Good location for airport. Easy car parking. Warm welcome on check in. Nice bar area. Room perfectly OK. Restaurants within easy walking distance. Nothing to complain about at all. Left without having breakfast so cannot comment on that.

Pefect welcome, very friendly guy! Room is fine and in good conditon. Parking is free. You can have drink at the bar. You can sit outside if you want. Location perfect for stop on the trip.

It was clean and modern, quite basic, very convenient for an early flight from Bordeaux Merignac. There are several restaurants within walking distance and one in the hotel itself. Only quibble is lack of zero alcohol beer in the bar.

Hôtel sympa sur la ligne du tram Il le sera encore plus lorsque le quartier sera entièrement réhabilité et que les travaux auront disparu Il serait judicieux de fermer le portail du parking le soir pour éviter (limiter) les risques de vol sur et dans les véhicules

Bel hôtel , belle chambre spacieuse. Personnel sympathique. Petit déjeuner de bonne qualité surtout pour le prix. Le seul bémol serait le parking qui est un peu limité en nombre de places quand on rentre tard le soir.

Habitación grande y práctica. Se aprecia tener una hervidora de agua para prepararse un té al llegar. Recepción abierta 24h, lo que da tranquilidad cuando uno hace un viaje largo y no sabe a qué hora va a llegar. Aparcamiento conjunto con hotel Première classe en mismo edificio. Eso sí, en internet pone que su propio restaurante abre todas las noches...pero no fue así el día de nuestra estancia. Afortunadamente hay otro restaurante a 5' a pie.

Easy to get to great location really nice staff quite a spacious room with tean coffee and kettle very nice surprise . Clean with a great shower . Only reason its not 5 stars all round waa because the room was set at 16 i would have thought for most 18 min ...and i prefer 20 22. Another time i would take warmer clothes or get a twin room so i could have 2 duvets warmed up once in bed but not ideal . The other reason was i had expected the evening restaurant but its shut fri sat sun ...not that clear in description ...4 restaurants visible from the front door open on sunday so not an issue really but travelling solo i dont like to go out to eat would have brought a picnic if id known . Would i stay again ABSOLUTELY ...even the lift is great airport in 10mins by tram after a great breakfast

Good option for an overnight stay.Nice staff and a good breakfast.We had two rooms.One was fine but the shower in the other had an extremely nauseating smell. The staff seemed aware of the problem with the drains.For that reason we wouldn't stay there again

Inadmissible, Chambre avec une moquette bourrée de taches et surtout odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain, la réception est venue avec un bidon d’un produit désinfectant pour les canalisations, sans effet. Obligés de changer de chambre après 3 allés et retour entre le 4 eme et la réception qui pouvait monter et nous donner le pass de la nouvelle chambre qui de plus avait un drap troué Très déçu du séjour

Nous avons déposé nos bagages dans notre chambre, et avons senti une odeur désagréable dans les sanitaires. Nous l'avons signalé à la réception puis nous sommes allés diner à l'extérieur. Quand nous sommes revenus dans notre chambre, l'odeur était encore plus nauséabonde ! Nous avons été obligés de nous lever dans la nuit pour ouvrir la fenêtre. Nous avons signalé cela à la réception qui nous a répondu que "c'était la faute des femmes de chambre..!" On ne nous a présenté aucune excuse ! L'adresse de votre hôtel est à oublier .

Loger au 4 étages, celui ci doit être en travaux vue l état des moquettes et des murs , mais aucune information donné lors de la prise de là clés. La chambre 419 devrait elle aussi être refaite surtout la moquette décolorée et tachée .

Nos 2 chambres auraient mérité un bon coup de rafraîchissement la peinture s’écaille sur les murs, et la moquette du sol est dans un triste état avec des traces d’auréoles. Par contre tout le personnel est sympathique.

Et mettre le chauffage à 15, au mois de décembre, impossible de le monter, quand on va à l’accueil pour dire qu’il fait trop froid, il vous le débloque pendant deux heures avant 21, puis le remettre à 15h dans la nuit, c’est une inadmissible

bonjour, RAS sur l'hotel chambre propre, mais le personnel sauf le dimanche 11/06/23 la personne de l'acceuil était aimable,mais la personnel de ménage étaient très désagrèable ainsi que la personne qui se trouvait au restaurant le dimanche soir mal aimable nous sommes allées manger a l'éxterrieur je trouve ca vraiement dommage car ce n'était pas le but

This area was convenient for accessing the airport. The service at front desk was unfriendly and dismissive. Check in staff was rude throughout the interaction. Then, we discovered that one of our rooms was extremely unclean with a pervasive odour of urine. We asked for help in addressing this. We were unable to switch rooms and were told that the room could not be cleaned again. Front desk said that they would come with products to deal with smell, but nobody came. It was a very unpleasant stay, to say the least. I would not recommend this hotel.

Le séjour s'est bien passé sauf au check in. La chambre que j'ai réservée n'a pas été retrouvée par l'accueil de l'hôtel. J'ai réservé avec Hotels.com, et les info ne sont pas bien transmises. J'ai dû réservé une seconde chambre, en payant sur le site, et là par miracle, les 2 réservations sont là!!!! J'ai perdu 30 minutes

There are roadworks around the hotel that make it very difficult to access. We phoned for advice and staff said ‘Just use your GPS’. The car system was useless but Google Maps found the way. Rooms are smallish but OK, restaurant is OK and we probably should give it another chance when roadworks are completed.

Habitación grande y práctica. Se aprecia tener una hervidora de agua para prepararse un té al llegar. Recepción abierta 24h, lo que da tranquilidad cuando uno hace un viaje largo y no sabe a qué hora va a llegar. Aparcamiento conjunto con hotel Première classe en mismo edificio. Eso sí, en internet pone que su propio restaurante abre todas las noches...pero no fue así el día de nuestra estancia. Afortunadamente hay otro restaurante a 5' a pie.

Easy to get to great location really nice staff quite a spacious room with tean coffee and kettle very nice surprise . Clean with a great shower . Only reason its not 5 stars all round waa because the room was set at 16 i would have thought for most 18 min ...and i prefer 20 22. Another time i would take warmer clothes or get a twin room so i could have 2 duvets warmed up once in bed but not ideal . The other reason was i had expected the evening restaurant but its shut fri sat sun ...not that clear in description ...4 restaurants visible from the front door open on sunday so not an issue really but travelling solo i dont like to go out to eat would have brought a picnic if id known . Would i stay again ABSOLUTELY ...even the lift is great airport in 10mins by tram after a great breakfast

Le séjour c’est bien passé. L’hôtel et la chambre très agréable. Dommage que nous soyons tombés sur la fermeture du restaurant en cette période. Nous avions choisi cet établissement pour ce service car après une grosse journée de travail cela nous évitait de reprendre la voiture pour manger à l’extérieur

J'ai beaucoup apprécié cet hôtel. Seuls bemols le petit-déjeuner très limité surtout le lundi. Dans la chambre on a changé les serviettes de douche (alors qu'elles étaient sur les porte-serviettes donc inutiles de les changer) contre des petites serviettes main, pas pratiques pour une douche

Hotel was clean, furnished minimally with IKEA type furnishings. Good for short stay, en route to airport. Conveniently located on tram route, and very near Bordeaux airport. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast had a variety of cooked foods, and fruit and yogurts.
