OKish. No restaurant, skimpy towels, rooms a bit tatty with rusty table and chipped furniture. Beware the $8 charge for in room water, with the charge hidden deep in the TV menu system. On the plus side, good housekeeping, nice reception staff and a good location near beach and shops.

QT Bondi is in a great location, staff is envy friendly and responsive. We had the Gould suite and it was massive and well appointed but the terrace looked at a street and one entire wall was a vent that was loud so we couldn’t use the space. For this price point unacceptable and unfortunately it really turned me off. Felt like it was known and not said.

This hotel was great. It could only be better if they had USB chargers in the room. All modern hotels these days have USB plugs and it was a shame this place didn’t. It makes charging phones and devices a bit difficult. Other than that, we liked this hotel.

Si no he dejado una mejor evaluación es porque la información que comparten no es real. Ponen fotos de un Gym, que no tienen. Además, me mintieron y me dijeron que tenían un acuerdo con una mejor tarifa en un hotel que hay al lado pero es falso. Te cobran lo mismo que si no fueras del hotel.

We stayed for six nights at QT Bondi. The location is exquisite, with an excellent array of cafes downstairs, close proximity to the beach, and public transport options aplenty. Our washing machine was broken so one of the lovely ladies from reception upgraded our room and everything functioned perfectly thereafter. There is access to a well equipped gym downstairs with a 25m pool, which is great. What this hotel lacks is a standardised approach in the attentiveness and kindness of their staff. Whilst that lovely blonde lady (I’m sorry to have missed her name!) who attended to our washing machine was exceptional, the staff were most fairly apathetic and extremely hesitant about extending our checkout (to 12:30pm) despite staying there for six nights and having an international flight to catch. Good amenities in the room but some of the furniture is a little rough around the edges. We would probably stay here again as the location is divine but we do feel the experience would be enhanced with some rigorous hospitality training with the staff, considering the price of the hotel!

We had a nice stay. The only thing that was disappointing was on the website it showed a gym which we were looking forward to using but were told that it was closed and that we’d have to pay to use a gym elsewhere.

We arrived in our room and it was obvious previous people had smoked in there . Stale cigarette smell quite bad . Reception lady was excellent and moved us to another room immediately. Very professional. Rooms not at same standard as CBD QT . Quite good but needs a spruce up to compete .

Unfortunately, on this stay the property seemed tired and we had quite a few cockroaches in the room, including on the bed. When raised with staff, the response was to blame the weather but these were multiple small cockroaches and not the big ones that fly in and are harder to control so felt very much dismissed. When considering cost of this hotel, cleanliness, overall standards and response of staff not good enough.

We read very good reviews of the QT Bondi and although we loved the location of the hotel which is right across the street from the beach, we were quite disappointed. We arrived at the property before check-in time and stored our bags there. They said they would call us when our room was available but a call never came. When I called the front desk after checkin time to see if our room was available, I received a rather terse response of "it is past 3pm, so your room must be ready". No apology at all for not calling to let us know. Once we got our keys, we headed to our room. Getting off the elevator on our floor we immediately see what appears to be spilled paint on the carpet and a fairly weathered and dingy floor in the hotel. Arriving at our room we were welcomed by a terrible smell, somewhere between musty and a sewer. It was quite offensive. The only thing I can say is that we got used to the smell after a while, but each time we entered the room it hit us pretty strongly. The cost of the hotel as compared to other local properties was high as well, which made the stay that much more frustrating. Needless to say we won't staying at the QT Bondi for our next visit to the lovely Bondi Beach.

The location is excellent, could not be better situated for Bondi Beach. The hotel property is beautifully designed and has great access to local restaurants. The room was clean and spacious, however I discovered a few cockroaches in the night. When I mentioned this upon checkout the next morning, the staff barely acknowledged this to be a problem and did not offer any explanation or apology. They just assured me that they’ll spray the room before the next guest comes - thanks I guess? These things happen, just expected a bit more in customer service when they do.

