Really close to the airport so the shuttle takes no time at all. The shuttle service is wonderful, fast, efficient, answer the phone when you call, 100% reliable. The rooms are old, the walls had a layer of dust, unacceptable, and immediately makes you feel like you don't want to touch anything.

The rooms weren’t ready until an hour after check in. When we got to our room there was a man wearing a hazmat suit and spraying the room across the hall from us for what I assume was bed bugs. The pool was out of order and when we got back from dinner the elevator was out of order so we had to climb 4 flights of stairs. And everything in our room has stains on it, the chair, the sheets, etc. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We had a bad experience. We booked a 2 queen bed room 2-3 weeks in advance and when we checked in at 4pm, they didn’t have any available. Was told a hockey team had booked them all. They put us in a room with a king bed and pullout. Not a great sleeping arrangement for the 2 on the pullout. Then the pool was closed and no notice was given at all. They were clearly short staffed, but the staff was friendly enough. We had to complain about the noise from the surrounding rooms multiple times. The breakfast was pretty good. We will not stay here again.

Great place to stay before our flight out of Buffalo. Highly recommend. They will let u leave ur car there (for a fee) and shuttle you to and from the airport.

Hotel was good, but our room wasn’t very clean. Needs to be vacuumed around the edges and all around the bed. Dust, dirt, lint, and who knows what else was clearly visible. Bed looked like it was made by a 10 yr old. Bedding was crooked, sheets not tucked in in places, bed skirt tucked in in places, pillows not placed well. We had to pull bedding down to make sure hadn’t been slept in prior to our arrival. Hard floors were sticky. Surfaces not cleaned well. I’m not that picky but this room attendant needs to be trained better.

The rooms were dirty, dusty, unkempt with the refrigerators barely getting cold. I ran the shower for my 7 y/o to get in and the faucet fell off into the tub revealing what looked like years of mold and mildew build up. Then changed to a room with the door unable to lock, no phone and one working light bulb in the room (bathroom had light), then changed to the 4th room which was dirty, cardboard was folded and checked into the fridge cabinet to keep is closed and very dimly lit. The first room I was sent to I had no access to get in because it was occupied by another guest. I was deeply disappointed by the Hampton Inn. I booked because it’s so close to the airport but I will definitely not be staying here again. Staff was nice though.

I wanted to give five stars because the staff was amazing, the hotel itself was safe and clean, the breakfast was fresh, abundant and clean. We rented two rooms for the night. One room was perfect and the people who slept in it said they slept amazing and had no complaints. However, on to the bad....they chose that room because the other one had a smell. Sour, almost vomit smell. There were no other rooms available, as we were told when we first checked in. The beds themselves were so creaky and beyond uncomfortable. The one queen bed we slept in felt like it was broken and so hard and uncomfortable. We went to move to the other bed and then discovered the sour smell...mixed with a Lysol scent. Turned on light and saw steaks down the bed skirt. Our conclusion was someone vomited in that bed. At this time it was 2 am and we had to be up at 5:30. We went back to the other bed for the night. Worst night sleep ever anywhere. Soooo uncomfortable cannot even explain. So this is why it's hard to rate. Hotel itself, staff, breakfast and one room great. Other room, #221, horrible beds and one filthy.

The grounds were well tended. The receptionists were courteous and very helpful. The halls and common areas were comfortable and clean. The room was very clean, beds and pillows comfortable. There was a refrigerator but no microwave. The TV was an earlier model of the flat screens and could be updated.

Cool room set up. Big and clean. Furniture and window coverings felt like they were 70s throwbacks. TV remote seemed like it was meant for a different TV. That’s all minor though, solid stay, would recommend.

Hotel was clean, and staff helpful. The only issue was noise. We heard npise from the hall, and frpm the room above us. The floor was s bit squeaky on spots, and bed platforms squeaked somewhat. Beds were comfy aside from that. Breakfast was good. Would stay there again.

walls and ceilings were very thin. We heard everything around us. And the room we were in we could hear everything upstairs. They were stomping around and getting on and off the bed and flushing the toilet. Pretty frustrating.

No wifi our entire stay, shower head dripped nonstop, breakfast had no coffee for 40 mins so I gave up hoping. Pretty disappointing for a Hampton propery.

Check-in was terrible. Room keycard machine was not working so front desk staff had to escort us to our room. We could not both leave the room at the same time or else we would have to be escorted back to the room to be let in. Staff never apologized for our inconvenience, just complained on how bad her day was. Nearby rooms were noisy, probably from guests coming in late to a large concert. Front desk staff kept knocking on nearby rooms to 'check' if there was anyone already in the room when they brought of newly checked-in guest, which was annoying, especially after midnight. I have never complained about little things like towels, but they actually were VERY rough and scratchy. Overall, we won't be staying here again.

Hotel manager cancelled our room the day of our arrival. Our room was booked and paid for 8 months prior as we were attending a concert. We are senior and had difficulty raising all the funds to make this happen. Hotel reception said it was Hotels.com that cancelled our room and they had no availability. After reaching Hotels.com on the phone, they confirmed our reservation was still there, provided me with the confirmation nuimber and spoke with hotel reception stating our room was paid and not cancelled.i forgot to mention that the hotel did finally come up with a room and wanted me to pay with my credit card yet again. I refused to do so as i could not afford to be out the total price x 2. After all was said and done, 2 members of the staff at the hotel confirmed that hotel management cancelled our room due to overbooking. Please note, we travelled 5 hours to drive to Buffalo for this concert to be treated like this. I will be following up with this issue as i am in utter disbelief to have been treated like this after booking 8 months early and paying in full at the same time.

The staff were outstanding at this property. A few of us were snowed in after an unexpected storm came in which cancelled our flights. The team made sure we had food and that we were comfortable and made sure that we knew that if we needed anything, they were they to help. The rooms were clean, check in process was easy and super convenient as the airport is across the street.

Fridge didn't cool and the door to fridge cabinet.. broken. There was dark mold in the shower and sink and bathroom was missing a light fixture. Just outdated. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was missing the hot components like bacon and eggs because we were told the stove and oven were currently broken.
