Villa Eagle

We spent a week at Villa Eagle and didn't want to leave! The house was newly built, clean and well equipped with views from the top floor balcony across the valley to the hills beyond. Fantastic facilities - small badminton court, gym equipment and pool. Sadly the weather was a bit changeable in September so sunbathing and dips to cool off was limited, but in the hot summer I don't think we would have left the villa. Super comfy beds, and it was so quiet we slept really well. Dennis our host was lovely; nothing was too much trouble and he treated us to a traditional 'Peka' one evening. Best potatoes I've ever tasted!!

We’ve had the most wonderful week staying at Villa Eagle with our two sons. Denis was a perfect host, helping us to arrange brilliant rafting and a great local meal out. He also cooked us a bbq as a thank you for staying! The villa was gorgeous, entirely peaceful with a delightful pool. The only criticism would be that the roads accessing the villa are pretty hairy; in our not brilliant hire car it felt quite an ordeal getting there, and parking at the villa wasn’t very easy. Just make sure you arrive in the light and with plenty of time. And Omiš probably isn’t a destination for the nervous driver. That said Omis and the Cetina river are beautiful, and we will certainly be back!

Nice and big house. Perfect place for a big family with grown up children. Very helpful and serviceminded host who guided us before and during our stay. He made us a traditionel croatia menu one evening; generous and very welcoming. Deniz is a real champ. We have recommended him to our friends in Denmark. This place is stunning, even better than the pictures shows. Denis was the best host, friendly and shared a lot of suggestions of what to do, where to eat and places to see. We loved every minute of our stay, enjoyed the breakfasts at the balcony, the pool and terrace and ofcourse the possibility to play badminton 😊

Staying just outside Omiš is a great location, peace and quiet yet only a few minutes from the town. We loved rafting and kayaking and there are so many other activities we would have loved to do if we’d had more time. Denis was really helpful in booking activities and restaurant recommendations and the peka he prepared was amazing. Would definitely recommend staying at Villa Eagle.
