The staff were wonderful. The room we stayed in was very clean. I forgot something's and they were able to provide me with the things i forgot. The only thing i wish was that the hot tub was not working. But other then that. I would definitely stay again. And BTW i absolutely loved the 70's theme you have going on there in the lobby and the rooms. Awesome...

Pool was so filthy I had to leave. There was quite literally a filthy scum build up on top of the hot tub, showing inadequate filtration. And the pool was more like dingy kitchen sink water. Pretty gross.

The bathroom smelled rancid and both outlets in between beds didn’t work as well as the wall outlets! The only one that worked was the coffee pot outlet. Bathroom was gross and smelled rancid…are the shower curtains ever washed?

Such a bad experience had neighbors wre acting like savages all night and end up fighting eachother at 4am. Called to report nose and the lady in the front desk said she CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. MEANWHILE THAT HAVE SIGNS ALL OVER THE FACILITY STATING QUITE TIME FROM 10PM TO 7AM. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

beautiful inside very clean and organized. coffee station fully stocked, fresh baked cookies always available. rooms and common areas pristine! the only thing I found poor was the upkeep of the outdoor area near the fire pit (which we could seee from our room) the brush on the hill was very over grown, and very ugly to look at, made me fear there were animals living in it so close to the patio area. other than that 10/10 stay,staff and cleanliness!

We were camping in the Poconos when a tornado struck the area, and we lost power for 3 days. We were frantically looking for a hotel in the area that would allow us to check in early. We called the Fairfield Inn, and they were so helpful! We were able to check in around 10:00 AM and our room was perfect! They were definitely a "Port in the storm" for us!
