Absolutely spotless. Daily service amazing. No matter what I requested it was provided with a smile. The pools and restaurant were wonderful. When I come back to zihua this where I will stay. Not a single whiff of a bug which is usually a problem in smaller Mexican venues

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Del Pescador. The room was large and the balcony was great for watching the harbor. The only things that I wish were made clear were that the "hot" tub on the balcony was not hot - it was cold, and there was not an elevator.

No tiene estacionamiento, hay que estacionarse sobre la calle. El restaurante es caro, así que mejor optamos por caminar al muelle y comer en un restaurante más barato. Consideren que la tina de hidromasaje de la habitación no tiene calefacción, así que se siente más fría que caliente. Por precio, es preferible buscar un hotel a unos pasos de Playa La Ropa, porque están a la mitad de precio. La única ventaja de este hotel es que tiene cerca calles con muchos locales para visitar, caminar, comer, y el muelle, donde nos tocó música en vivo de viernes a domingo. La playa que tiene cerca no es bonita así que deben trasladarse en coche propio (20min) o transporte público a playa La Ropa, o en bote a playa Las Gatas.

Nice big rooms with fridges and a deck providing beautiful town and bay views. Clean. Nice pool area with lounge chairs right beside the restaurant. Staff helpful and responsive. We didn’t eat much at the hotel but a couple of restaurants just next door were excellent and the shops and restaurants of Centro Zihuatanejo are a short 10 minute walk away. Only drawback is music noise from the city projects loudly at night towards the hotel and the poolside music was also too loud at times however staff did turn it down when asked. I would recommend staying here.

El hotel es pequeño pero cómodo, cuenta con todos los servicios. Si van en automóvil si lo recomiendo, para que se estén desplazando a las playas, aunque no cuentan con estacionamiento, se debe dejar el auto en la calle, pero estuvo seguro. La habitación muy cómoda, todas tienen vista a la bahía.

Small intimate hotel with amazing owners and staff. All made us feel welcome and helped with our Spanish. Epic especially. Clean and well maintained. Food is a limited menu but very good. View of the bay from every room and easy 5 min walk to all the amenities. Only recommendations would be to have an accessible ice machine and to work with Pemax to remove the old gas station out front, mars the view from the hotel.

We love Villa Del Pescador. There is so much to love about this hotel. It’s quaint, clean and friendly. The view of the bay from the rooms is amazing. This hotel has old school Mexican charm! We will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Del Pescador. The room was large and the balcony was great for watching the harbor. The only things that I wish were made clear were that the "hot" tub on the balcony was not hot - it was cold, and there was not an elevator.

The owners & staff are amazing. They are so friendly & helpful. I had left my phone in a cab coming from the airport. David at the front desk called the airport taxi service; they located the phone & the hotel owner’s wife (Miriam) & her son (Dimas) drove me back to the airport to get it. They went above & beyond in order to help me. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the people. I would definitely stay again. Great location & we loved every moment of our time.

We visited late February - March and rebooked for November before we left! We love this place so much, I almost don't even want to leave a review because I want it always be available to return to. 😉 The family and staff that run it are amazing! They go above and beyond. I arrived in a frenzy because I had just left my phone in the taxi and thought it was gone for good. I use it for work. I had almost no details yet Damian (I think?) and Epic somehow tracked it down for me within hours. I certainly did not expect them to do this for me as they have plenty of other work and this is not in the job description. I love them! Miriam sings and it is lovely. Great restaurant as well. We stayed in best room ever with it's own infinity pool and balcony. I thought I'd died and gone to Heaven when I saw the view. The walk to town is approximately 10 minutes (we do walk somewhat fast). There are stairs only and a hill to climb to the hotel (which I think is the norm for places I've stayed which great view). We walked it each day but you could get a taxi for under $5 USD. Again, I love the people here. Miriam even took us to the airport in her nice vehicle. So nice! I can't wait to return in 8.5 months!!

Lots about this hotel that we really liked. It was friendly, clean, quaint and comfortable. Food and service were really good. The view of the bay was amazing! The down side was the reception area needs a little work and more welcoming in looks. There were lots of stairs from street to our 4th floor room. The hotel is a bit off the beaten path. Not close to Calle Adelita or La Ropa areas. Not too bad of a walk into town though. Great place if you are looking for a quiet stay and don’t mind stairs.

Very nice quaint little hotel in the fisherman’s side of Zihuatanejo within walking distance of Playa Principal; the staff was very friendly and helpful. And the view of the bay was magnificent.

This hotel is a great location to walk to the marina IF guests are able to walk on old stone streets. The area around seems very sketchy but the hotel itself is quite nice and the view is great! The restaurant food and service is excellent as well. We are very happy with our choice of Villa del Pescador.

Thought there was a beach with the property, disappointed there wasn’t. Only a mile walk down to a beach. Loved that it was so close to town but walk back was very long and steep, not a very nice area, but safe and it’s improving. Town was full of restaurants, shopping and a nice beach, easy water taxis to other beaches.
