Enjoyed our time at Terrence Green Hotel Spa. We stayed the one night however, was able to enjoy a slower morning with breakfast and coffee at Salt Restaurant on main floor and even squeezed in a 30 minute foot massage in rooftop Spa Secret. Excellent service from the staff. Only feedback would be the hair dryer not working and air conditioner turned off every 5 minutes which led to a very humid and warm room.

great comfy hotel .rooms were clean large and comfy the inhouse restaurant is excellent with great breakfast and dinner too also the hotel is close to main street where you can eat out. **the hotel has no elevator so mind that if you can't climb stairs

A nice place to stay with the spa and in-house dining but no pool. Dinner service for a simple meal was very slow given 6 chefs in the kitchen and 3 people in restaurant. Had to get batteries in air con and tv remotes changed and 2 light globes replaced. Although done promptly when asked. Housekeeping in room was very good. Very noisy from 6am when kitchen staff come on duty as open kitchen and my room on first floor and from music playing in foyer. Also noisy from cars etc coming to hotel as I was at the front of building on first floor. Small wall tv not in front of beds and far away. Very dim bedside lamps so had to turn all lights on to read at night. Reception staff nice.

Le restaurant est excellent et le personnel accueillant, le spa est bien. Néanmoins sur le site il est indiqué qu'il y a une piscine alors que non il n'y en a pas sur place, il faut prendre une navette gratuite puis payer 2000 roupies par personne, je suis déçu de cela

The hotel is comfortable, clean and pretty well located with staff who were very responsive to a couple of minor issues. The main reasons I didn't give a higher rating is because of: * noise generated by some inconsiderate guests partying through the night which highlighted that the rooms are not very sound-proof * no pool nor anywhere really to relax outside your room (apart from the restaurant and reception).

I arrived later in the evening so couldn't really tell what was around the property. I went for a walk in the morning and was pleasantly surprised by the surroundings. It is about a ten minute walk to the beach and restaurants. It is in a quiet area so it was easy to sleep. They also provided free transportation which was very convenient. The room was beautiful and clean and gave a feeling of calmness when I walked into it.

The staffs here were friendly, well mannered, and caring. The room was nice but the room needs to be cleaner (i.e. bidet needs to be cleaner, saw ants by coffee/tea station). The restaurant in the hotel had delicious breakfast.

What a property. They claim to be 4 star property but they far from that. We were at front lobby with the main door closed and lights off. There was a young boy who has no clue what to be done. Mosquitos in the night and flies in the morning. They held me and my pregnant wife at the lobby without switching on the light which I had to eventually ask them to do. There is no elevator.and it is not mentioned any where. It gets worse the room that we had to spend the night in was used smoke box which means there were people smoking in the room which I suspect is the manager. I also suspect that the manger was in that room sleeping. Me and my pregnant wife had to sleep and smoke smelling room with linens smelling of cigarettes and dirty stains. What are these standards for 4 star hotel.

Well located in a quiet street a very short walk to the beach and all of the restaurants and shops. Super clean and modern. Lovely staff. Excellent breakfast, beautifully presented. Eat in the restaurant if you have the opportunity. Excellent wifi and aircon. The spa is good value for money also

Extremely noisy, every sound from the restaursnt below can be heard in your room which means no sleep until 11.30pm and woken at 6am with staff in restaurant ans music playing. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay not only in their hotel but in Sri Lanka. Very clean hotel with everything and more we could’ve needed. The food was also amazing.

On the first night, someone kept setting off very loud crackers that the entire hotel could hear and feel. Would definitely give an elderly person a heart attack. Then, there are dogs that also bark throughout the night, and on the second night, around 3am the dogs went crazy. What otherwise would’ve been a nice stay turned this into a restless stay.

I stayed in a nice big room. Ordered meet&greet service from the airport and it was spot on. Hotel manager arranged late check in (we arrived long after midnight). Few things to improve for future customers: 1) i asked for a twin bed room but got a double room (even though twin beds were confirmed) 2) breakfast is good, but servise was extremely SLOW. Wasn't a problem on the first day, but we were in a rush on the next day, and it seemed that cooks and waiters didn't care even though i repeated several times that i had a tight schedule. Ended up leaving with half eaten pancake and paid for a bread basket that never arrived.

