以前も利用させていただきましたが、今回も快適に過ごさせていただきました。駅からのアクセスもよく、江南エリアや他のエリアにすぐにアクセスすることができます。ホテル内にジムがあるため、ホテル滞在中にもフィットネスをすることができました。客室のベッドは非常に広々として快適で、窓も大きく景色も楽しむことができました。唯一の要望は、化粧台の前に椅子が欲しいということです。今後ご検討いただけますと幸いです。 I stayed here before, and once again, I had a very comfortable stay. The access from the station is convenient, and it’s easy to reach the Gangnam area as well as other areas quickly. Since the hotel has a gym, I was able to work out during my stay. The bed in the guest room was very spacious and comfortable, and the large window allowed me to enjoy the view. My only request is that I would like to have a chair in front of the dressing table. I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider this in the future.

I wouldn’t come back. It was an ok place to recover from jet lag (aka sleep), but the room was dark and uninviting. It felt like a hostel. The gym was very minimally equipped, and the cafe was not appealing.

BTSの聖地としてFESTA期間に6泊利用させていただきました！すぐ近くに昔の宿舎など聖地も多く、ARMYにおすすめのおしゃれなホテルです。ルーフトップバーや1階のカフェも居心地がよくてお気に入りでしたが、カフェはもう少し朝早くから営業してくれるとさらに良いです。仁川空港間のバスがすぐ近くに発着している点もとても便利でした。ただ、シャワールームがガラス張りで丸見えなので、友人と同室の際に部屋も狭いので行き場がなく、かなり不便でした。入浴中だけでもカーテンやシェードなどで隠せるように工夫してほしいです！改善よろしくお願いします！

Could not fault it, staff were lovely. Hotel was amazing, cafe was well worth it in the mornings, and a wonderfuly place to sit and sort out your day. Rooftop bar was a let down, limited seating, very compact, but lovely none the less. The rooms you could not fault, they really utalised every small bit of space, the bed was built in and extremly comfy. Smart tv so we could watch netflix, the shower was better than any other hotel, the pressure was perfect for a rainfall shower. Honestly would not wished for anything more, we were here for two weeks and we knew we were paying for a small room but we managed fine with all the space.

何度もリピート宿泊していますが、部屋によって下水の匂いが上がってくる部屋があります。少し前のブティックホテルでしたが、全体的に劣化してきている感じはあります。スタンダードな部屋は狭いですが、ベッドは広く、寝に帰るだけなら十分。料金も良いのではと思います。また、駅近でロケーションがいいのと、駅の出口はエスカレーターが使えるのがありがたい。なんだかんだバランスがよく、また泊まると思います。

We loved many things about staying at Cappuccino. Firstly, the location is perfect and very close to the subway station which made getting around very convenient. The staff were very helpful and kind. The room is small but very comfortable. The bathroom is great, and spacious. We slept great in the cozy bed. We would definitely stay here again! A few things to note that aren’t necessarily deal breakers- 1. Very close to a high traffic street and we did hear the noise at night, even more so when we would open the window for cool air to sleep which brings me to 2. The A/C automatically switches off at 10pm and heater goes on, with no option to switch back, making it hard to sleep with the heat. We would turn the heater off and open the window. 3. While the whole place is very clean and well maintained, I noticed several places that the walls have drips and splatter from other guests which was off putting, especially by the toilet. The paint seems like a matte finish so I understand it being more difficult to clean but it shows everything.

The triple room was too cramped. Not enough space to store all the luggages and no where to sit except on the beds. Need to improve the size of the room if you tend to have triple beds

I can't say I hated it or felt uncomfortable. It was very small for the price range and it wasn't as good as a motel. I didn't have enough space to leave my luggage. Quite a small room with a huge bed. Barely space for luggage. But the location, cleanliness and price makes this a worthy place to stay if you are traveling either with family or friends as the bed extends from wall to wall so our kids don’t fall and I don’t have to build safety nets on the side of the bed like I normally do.

Convenient for accessing public transportation, the subway is a few minutes walk away (though very deep and takes a few sets of escalators to get down to platform). There is also a bus stop with frequent buses which we ended up using on most days. The room is not very spacious as expected, merely the hallway and no space around the bed. The washroom is with a mirror sliding door. When closed it conceals the toilet but the shower is see through from the room. No issues with noise, overall decent stay!

I was impressed with the helpfulness, friendliness, and professionalism of the staff, most especially with Mr. Harry Hong and Boyeon Choi. Mr. Hong and Ms. Choi provided me with helpful answers to my questions and gave me information about the local area. In summary I'm pleased with my stay at Hotel Cappuccino, and I'm planning to stay there again when I return to South Korea.

Here is a concise and friendly review you can use: --- Hotel Cappuccino has a great location and a charming boutique atmosphere that gives it real character. Unfortunately the room I stayed in was far too small to be comfortable for more than one person, and the front desk service left a lot to be desired. We were not provided with the tax free voucher needed for an airport claim, which was disappointing. If I were traveling alone and wanted to stay in this neighborhood I might consider returning. For anything else I would look elsewhere, since the property does not live up to a true three or four star standard. It would be helpful for Hotels.com to update its rating.

The hotel room doesn’t even have spoon for guests and when requested, they said they don’t have and only lend you some plastic spoon. What nonsense! This is not some cheap budget hostel! Staff was not friendly nor helpful at all. There are better options. Please avoid.

Great first stay at Hotel Cappucino. Room was smaller than other western rooms, but was expected as per the pictures. Even though the room was small it was very functional and clean. Bed was comfy and enough pillows for a great nights sleep. Best thing about the hotel was the staff ! They were extremely helpful, to non-korean speaking guests and assisted us greatly when we were trying to organise SRT/KTX train tickets online. This was our first hotel of our trip to South Korea and was a great start.

This hotel had a cafe on the main floor (which had amazing drinks), and a restaurant on the top floor (which I never tried but I heard good things about it). Our room was so nice and the bed and pillows were super comfy. The plugs in the room had to had transformers, but the front desk let us check out transformers to use. The hotel was near two entrances to train stations, so it was easy to travel around. My one complaint was that the hotel is right next to a heavy traffic street, so we would hear a lot of honking during daylight and nighttime hours

Es un hotel super bien ubicado, en avenida principal con acceso a transporte muy completo, estacion de metro a una cuadra, parada de autobus en frente y hay un autobus que te trate del aerepuerto y te deja frente al hotel y ahi mismo tomas el bus de regreso, zona de negocios con muchos restaurantes y atractivos. muy comodo, un lugar tranquilo y limpio. La amabilidad y calidez del personal que atiende es muy buena. Volveria a reservar aqui en mi priximo viaje? sin duda!!!

徒歩15分で江南まだ歩いていけます。最寄りのオンジュ駅はあまり便利ではなくどこに行くにしてもだいたい乗り換えが必要です。ホテル付近が勾配がすごい坂がたくさんあるので荷物を持っていると大変だと感じました。ウェルカムドリンクを1日分いただき、ホテルを出る時にアイスコーヒーが飲めました！レイトチェックアウトも無料で13:00まだのチェックアウトにしてくれました。このホテル自体日本人も多く安心して泊まれる場所というイメージです。エアコンの操作は難しく、勝手に切れたり、温度が変わったりしたのが不便でした。

Who needs to be seen in the shower or on the toilet?? On a hilly slope for those with walking issues, please note, but relatively near subway, and across the road from airport limousine bus.
