The hotel is located adjacent to the Old Mill where you will find great dining and shopping. The hotel has a large parking area. The hotel staff were pleasant, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room had an apartment sized refrigerator and small stove. I was told you could ask for silverware, dishes and/or cookware if you needed them. The unit could accommodate a multi-day or extended stay nicely. My only less positive experience was the noisy A/C unit - as the fan would shut off it sounded like a whining animal. I would stay here again, but bring ear plugs. Overall, it was a good experience.

Good hotel if you want to be walking or bike distance from old mill area and the river. But you pay extra for that. Didn’t have breakfast, or other common amenities like a pool or hot tub. You can save significant money and get more amenities, if you stay another half mile out and drive in to old mill district.

Nice extended stay type hotel. A good experience from check-in to check-out. Friendly and accommodating staff; free coffee in the lobby; a nice little convenience store. Great location near Old Mill district. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and the beautiful walking trail on both sides of the river. I rated it 4 stars only because I still have problem with the price. Probably a good price for the area, though. We will stay there again. Thank you!

We had a comfortable stay at My Place Hotel in Bend. Quick check-in and check-out. Nice thick towels. Shampoo/shower gel dispenser in the shower. Coffee available in the lounge area. A little pricey if you consider that there is no breakfast, but if I find a good deal I would consider staying here again.

Great location. A few min walk to Old Mill. 25 min walk to downtown. Lots of places to stop between the hotel & downtown. The room was clean. A/C worked well. The front desk people & housekeeping people I came across were all friendly. Lots of parking - all within easy walk to front door.

When we arrived there was a black monster truck w/o a sticker parked in the handicapped space by the front door, the lobby stunk of cigarettes as did the hall leading to our room. Not a good start

Great hotel in Bend Oregon. Easy access from highway and plenty of parking. Fast and easy check in and out. Rooms are spacious and clean with a full sized fridge and freezer. Beds are very comfortable. Very safe to walk to nearby shopping and restaurants and path along the river. Pricing is also great.

Room smelled like wet dog. It was horrible. We complained to management and were quickly dismissed with a simple apology and nothing more. We even asked to switch rooms and they flatly said no.

We (me, Trophy Husband) are on a two month road trip and wanted to stay at a place with a kitchen. This is exactly what we wanted. Note: There is a kitchen but zero items to cook or eat with. You must bring your own, which we did. Rooms facing west have great views of Mt. Bachelor. We opted, however, for a 4th (top) floor room facing east (because we didn't want to hear anyone above us). The rooms are clean with enough room to spread out if needed. But the staff, everyone I came in contact with, was polite, professional, and friendly. This location is close enough to walk to the river and Old Mill District area for shopping and dining options. My only complaint was the surge pricing for the concert that was happening on the Wednesday night during our 4 night stay. Mon, Tues, and Thurs night were all around $205 per night but Wed night was $331. We'd definitely consider staying here again.

In walking distance of Hayden Homes Amphitheater and restaurants at the Old Mill district. Clean room. We had a gorgeous view of the mountains from our top/4th floor room. Easy free parking. Coffee and tea available 24 hrs. But the bed was very hard and not comfortable.

The walls seems extra thin. Our neighbor watched TV until 2 AM and we heard every word. We also got to smell them cooking at 12 PM. (Leaky suite doors?).

Staff and hotel are great and friendly. The walls are paper thin. You can hear someone cough in the next room. Heard a couple next door getting busy, then chatting all night. The location is clean, close to Hayden Homes, but not great for sounds.

The room was clean. The noise was AWFUL! Paper thin walls. I could hear the TV of the people next to me and every step the people above me made. So loud. The kitchenette was great to have and they clean the fridges good (I've seen places that don't). Great having a large fridge and freezer and area to cook.

Darla and Josh at the front desk were very friendly. Very attentive with help printing passes and local travel tips. Locals who grew up in Bend . The hotel was extremely clean , one of the tidiest we’ve visited . And that stands out today among other declining properties . Location is convenient walking distance to the River , shops , Hayden Homes , Deschutes Brewery and more

This place is a joke, I live in the area and stayed here die to a surgery I had the following day, I had called the day before to ask for late checkout The lady on the phone said noo(12) was the best she could do and I said great! The next morning as I was georesdy. They called the room and proceeded to just breathe heavy and then a housekeeper knocked on the door and was rude to my husband. Then they shut off our keys and then the desk called and said they had no idea of our late checkout, extremely rude and uncalled for. I will never stay here again. Check In was bad as well. There was never any on at the desk and when we did the teenager just gave us keys and never did any explaining of anything Every other time they were always just hanging out behind the scenes . Im done. Never been treated this badly at a hotel before

We were passing through Bend on a long road trip and needed a place to rest for the night. We had some car trouble which caused us to arrive past the 12:00 am check-in requirement. We phoned ahead and the desk added a note to our reservation so that it wouldn’t be cancelled. Check-in went swiftly and both evening and morning staff were great.

Incredible price for the money, in my opinion. Basic, clean, quiet hotel. If you don’t believe in paying for luxurious surroundings then this is your hotel. Can walk to the Old Mill open mall so location can’t be beaten.

We made the reservation because we were going to a show at the amphitheater. We were happy to find that it was only about a 10 min walk, which was perfect for us. The room was clean and quiet. The location of the hotel was close to shopping and restaurants. We had an excellent stay. Thank you.

They don't offer a continental breakfast, but was able to order what they call "breakfast in bed," that cost $7.95. However, all they did was deliver frozen Jimmy Dean sandwiches that we had to heat up ourselves and didn't taste right, a Nutragrain bar, and brown orange juice that was undrinkable, without an expiration date. When we informed the front desk returning it, we got an "Im sorry," but still got charged for it.

Clean and spacious rooms with kitchens. However kitchens have drawers and cabinets but are not stocked with any dishes, cups or pots and pans. Had dish soap but no sponge and had to use bathroom towels to dry. Luckily we travel with plastic dishes and cups and only had food that needed to be microwaved. Large freezer and refrigerator were nice. Coffee and tea available near check-in desk. However, a room next to the housekeeping room proved to be a mistake. Staff was very loud. Although I’m glad they seemed happy, the laughter and loud conversations right outside our door early in the morning made it hard to sleep. We checked out earlier than anticipated. The location wa very convenient to the Old Mill.

Clean, a tiny bit of air freshener smell in the lobby but I’m super sensitive. No smell in the room which is much appreciated. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is an additional charge and microwave biscuits so we are skipping that.

Step up from Motel 6 - my room was dated and just kind of musky. The breakfast available is room service only, which consists of a heated up frozen burrito. Staff was nice, I just wouldn't stay in this chain again
