Avenue Hostel & Suites

Really enjoyed my two-night stay here. Quiet place, clean, just 2 minutes from the metro .... they offer breakfast for 6 euros (eggs, bread, croissant, yogurt) and in the evening they offer pizzas which they prepare right there in the hostel.... the bed in the private room i stayed was comfortable and every staff member i interacted with was awesome.

It was nice but extremly hard to find parking and even harder to find the hotel. Staff was great room was clean. But i couldnt find it for 30 minutes and the next night im smoking out front and saw 5 people walk by it, then walk back. This could be avoided with a hotel sign.thats clearly visible and not a small wall plaque. Other than that it was great and id return with the fore knowledge of where it is. In summary a hotel sign and a short email with locations of parking lots and rates, this place would be a 6 out of 5 but until then i have to give a 4

Hostel com uma localização previligiada mesmo pertinho da rotunda do Marquês do Pombal que era onde eu queria ficar para visitar o Wonderland no Parque Eduardo VII. Assim que entramos tem um lounge super animado com o pessoal do hostel a confraternizar e a comer pizzas feitas na hora num forno a lenha enorme que fica na sala do lounge! Super animado e participas na feitura da tua pizza! Pizzas espectacularmente saborosas. Sou rapariga e fiquei num quarto misto com 3 rapazes desconhecidos e a experiência correu muito bem! Foi a minha 1° experiência num hostel e adorei! Sempre que vinha a Lisboa gastava horrores de dinheiro em hotéis e se calhar daqui para a frente irei optar por este hostel. Tem as comodidades todas! Colchão bom, almofadas boas, edredão quentinho, já que vim em Dezembro, tudo perfeito! As instalações são modernas! Obrigado e até breve.

Hotellet har pizza aften hver dag, hvor man kan få muligvis den bedste napoletanske pizza jeg har fået uden for Italien. Kan kun anbefales, og jeg vil også tage tilbage hvis jeg kommer til Lissabon igen.

Essa foi a minha primeira experiência com hostel e gostaria que quem nunca teve experiência pudesse se basear em meu comentário, estou escrevendo de livre espontânea vontade, quando eu reservei um quarto neste hotel havia planejado para passar apenas uma estadia bem rápida, e no dia do meu checkin recebi um e-mail do hotel informando que tiveram um problema com o meu quarto de casal e que haveria a disponibilidade de um quarto com beliche, porém pela situação a eles não iria cobrar a minha estadia, achei muito justo a situação que o hotel se propôs em resolver, logo ao entrar, pude perceber a organização e a segurança que o local me transpareceu, os cartões de acesso dava acesso ao quarto e ao corredor que correspondia, o local estava muito limpo, havia diversos banheiros espalhados que seria compartilhado com outras pessoas, banheiros limpos e próximo aos quartos, tinha uma ideia totalmente diferente na minha cabeça como algo mais liberal e bagunçado, e não foi isso que presenciei, o local é super simples, mas tem uma estrutura que vários outros hotéis que eu já fiquei não entrega, inclusive de bons nomes como íbis, b&b, troco facilmente alguns desses hotéis pela estadia do avenue com custo x benefício, enfim, espero que meu comentário sirva de alívio para aqueles que estão procurando um lugar bom com preço em conta, o local é muito bem localizado e possui uma máquina de café, chocolate grátis…

Great location very close to the metro. The check-in was smooth and amenities well taken care of. We enjoyed pizza for dinner in the lobby which was quite nice and convenient. Thank you for having us! :)

It was nice that a hostel offers a single room, instead of cramping strangers all in one room. I enjoyed the hostess and loved the pizza! I was surpised a hostel could be so nice!! The sign is tiny but once you discover the inside it’s very hip and vibrant and comfortable. Just make sure you close both doors to the elevator.

Hébergement très mignon , juste un coup de nettoyage serait un plus après le passage des gens dans les sanitaires communs ou au moins un produit désinfectant à disposition. Chambre propre ( mais hyper chaud sans Clim juste ventilation plafond . Acces en voiture aucune place . Frais à l’arrivée de 2 euros annoncés nulle part et aucun reçu du paiement. Alors qu’on a déjà réglé la note et les frais taxe à Expedia .personnels sympa . Je recommande mais attention au nuit chaude .

