bestandteile (Käse, Butter, brotauswahl und Früchte ( hier zB auch Dosenfrüchte). Enttäuscht waren wir dass bestimmte hotelbereiche nur für Veranstaltungen zugänglich sind (Dachterrasse) obgleich Sie im Internet vom Besitzer gezeigt werden (siehe Foto) und wir uns auf einen Abend auf der Terrasse gefreut hatten. Alternativen gab es nicht da auch die Bar bzw. Lounge recht frühzeitig geschlossen wird.

They offer shuttle bus to Nagoya station and runs every 30minutes! Wish we knew this service as we walked from the train station to the hotel. We were able to leave our luggage and was sent to our room. They were very accommodating with our needs, like extra towels and pajamas for the kids. Clean and comfortable room. Will stay here again

駅に近くシャトルバスも出ていて便利です。レストランもあり良かったです。カードキーで部屋までの階に向かっている時、必ずフロントがある階に止まるのが残念です。降りる際も同じです。

An amazing hotel with good service, quick check-in & check-out, super clean and with a separated toilet room! But the biggest point for me is that the parking isn't underground or machine-style, it's simply open and you can park anywhere you want without a height restriction! As long as they keep all like that, I will keep staying there on my biz trips to Nagoya! Thanks, The Strings Hotel Nagoya!

Very nice and comfy hotel room, also clean and tidy. Surprisingly the room has microwave and washing machine which make more convenient. The dining esp the afternoon tea looks nice but didn't have time to try. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The only shortfall is not close to the Nagoya Station, but they do have shuttle bus service. Overall a very nice hotel.

エントランスやガーデンはとても綺麗で素敵でした。ただ、客室のコーヒーカップに黒い髪が付いていたり、浴室やトイレも清掃が行き届いていませんでした。レンタルした毛布には茶色い汚れがあり臭いましたので結局使用しませんでした。

名古屋駅の送迎バスのバス停留所を探すのに苦労した。HP上の案内図もわかりやすい記載が必要かと思う。朝食のバリエーションも豊でかつ美味しかった。家族連れが多く過ごしやすい環境でした。ルームについてはトイレや浴槽の見えにくい場所には埃や水垢が散見され、清掃についてはまだまだ改善の余地があると思う。総合的には満足な宿泊であったかと考える。

朝食も和洋豪華でとても良かったです。部屋の浴室の浴槽の水はけがかなり悪く常に2、3センチ溜まった状態でした。シャワー後も身体を拭き終わったらちょうど水が全てはけ足先に髪の毛や泡がついている状態でした。至急改善された方が良いかと思います。

The room is clean, but the bathroom is not OK, especially the drain of the sink full with mold in the toilet....It makes me a little sick. I think it shouldn't happen in the hotel with such price. The location is not convenient taking around 18 mins to walk to. The best of this hotel is that the lobby is very beatiful, I love it!

Our room was clean and quiet even though there are many train tracks in the neighborhood. The beds were comfortable; the toilet and bathroom were in separate rooms which were great. Customer service needs improvement; staff at the hotel lobby and restaurants on the first floor didn't appear too friendly.

Room was surprising quite narrow. I feel the size of the room should be indicated. Breakfast was fine, but did encountered impatient staff but was not bothered much by it. Guess it was just too busy at the dining area. Otherwise staff at the hotel reception were all nice. Unfortunately wasn't informed of the closure of 1 of the restaurant that we wanted to try the high tea set. End up we missed it totally. Environment was fine, Chapel is very pretty.

Everything in the room was nice, the bed, toiletries and views from the room. We could see trains passing by, including the Shinkansen but it was not noisy at all. Beautiful chapel within the hotel. チェックイン前に車を停めたくて行った所、車はまだ停められない。と駐車場係員に言われ、しかも満車ではないのに満車と言われた。せっかくホテルは綺麗だしスタッフは丁寧だし施設も良いのに、もう少し駐車場の対応の見直しをしてもらいたい。

Hotel was located about 15 minutes from the subway station/JR lines in a quiet neighborhood. Property and rooms were on the newer side. Stayed in the residence twin room which had a washing machine/dryer in the room which was very convenient. Hotel had a shuttle to/from the JR station every :30 on the weekends throughout the day. But shuttle on weekdays only available 7:00am - 11:00am. Overall great experience and would stay again.

Location: The hotel is not far from the Nagoya Station. When you walk along the street to hotel, you can see the life of Japanese. Convenient: There are few convenient shops around the hotel. You can buy anything you need. A big supermarket by Aeon is also not very far from the hotel. Environment: The hotel is close to the tracks of different train lines. But the sound insulation is very great. I could not hear any sound when the train passed by. The room is tidy and comfortable. My room could see the small church inside the hotel. It was brilliant at night.

Good to have the shuttle bus service. Hotel is just next to Zepp Nagoya, very convenient if going to attend a concert there. Otherwise, it is a bit far away from the Nagoya Station and the shopping/dining center around the station. Room is clean and spacious. Good stay! Family of 5, the 2 double beds were more like large twins, so a bit tight. Not the biggest of rooms but decent and worked well for us for one night. Very impressive entrance to hotel - our kids thought it was the fanciest hotel they had ever been to when we first walked in! Door person directed us to the 4th floor for check in. Staff were helpful and informative. It's a 15 min walk from shinkansen line entrance. Breakfast buffet was good but western breakfast items were a bit limited. Fresh croissants baked in front of you were delicious! Price was decent and good value.

Das Hotel scheint eher auf Veranstaltungen ausgelegt zu sein als denn Urlauber. Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Shuttle Service zum Bahnhof fanden wir extrem angenehm. Zimmer war ok wenn gleich ein Geruch etwas störend war - wir wissen nicht woher er kam. Das Frühstück bot eine breite Auswahl mit Schwerpunkt asiatischer Speisen. Omelette wurden frisch zubereitet . Hier haben wir andere Hotels kennengelernt die mehr Auswahl oder bessere Qualität mehr europäischer Bestandteile (Käse, Butter, brotauswahl und Früchte ( hier zB auch Dosenfrüchte). Enttäuscht waren wir dass bestimmte hotelbereiche nur für Veranstaltungen zugänglich sind (Dachterrasse) obgleich Sie im Internet vom Besitzer gezeigt werden (siehe Foto) und wir uns auf einen Abend auf der Terrasse gefreut hatten. Alternativen gab es nicht da auch die Bar bzw. Lounge recht frühzeitig geschlossen wird.

朝食も和洋豪華でとても良かったです。部屋の浴室の浴槽の水はけがかなり悪く常に2、3センチ溜まった状態でした。シャワー後も身体を拭き終わったらちょうど水が全てはけ足先に髪の毛や泡がついている状態でした。至急改善された方が良いかと思います。

The hotel is really nice and clean. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. It’s a bit of a walk from Nagoya station but hotel provides shuttle service on certain days. We didn’t try restaurants as all of them were fully booked, but there are several of them in this property.
