I did not give five stars for everything due to two issues - the main bathroom (we had two adjoining apartments) with the washing machine and dryer actually smelled like there was a dead rat!!! I could be related to absence of windows, ineffective ventilation and steam making things grow!! Did not see fungus! The second, every evening, someone else nicked our reserved, designated parking spot!! Otherwise, lovely apartments and a special shoutout to bloody nice, comfortable beds and bedding. It was excellent. WIll be happy to go again though not the same bathroom!!

We found stain on bed sheet so we ask for housekeeping service. However, we were being rejected as they insist they will only provide housekeeping service on the fourth day of our stay. Also, we are not happy with the security as well. Everyone from the park lot can easily access to our apartment.

The apartment was fine but it was only serviced once in the 6 nights that we were there and we ran out of soap and tea bags. We were also disappointed to find that we had an undisclosed $21 credit card processing fee after the bill was paid automatically the day we arrived. This seems excessive and needs to be disclosed upfront when booking.

Good size space with separate bedroom and bathroom. Airconditioning didnt work all that effectively though maybe because it was west facing? We had trouble putting down the small blind in the bedroom . But a very nice apartment other than that

We had a one night stay for medical appointments in the area. Room was very good overall but the table was broken and unsteady, toilet seat loose and we had to request an extra towell as only one was in bathroom for two people. Room was easy to access, bed was good, shower and bathroom good and overall we felt secure.

We liked that The property was clean and the bed comfortable. We didn't like the size - it was a very small studio apartment and this was not clear when we booked - there are no photos of the studio apartments on the website and we presumed we would at least have a sitting area. - There are no hooks in the bathroom to hang your clothes and the shower screen is rather small so water splashes out on the floor.

Apartment was on second floor and on corner of building so huge balcony. Everything was great. The only thing I didn’t like was no opening window or air conditioning in the bedroom. Was ok but had to run air con all night in lounge room which filtered in.

First time staying at this accommodation and was more than happy with our apartment. Large rooms, quiet and very clean with a comfy king bed. Well equipped apartment with washing machine and dryer also kitchen if you want to eat in. Restaurants and cafés close by for eating out. Janet at reception was very friendly and helpful during our stay. I would highly recommend this accommodation; I will certainly be returning again

Very odd check in process. The lady on the front desk wantd to scan and upload my drivers licence but could not tell me why. When I got up to the apartment the door was ajar (not confidence inspiring) and I later found the veranda door unlocked.

We enjoyed our stay at the complex, however, we did run into an issue on Saturday night where a loud party was occurring on the floor where we were. As there is no after hours concierge, we were unable to report it. Normally I have no real issue with people enjoying themselves, however, there was a lot of door slamming and unnecessary corridor noise that could have been easily avoided. The party continued until around 2 or 3am causing a very disturbed sleep for our early morning rise. It was disappointing that no form of discount was provided due to the inconvenience.

Great location . Nice property with great restaurants and shops close by. Old style cinema down the road with a cool vibe. Beware not to lock yourself out with the old key style entry. You’ll be charged a call out fee of $50 if the main office is closed . We were not cautioned about this on check in and that wasn’t appreciated.
