전체적으로 호텔 서비스가 좋아요~ 확실히 5성급호텔이라 친절도가 달라요~ 짐 옮겨주시는 분들, 카운터 계신 분들 등등 만족할만했어요! 그리고 호텔 안에 운동 시설이 진짜 좋아요~ 제가 만약 근처 산다면 매일 운동 끊어서 다니고 싶을 정도였고 사우나 시설이 작긴 하지만 만족할만큼 좋았어요! 주변에 맛집도 많고 편의점도 두개 이상 있고 편리했어요~

Room was clean but on a bit smaller side. When we try to exit the rear parking lot with a car, the gate would not open. Parking attendants were no help. I had to go inside front desk to open the gate remotely. This happened every time for two nights I stayed. This was very annoying enough that I would look for another hotel with better parking arrangements.

A nice hotel in a good and convenient area and reasonably well priced. I don't however think it is worthy of 5 stars and the other hotel I stayed in Jeju nearby last year was probably better (but rated 4 stars). Either way it is a nice hotel and the facilities (no pool but a sauna) were good and well maintained.

周辺にはたくさんの飲食店やコンビニもあり、ご飯に関しては困りません。少し歩けばショッピングも楽しめるところもあり、チェジュの市街地を楽しむ立地としては大満足です。レンタカーを借りて宿泊しましたが、駐車場への入り口が表と裏で2カ所あり、裏から入る場合は路駐が多い路地から入ることになるので、表のメイン道路から入ることをオススメします。ジムも無料で使えるので、暇つぶしにもなります(トレーニングウェアは必須)。サウナルームには、サウナとシャワー、4人ほど入れる浴槽がありました。

Hotel is located in a very safe area with lots of restaurants around it. Location is quiet and staff are really friendly and welcoming. Very helpful with recommendations of restaurants too! 👍 There’s a small casino in-house as well as a fitness centre and sauna.

The staff check-in, concierge and housekeeping were very friendly. I did forget a pair of glasses in my room, and they had located it and sent it to another hotel for me enroute with my vacation plans. I was very grateful for this. I was disappointed that the casino closed at 10 pm, we came back quite late on both nights and were not able to see it. I would recommend this hotel though.

This is one of the best hotel i ever stayed at ! Its super clean, the staff are super helpful. The foods are very good. They even offer a free shuttle going to the airport but we werent able to avail it coz our flight is around 9 am and their first shuttle bus leaves at 9:30 am. But overall experience is great !

Our family of 4 had really enjoyed staying at this lovely hotel where staff were very polite and friendly being very helpful. Their sauna and gym facilities were wonderful. I would recommend other family and friends to stay here for sure. Thank you so much for everything!

My granddaughter and I had a wonderful stay. Hotel was spotless and centrally located to shops and eating places and a 10 minute drive from the airport. The airport bus stops in front of the hotel. Staff was really helpful ordering a taxi for ourtrip to airport. Thank you.

5성급 호텔임에도 청소상태가 불량했음. 배정받은 방에 들어갔을때 입술자국이 찍힌 케이크초봉투가 있었음. 이후대처는 당직지배인께서 오셔서 사과해주시긴 했지만 불쾌한 경험이었음. 주차장이 협소함 골목쪽에 있는 주차장은 입구 양옆으로 차를 가득 대놔서, 출차가 힘든데 해당 부분 수정이 필요할듯. 부대시설에 대한 안내가 전혀없음.

The hotel itself was good. Parking at the hotel was easy and the staff was friendly. The room was extremely hot as they turned off the air. We slept with the window opened but it only opens a tiny bit.

The hotel is located in a very good location with shops and restaurants close by. Everything was great till our last night there when the air conditioning became poor. During the entire summer night, the temperature in the room did not go below 29 degrees Celsius which made it uncomfortable to sleep. Otherwise, I would have given a better rating.

Das Jeju Sun Hotel liegt im belebten Geschäftsviertel von Jeju City und ist vom Flughafen aus in wenigen Minuten mit dem hoteleigenen Shuttlebus zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind schallisoliert und absolut ruhig. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Frühstücksraum, der sich zum Teil unter einer riesigen Glaskuppel befindet, die südländisches Flair ausstrahlt. Das Frühstück selbst mit koreanischer und europäischer Speiseauswahl ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Checkin was smooth. service staff was prompt in our request when the aircon was turned off . They opened the windows and provided a fan. Room was spacious. There is airport transfer from hotel to airport hourly basis from 930 onwards. We enjoyed our stay here. Cons Hope that they are more flexibile in the free drink for expedia members. They only allowed coffee. Another hotel in myeongdong allowed us a selection of drinks as not all guests are coffee drinkers.

The staff were incredibly attentive, professional and polite. My room was clean and roomy. The location was within close walking distance from restaurants, shopping, and Lotte Duty Free, where many day trip tour buses picked up for site seeing. Would stay there again.

The staff were very professional, polite and attentive. The room was clean, modern and I liked the small touches which showed that they were thoughtfully designed. For example, every power point/socket is catered to any type of plug so you don't need an adaptor! The location was perfect, right in the middle of a lively hub and we wished we stayed at this place a few more nights.

The picture was a little deceiving as it looks like the building is stand alone. When you arrive it is in the middle of Jeju City and in the midst of multiple buildings and hotels. Convenient and very close to the airport.

Great hotel and amenities! I just wish it had a pool and a dinner option because their lunch menu is excellent. They could improve on breakfast and add some more variety. The location is great if you don’t want to be at the beach. Shopping and restaurants are very close, workable distance. Mr. Cho Bae was one of the most amazing, kind and hard working people we ever met! Also Mr. Michael C. was very sweet, welcoming and hospitable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends or family.

Meh. Kind of average. Could do better (and probably pay more) or do worse (and probably pay less). Room I was in was completely analog, lol. Lightproof but definitely not soundproof. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Breakfast had decent selection but nothing was exceptional. Close to airport.
