Great location, very clean, new rooms, excellent breakfast in the morning. Staff was very courteous and prompt especially Lei. Will stay again. The ONLY “bad” thing is parking. $50 valet with in and out privileges OR parking garage nearby.

In town for event at Moody Center. Hotel is short ride to Moody or a quick walk to 6th Street. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Nice hotel. Rooms are spacious and the kitchen is nice to have. Firm beds, and was clean. Typical paper thin walls hearing anyone/everyone next to you or in the hall. Although convenient location to walk to many destinations, be prepared for the homeless folks camped around the downtown area. They charge $55 for parking, and there is a nice clean, brightly lit public parking garage 1 block down for only $20.

We were very happy with our stay at the Residence Inn. Our check in was easy, the staff were exceptional, very accommodating and helpful. Our room was spacious and very clean. The Champion's Restaurant was very nice, very pleasant staff, upbeat and friendly. Food was good, just wish the Happy Hour menu changed daily. My only disappointment is that the pool was not heated, and it was pretty cold. Other than that, we loved the location, walking distance to Congress Street bridge to see the Bats each night, awesome.

Nice and clean hotel. The room includes a fridge, microwave and a small kitchen, features that might be important when traveling with family. Two downsides, the indoor pool is small (capacity of 9 people at a time) and very cold so, I couldnt get in. The other one, I didn't see that parking is $55 dls per night, while it caught me by surprise, it is my fault that i did not see it in their description.

Excellent hotel, extremely clean and very convenient - our room was spacious and even had a very lovely kitchenette and there was a laundry room on the property. Also, killer drinks at the lobby bar! I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing breakfast, nice staff, parking a bit expensive but typical for this location downtown, the kitchen option was very useful. Only concern was the bedding was a bit old and stained. Sheets were fine, but the comforters in our room probably should have been replaced. We would stay again if in the area.

We stayed for six nights and our room was never cleaned. My wife and I both asked the front desk twice to have the room cleaned. When we told the front desk about this at check out, they offered us 500 reward points as an apology. That's worth maybe five dollars. We will not be staying here again.

Both my boyfriend and I were impressed with the hotel and really enjoyed the stay. The only issues we had were that our sheets had some gross looking stains on them and did not seem like they had been changed between guests. We were unaware that the maids wouldn't come during our stay (they come every other day apparently) and so we never got those changed or got new towels. We thought that if we took the door hanger off of our door, they would come. It would have been nice if the sheets had been fresh to begin with; but as I said, overall we enjoyed our stay and were impressed with the property. We both agreed that we would stay at a Residence Inn again! The beds were comfy, we had a full kitchen and a large bathroom. The included breakfast was also good!

The free breakfast was good, some of the valet staff were kind and helpful, the beds were super uncomfortable, and the room was always a bit too cold. Called for help with heating. I was told I needed to raise the heat temperature (by maintenance) to 78 degrees if I want the room to feel like it’s 71. Bathroom was very clean.

Great hotel and great location. Our suite was extremely well equipped with full working kitchen and overall was very comfortable. We were given a €25 credit each day to use in the bar/restaurant which we took full advantage of eating there both nights. The food and beer was delicious. Highly recommend the Champions Bar. The buffet breakfast was very good. Lots to choose from and all freshly made. We were also lucky that we were able to park outside the hotel using the street parking. Would certainly stay here again when visiting Austin.

Nice lobby facilities despite ongoing reservation. Decent breakfast. Our corner room with 2 windows and a nice view had an awkward furniture arrangement: furniture a bit crowded around desk; sofa bed (which we didn't use) couldn't be opened due to placement of drawers chest. Kitchenette was largely unusable due to refrigerator blocking opening of 4 drawers with utensils, etc. overhead light blocked full opening of 1 cupboard. Inadequate towel racks in bathroom. Either this room was in transition for renovation, or the interior designer needs to be replaced.

Very difficult to speak to staff. Hasseled by valet. No parking other than $80 valet for 1 night. Staff was rude when we finally did speak to them. Hotel under construction and didnt even stay in the hotel we booked. Stayed next door at sister hotel.

The staff at this hotel are amazing!!! They went above and beyond and were very helpful. The hotel is clean and I loved having a full size kitchen to use. My coffeemaker didn’t work and the brought one up immediately and gave me a free Starbucks. The free breakfast was great and the hotel is close to everything!!!! I usually don’t leave reviews but I highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel is in a great area. We enjoyed our stay until it was time for check out and requested valet bring our vehicle down. We waited nearly 2 hours for our vehicle. It seems they gave us the wrong ticket and had our vehicle under the wrong name.

Nice location, easy to find, not far from the airport. Good starting point to visit Austin Capitol, UT, and the parks along the Colorado River. Many good restaurants and 2nd st shopping district at walking distance. Would stay again.

The room was very nice. The staff was courteous and very helpful. Breakfast in the morning was awesome and have everything you would expect from a continental breakfast. Checking out was easy and we received our incidental fee back quickly considering we used our debit card.