Hotel had kind staff but neighborhood dogs and visible crack on our rooms balcony door made us not sleep much at all the night we stayed. Dogs barked repeatedly throughout the night and we had to call the front desk to quiet them several times throughout the night so we could sleep. They need better soundproofing for the rooms or assistance relocating the dogs to homes ideally if they’re strays. We would not stay here again based on how poorly we slept.

Booked pickup at airport was not adhered to. Aircon in room kept cutting out every 20 mins. Min temp was 28 celsius and so we did not get much sleep.

Food and staff were excellent. Room with Spa was a fun option. Dogs barking opposite was an unfortunate scenario. Suggest getting room at back of hotel. They bark pretty much all day and very early in morning. So if you are trying to recover from a long flight and jet lag not the best

We had an excellent stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help – we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The dinner at the restaurant was outstanding, both in quality and service. Breakfast was generous, with a choice between a traditional Sri Lankan breakfast, an American breakfast, or a continental one – all fresh and delicious. We would highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Le petit déjeuner était signalé inclus , peut être une incompréhension !! , on a demandé à qu'i soit prêt pour 6h45 au lieu de 7h , car notre shuttle partait à 7h15 Rien n'était prêt , ils nous ont placés près des fritures, insupportable ! à 7H15 voyant que rien n'arrivait , on est parti , sans oublier de s'acquitter des trois petits plats de fruits et 3 cafés pour plus de 20 € Enfin dommage car le cadre est joli

Very smart restaurant and excellent food options. Massage services also excellent. Place is a bit hidden away and area is noisy with dogs barking and equipment and the busy kitchen and restaurant area also creates a lot of extra noise. Not impressed at hourly extra charge for early check in as a VIP customer since room was ready. However overall quite good value with great breakfast a bonus.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay not only in their hotel but in Sri Lanka. Very clean hotel with everything and more we could’ve needed. The food was also amazing.

Amazing hidden gem in negombo fabulous service start till the end. We arrived 3am after 2days of flying hotel sent a driver to pick us up and helped us with everything while we were there great restaurant best dining experience staff was so professional accommodating food was delious

I arrived later in the evening so couldn't really tell what was around the property. I went for a walk in the morning and was pleasantly surprised by the surroundings. It is about a ten minute walk to the beach and restaurants. It is in a quiet area so it was easy to sleep. They also provided free transportation which was very convenient. The room was beautiful and clean and gave a feeling of calmness when I walked into it.

A great small boutique hotel. All staff has been attentive and detailed oriented. Like most was their breakfast. Hotel did not offer buffet but the course by course covered a lot of selections. The hotel is not located beach front but it was fine. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Well located in a quiet street a very short walk to the beach and all of the restaurants and shops. Super clean and modern. Lovely staff. Excellent breakfast, beautifully presented. Eat in the restaurant if you have the opportunity. Excellent wifi and aircon. The spa is good value for money also

We had an excellent stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help – we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The dinner at the restaurant was outstanding, both in quality and service. Breakfast was generous, with a choice between a traditional Sri Lankan breakfast, an American breakfast, or a continental one – all fresh and delicious. We would highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Good place to stay before starting our tour. Easy communication for Airport pick up was arranged through the hotel. The Salt restaurant was so good that we had our evening meals there on two nights.

Lovely hotel close to the beach. The Salt restaurant in the hotel is really excellent for both breakfast and evening meals. Wonderfully helpful staff in both the restaurant and hotel. Lovely stop off before flying home.

Awful experience. No hot water, aircon malfunktion, terrible extra bed, bad and expensive breakfast (they charged for milk to the coffee!!!) We where in a rush to airport and the pancake took 35 min to do and they where not good and just tiny tiny bits of fruit. So dissapointed. This was last night in Sri Lanka and all the other hotells was amazing and just perfect.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Spa was excellent ,i had a 90min massage which was the best i’ve ever had. Please pass this onto the Spa staff.The restaurant - « Salt », delicious food, a wide variety of options, the chefs looked very professional. the waitress’s were helpful even bringing a fan to the table because of the heat. We were picked up by friendly driver at midnight. I can’t fault the Hospitality, wonderful experience, thank you.
