The staff was very accommodating and nice. I liked all of the amenities on property, and it was centrally located to nearly everything I needed.

The location was nice overall. However, it would have been nice to know that the location had multiple floors. The front desk lady put us upstairs without asking us what we wanted and the location does not have an elevator. We had to heave our heavy bags up the stairs which was not a part of our plans for our busy day. The front desk lady was largely impolite in general and even made a remark that implied I would not receive my incidental fee back while I was checking in (which I actually have not yet since I have checked out). The room did not have dishwashing soap at the kitchen sink and the laundry room did not have laundry soap for purchase nor were there any provided. Fortunately, there’s a Walmart a mile or less away and we were able to pick up dishwashing soap, laundry detergent and groceries there. The internet was painfully slow. You have to muscle your way through the painfully slow dial-up speed of the free internet just to upgrade to their “premium” internet plan for about $8 which gets you to basic speeds (10mbps for your entire party to share, to be specific). Other tenants were very loud, slammed doors, banged walls and played loud music. The shower curtain was dirty on the side facing the inside of the shower. The pots and pans were dirty as well. I believe the location has potential and has a nice design but there were a few things that just were not thought out well with the property.

The pictures made this place look great and it looked like the pictures. It seemed to be in good shape but it was nasty. There was a box of half eaten pizza in the refrigerator when we checked in. The bed sheets were dirty and had hair on them like they hadn’t been changed. There were large black spots on the sheets and some lighter brown ones that would flake up if you scratched on them. The pull out sofa bed had bits of food in it and spots on it. I originally had the place for two nights. We got in late and by the time we got set up in the room and found these issues there was no one to assist. We called the number we were given and no one answered. There was no soap or toiletries and no elevator. They still charged me full price for the night I stayed even though it was subpar. I won’t be staying there again. It’s unfortunate because the place has the potential to be really nice and the front desk personnel was great. But cleanliness is huge for me and this was seriously lacking. It appears people are living in the apartments around you and the unoccupied ones are being rented out. There was a lot of noise until about 2:30 in the morning when the music and tv and talking finally stopped. I was not prepared for that aspect as well but that’s not their fault. You should just be aware if you decide to stay there.

We came here couple years ago when its just built and today, June 2024, we revisited again. The building is well maintained, still very clean and neat. Only the thing is all Stay APT doesn’t have elevator. If you stay second floor, need to use stairs. Otherwise great property. We love it.

I thought the pillows were too hard and they don’t have breakfast or snacks etc to purchase at the front desk but that’s ok with the proximity of everything. The floors are laminate and I could hear the upstairs person walking but other than that it was very quiet. Two levels and no elevator so unless you don’t want to carry your bags, ask for the first floor. I didn’t take pics of the inside but it looks exactly looks online. Very clean. I would most definitely stay here again.

There was a cockroach found in the room, there was a lot of hair on the floor in the bathroom.

I usually dont write reviews but i felt the need in this case. I had high hope for this hotel, but I immediately regretted the decision to book here. The room seemed as though it had not been cleaned at all. Crumbs all over the floor. Bathroom was filthy, and dead roach smashed on wall. Got in touch with front desk and they were very nice and understanding, but I would not recommend this property.

Stayed here and had bugs in the bed and the sheets were not clean.

I really like the layout of the room with the little kitchen and living room area. The price is very reasonable, the staff is pleasant and the property seems well-maintained. I must say, though, that the floor in the room wasn’t very clean. I would stay there again hoping this is not their typical housekeeping.

Room was not cleaned property, had to stay at a different hotel with family members since all rooms were booked up due to concert.

Clean, spacious, quiet and up to date. Felt like home. I will definitely book here again.

It was a good experience accept the WIFI was not good at all.. kept kicking us out.. Finally gave up on using it .. That was the main purpose for the suite , . to have quiet and peaceful atmosphere for my son to be able to study and use the WiFi for his studies .. That was the negative part of the stay .

Condo style facility with lots of room. The separation of the kitchen and living space from the bedroom was very nice for a multiple night stay. Location is ideal.

The apartment's layout was great. The kitchen area was perfect. The only drawback was that the closet didn't have a door, and the shelves were limited in storage space. This was a little inconvenient since I was staying for over a week. This is not a problem if you are visiting for a few days. I solved the problem by getting a portable plastic dresser for $20 at the nearby Walmart.

We had to stay one night for a baseball tournament and the room was huge and so nice! The beds were comfortable and we will definitely stay again if we are ever in this area again!

Great property for the price! The unit was very clean and very spacious. The property was very quiet but the walls are pretty thin so if you have noisy neighbors you will likely hear them. Loved the fitness center! Great equipment, clean, and spacious. I would definitely stay here again!

Not sure what or why but there is no one to check in with or out. Not sure if they have enough people to work or not. The rooms are great but should have someone there always. The people that you do see are nice and polite.

The suite itself was very nice. However, what my husband & I didn’t like is that there is nobody working the front desk after 7pm. For us old people doing an after hours check-in was a problem. Also, for the 5 nights 4 days that we were there nobody ever came in & even emptied out the trash—let alone gave us fresh towels. No offense, but we’re paying through the nose for these rooms & customer service is almost non-existent.

My son and I loved it. Easy check-in and out. Clean and staff was so nice.

I am a gospel promoter here in Dothan area and I brought in a few groups from the Missouri (St. Louis) area and they were amazed at the hospitality shown from check in to check out. As the promoter, I was very grateful for the way that the hotel handled the reservations, the payments and how they handled the guests as well. They will forever get my business. Thanks again

New property only open 7 months, feels like a remodel of old school property. Finishes are new but feel like won't last because of lack of quality. There is easy parking and close to food options. The cooking area is very sparsely done, but full-size equipment.

Courteous staff and very clean. Missing things like hangers but we were only there for one night so it wasn’t a terrible inconvenience. If they did a breakfast it would have been a five star rating.