A great find in Lisbon. Nice place, affordable price. A basic hostel with simplicity, yet very clean and organized. Shared bathrooms are not a problem, as they are always clean and there is little to no waiting time to use them. The best part is the pizza they make in the common area, and the house wine is really a great choice! Highly recommend it—I will definitely return on other occasions

Loved that when I got to the room it was immaculate. Had a window I could open, and just above the street enough to catch the vibe of Lisboa. Great place

Personally I liked it, the cleanliness of the bathrooms, kitchen, corridors, very good. But I did not like the cleanliness of the room, I have never seen a place in this category, which I had to inform the reception to have it cleaned, in addition, they charged me 14 euros, quite apart from the charge that I already had paid, when I made the reservation online, it seemed to me, like an overprice, that they did not inform me when I made the reservation online..

This was my second time staying at this hostel. Its good value and close to the metro. Staff are very friendly. Great pizza available in the evenings and all the facilities are spotless.

Hotellet har pizza aften hver dag, hvor man kan få muligvis den bedste napoletanske pizza jeg har fået uden for Italien. Kan kun anbefales, og jeg vil også tage tilbage hvis jeg kommer til Lissabon igen.

The place is well mainted but my room smelled bad (like closed or someone smoked inside), the bathroom were wet most of the time and the worst has been the noise of operining and closing doors all night long that did not allow me to sleep at all.

La habitación está bien, lo malo es que nunca hacen la cama como en un hotel cualquiera, el recepcionista muy amable aunque tenía que hablar otros idiomas, no lo entendíamos mucho pero el trato muy bueno la verdad, no me gusta que no hagan la cama ni cambien sábanas, ni limpien habitación, la próxima vez le pido un cepillo y un cogedor y la limpio yo, los huéspedes no se callaba en toda la noche con voces y risas, dormimos regular, por lo demás muy bien ah y aunque no entendamos nada porque somos españoles, deberían tener una tele en casa habitación por lo menos entretenernos en verdad no lo recomiendo no me gista nada gracias

A estadia foi muito boa, nos surpreendemos muito com o Hostal, o atendimento de todos no check in foi excelente e as instalações foram ótimas, banheiro compartilhado sempre limpo e quarto também, a sacada do quarto foi a cereja do bolo.

Vi hade en varm vecka och vi bodde vån 4, utan AC. Detta funkade inte. Rummet var 50 grader varmt. Dock var detta den enda negativa med hostelet. Rummen var bra, sängarna bekväma, fläkten effektiv, badrummen fräscha och personalen var trevlig, effektiva och hjälpsamma. Hissen funkade ibland inte men den blev snabbt fixad.

Propre malgré les parties partagées, le personnel est agreable et prend soin de ses occupants. Aucune gène du bruit, l isolation est bonne et rideaux bien occultants🙂

Désolée par rapport aux personnels de l'accueil et de la restauration, mais si je mets une note aussi basse c'est parce que j'ai passé une nuit épouvantable en raison du bruit provenant de la rue (et pourtant ma chambre était au 4em étage) et le pire c'était les portes qui claquent toute la nuit la lumière allumée toute la nuit dans le couloir, qui passait largement à travers le chambranle de la porte de la chambre qui était pule en face du lit. Le petit déjeuner à 6€ était très bien et je le redis, accueil très bien également.

Ambiente silencioso, camas confortáveis e casas de banho bem cuidadas. Além de pizas deliciosas feitas no local.

Great property with friendly and helpful staff. Loved how there's the option to get the room cleaned during your stay and that there are private room options.

Vi hade en varm vecka och vi bodde vån 4, utan AC. Detta funkade inte. Rummet var 50 grader varmt. Dock var detta den enda negativa med hostelet. Hôtel bien situé, bon rapport qualité-prix, bon accueil, ambiance qui rappelle une auberge de jeunesse.

La chambre est correcte pour une nuit. Literie confortable. Par contre forte odeur de tabac froid très désagréable malgré les fenêtres ouvertes pour aérer. Accueil sympa et café offert. Ok pour une ou deux nuit si votre chambre ne sent pas le tabac. Bien situé pas loin du centre.

En el centro, todo accesible alrededor. Amabilidad y muy limpio.