We stayed at the QT Bondi for just one night in a king deluxe room. The room was very large and recently updated. We had a full kitchenette and laundry in the room! The bathroom was also lovely. We could definitely been comfortable in the room for a week. The balcony was the only disappointment but I did not request a sea view. Staff was very helpful and the location is in the heart of Bondi, a busy area.

Perfect location with the beach just over the street and supermarket right beneath and lots of restaurant in the same block. Clean room with small kitchen and with both washing machine and dish washer. A bit (too) soft beds and we didn’t manage to adjust the A/C.

The property is beautiful, great location to the beach as well as Restaurants and even a food market. Staff was outstanding, Laura Kitty checked us in, (hopefully we got the name right). She helped us get our bags secured since we were early and was absolutely wonderful as well as professional.

Great location. The whole ‘laid back’ approach is actually a bit annoying when you want to check in; find an umbrella; talk to someone. And they put a ‘cute’ sign on the desk saying ‘gone surfing back soon’. Seriously the rates you’re charging you need to up the service level!

The staff and amenities at the QT Bondi were all excellent! Love the Kevin Murphy products and the Dyson blow dryer! The mini bar was well stocked and the lovely lady who checked us in was very helpful with recommendations and directions. Would highly recommend this property when visiting Bondi Beach!

Best location you can think of at Bondi Beach. Right outside you have tons of restaurants, shops, very lively. The beach is across the street, very easy to jump in at any time. The rom was big enough, full kitchen, good bathroom. Wifi wasn't as fast as I would like, but was usable. The front desk staff wasn't as helpful as I would like, and didn't go out of their way to help. But the location more than makes up for it, would definitely stay here again.

They first didn't contact the right number to let us know our room was ready. Then our TV wasn't working and we asked them to fix it and they didn't ever come up. And it was loud in the morning and our sheets were dirty.

Loved QT Bondi! So close and walkable. Laura was a super host! She gave us recommendations and made reservations for us too. Loved staying at that place. I would definitely go back. Thank you Laura for making the start of our Australian vacation so memorable.

Mini kitchen with washer and dryer. It was like a little apartment rather than a hotel stay. Close to beach, restaurants, bus line, and had grocery store directly below. The staff were very friendly and informative. We arrived early and the staff held our bags and put them in our room while we got to walk the beach and start exploring. Very happy with the location and would definitely book here again.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, and extremely spacious rooms that are very clean. It's literally right across the street from the Bondi Pavillion. You have easy access to everything including a really nice grocery store in the same building. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Bondi.

Perfect location with the beach just over the street and supermarket right beneath and lots of restaurant in the same block. Clean room with small kitchen and with both washing machine and dish washer. A bit (too) soft beds and we didn’t manage to adjust the A/C.

OKish. No restaurant, skimpy towels, rooms a bit tatty with rusty table and chipped furniture. Beware the $8 charge for in room water, with the charge hidden deep in the TV menu system. On the plus side, good housekeeping, nice reception staff and a good location near beach and shops.

Perfect location by Bondi beach! there is a supermarket right below the hotel, so it was super convenient to buy basic things. The hotel has a small kitchen which was nice (although never used it)! It is perfectly located where there are many options for buses to take you to the major attractions or the city area. The only thing is the price of the mini bar - please place the printed price list on top of the fridge. The price of 100$ for a carafe of champagne was a little bit excessive for this hotel (you wouldn't expect that kind of champage in the bar selection) plus, it it says the prices are listed on TV but I doubt many guests will look for prices from the TV.

We recently stayed and our hotel booking for one night was $680. No breakfast included. We asked for a late checkout and were told there was no flexibility on this and we would need to pay an extra $40 for 1 hr. I explained that I thought that was a shame when we had paid such a high rate for the hotel. We did not even have a single complimentary bottle of water. Pretty poor when paying that amount. There was one receptionist and so customer service was minimal. Just really bad value and service in our opinion (for that rate).

Super cute boutique hotel with lots of in room amenities - even a washer/dryer! Staff was very friendly. They were happy to accommodate our luggage as we arrived before the check-in time. The hotel is a very short walk to the Bondi Pavillion. Lots of shopping and dining in the immediate vicinity.
