This was such a wonderful property for our visit! We are two 30-something’s who stayed for five nights for a first-time trip to Lisbon. The hotel is located on a very quiet street right off Avenida Liberdade, the most expensive boulevard in Portugal. It’s a gorgeous area, away from the more touristy crowds but accessible to all areas of the city. Very close to the Metro and many bus lines. Room was tastefully designed and clean and the perfect size with a little balcony. The patio bar and restaurant at the hotel were great. The museum across the street is a must see!! The Principe Real neighborhood is a 10 - 15 minute walk and is an excellent place for dinners and culture. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

This is such a lovely boutique hotel. I especially appreciated the soundproof rooms as there was building construction going on across the street from my room, but once the windows were closed, there was almost no sound. The restaurant 'Agua' had spectacular food, so delicious! And all staff at the hotel and restaurant were amazing. It was particularly nice talking to Anish who greeted me when I arrived with a lovely smile. Superb little hotel! I would definitely stay there again!

Personal, Frühstück, Zimmer, Lage alles gut bis super! Leider gibt es in der Nähe eine Baustelle, ab 7Uhr morgens dann Baulärm. So konnten wir nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Pool ist klein und oft schattig.

If I had to use a word to describe our stay it would be dissapointing. We’ve been traveling for 2 weeks and stayed in other Vincci hotels, shout out to Bilbao. So we selected this one just because of the brand and also because it had good reviews. APPEARANCES. The location was good near and avenue with high end boutiques. Closest metro station is 6 min walking. Reception was nice and staff was friendly. We entered the room and it was okay/average didn’t seem like a 4 stars hotel room. I mentioned appearances because while using the room it turns out that it was kind of outdated and it was pretty obvious it needed some kind of maintenance. Lights control were in the headboard of the bed. They were confusing. It you wanted to turn on the bathroom lights you needed to do it from the bed. The bathroom garbage can was the pedal kind and it was broken. Hangers were loose also the shower shelf was super loose. The shower floor was like bumpy. The cold water in the shower was hot and the hot was boiling. The bedsheets looked dirty with lots of hair. As I mentioned we’ve been traveling for 2 weeks and this was a first. And last but not least just like 30 minutes before leaving the room a man entered the room unannounced and he saw us and just left without saying a word. It was kind of disturbing.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Vincci Liberdade. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. My room was spotless, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the city. The bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended!

I saw a small stain on one the pillows which I quickly just tossed aside. The walk in shower wasn’t ideal. It used a shower curtain and water easily got all over the bathroom. I only stayed one night to catch a connecting flight. Overall very comfortable and hotel was located in a nice area.

The breakfast buffet was awesome. A really good variety of food. A little dissappointed when we checked in since we were not greeted immediately. It was awkward standing for about 5 minutes - 10 minutes, no other customers, with 2 people at reception. Once we were greeted the staff turned out to be very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was great. Food and drinks were good. Service was good. Only issues I had were the shower, when you shower it kinda seeps out and the floor gets super wet. The app requests were not answered. They do answer the phone promptly and the service staff are great. Hotel was small but clean and cozy. I would stay here again. Close to public transportation.

Friendly staff. Good location. Comfortable beds. They did insist on charging us 30euro for early check in at 11am (whereas that previously been complementary at other hotels we’ve stayed at) ie the room was ready/hotel was not very busy. I’d likely come back here if was checking in late afternoon or evening, otherwise would find somewhere that doesn’t nickel and dime.

Room was spacious and confortable, it only lacked hangers in walls where to put jackets and purse, and drawers for cloth. Staff really nice and helpful. Very quiet area away from turistic atractions, but 20 minutes walk to Chaido and 15 minutes walk to train station that takes you to Sintra. Couple of blocks to metro and bus stops.

What a pretty little hotel! Friendly staff, they literally went above and beyond to help me with a shopping confusion, and gave me recommendations for food and sightseeing. The room was a good size, the bathroom beautiful, the products in the bathroom were excellent, Nespresso machine in the room. The breakfast buffet is a reasonable price and very good, everything that we wanted to eat and more.
