Hotel was nice, the staff were very friendly. The buffet breakfast was good, however the food could have been kept warmer. The lady making the made to order omelets was very nice and good at her job. The evening reception was nice, could use a better wine option but hey it’s free so can’t complain. The pool definitely needs work, it looks very dirty but must be stains all over the bottom because it didn’t seem to stir up when people were in it.

Breakfast was good with limited junk food thats good. The made to order eggs were not greasy and they had eggwhites. Room is clean, comfortable, and quiet. Gym is excellent. Reception food is vegetables, chips, and chex mix. Reception beer on Saturday night was budweiser only and accompanied a not so polite and uninterested bar tender. The other staff were great. For as much as i paid i expected a little more from the reception

Everyone was very nice and helpful . The only thing I didn’t like was the pool, chlorine smell was so strong and I have asthma so I could not use it.

Room was okay but the front staff was uninviting not friendly and I called for trash bags for the trash they emptied and didn’t replace and no one ever came. The bartender lady was Phenomenal she gave a local place to visit and it was a 10/10. The happy hour wasn’t like any Embassy I’ve been too it was very weak. Embassy

Used to and was expecting the traditional Embassy Suites layout. This was a lot smaller (rooms and building). Breakfast great as usual. Unfortunately my room wasn't properly cleaned and I could see 100's of barefoot prints all over the tile floor and in the bathroom! Disgusting to say the least. Told staff, and they cleaned it right away, but I was still skived out the rest of the stay.

Nicer than most budget or mid level hotels, but dated and dirty for an embassy suite. Normally i like Embassy suites, but this is the dirtiest and least updated embassy i have stayed at. Dust hanging from bathroom vent, tiny shower head, hairs on bathroom floor.

Everything was exceptional. Although our room, 207, had an extremely noisy HVAC system that would wake us up from a sound sleep. The system seemed to be making a loud banging noise.

The temperature in our room would not stop increasing throughout the night even when I turned down the cool setting to 59. By the time we went to check out of the room it was 80. I would say that was the only unfortunate part of the stay.

Great happy hour with snacks. Nice breakfast included. Comfortable bed. Weird TV guide, it only tells me the station not the show. Slippery tub and in the shower position it made a groaning sound. Spacious clean room, good AC. Wish there was an outlet on both sides of the bed.

We had a problem with the room. I had asked for a handicapped room, but it had not been booked in the system. The rooms were all booked. Not sure what to do. Long day of driving and did not want to move hotels. (We were offered another hotel.) We figured out a way for mom to be safe in the shower and went ahead and stayed. BUT....the management bought a shower chair for her and had it in our room when we came back. Such a relief.

This was an excellent hotel for us. The staff are friendly & helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a large variety of choices. The restaurant staff cooked individual eggs or a choice of omelets for guests. Hot & cold cereals & fresh fruits. Our room was clean & quiet. We will definitely return.

Checkout was a nightmare! I booked a two-night stay, but learned in the morning (after the normal checkout time) that THEY had me booked for only one, and they wanted me out IMMEDIATELY. I obviously didn't pack & leave quickly enough, so they CALLED THE POLICE on me!!! Fortunately, the police were kind and helpful. I don't know who messed up my reservation, but I most definitely did NOT deserve the treatment I received

The office manager at this location was top notch! She saved our bacon when we arrived at the airport late at night, and made sure the shuttle was available to pick us up even though the schedule had been blank so the shuttle driver had gone home early that night. In addition, when getting to the hotel and helping us check in, she realized very quickly that we were not with the crowd of folks in town with their kiddos for a flag football tournament, and moved our room to a quieter floor. The two things that did cause hiccups, were the fact neither Expedia or the Airport website indicated that shuttles should be scheduled about 24 hours in advance, and the voicemail for the shuttle number listed with the airport doesn’t mention the hotel name or managers name, so it was hard to tell if we were calling the right place. All in all, a pleasant stay and great experience!

Took 1.5 hours at check in until our room was ready, but the room itself was clean. Double queen 1 bedroom suite. Restaurant on site was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Complimentary snacks and drinks in the evening were welcome after a long day of travel. Would stay again despite the check in inconvenience.

Our stay was WONDERFUL, mostly due to the incredible customer service. The first morning, I overslept and got down for breakfast just after they closed everything. Instead of looking at me and frustration like most hotels, the woman cleaning up (I think her name was Amanda) was so kind and offered me coffee and something from the omelette station, as they had not yet completely shut that down. Very, very thoughtful of her, and nice to be made to feel like a welcome guest, even though I was the one who was not on time. I also had a slip and fall out at a wedding that weekend, and the gentleman at the front desk was so kind to help me with a large Ziploc bag from the kitchen to put ice in for my ice pack. They also helped my husband with the use of a wheelchair for the remainder of the weekend to cart me around everywhere in the hotel. Definitely a customer service focus at this hotel! We appreciated it so much!

Loved the hotel. Newer property with excellent design, layout and facilities. Staff was helpful and super friendly. They have a free reception nightly with complimentary drinks and snacks and the free breakfast is unbelievable! The only downside was the area it's located in. There's really nothing there. It's pretty much an undeveloped area with just a trucking yard and some small business offices. It's a little depressing but, on the plus side, it's only a mile or so from a nice shopping area.

We loved this property! My husband and I stayed with our 3.5 year old and we all loved it. The breakfast is really nice, made to order omelettes, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, etc. Great options! They also have a manager's reception from 5:30-7:30 every night and they provide veggies with dip, snack mix, chips and salsa, and cheesd and crackers. Very nice! You can also get wine and beer. The room was clean and when we requested extra towels, they brought us some immediately. Service was impeccable, Vera was amazing in the kitchen and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

I love Embassy Suites. They never miss, until this time. Every ice maker was out of order, and the usually fantastic breakfast was almost inedible. Eggs were watery and loose, bacon was overcooked and tasted like only grease, and the sausage was all burnt. Another guest warned me on my way in as he was walking out of the eating area. Great hotel, just maybe needs to tweak a few things.
