Honestly, you get what you pay for. If you are on a budget and just need a rest this place will do. But. Not recommended for females alone, or families with kids. The place is scary. You park wherever there is space, which can be far from your room. Front desk lady is always pissed. We booked a room for 3 and asked if there was an extra bed and bedding for our kid. She said she has no idea.( yup! No idea!!!).Then she said well if its not a pull out bed we'll just have to share the bed. The sheets in the room were definitely used,hair and crumbs on them, no blinds just really old curtains. Everything is very run down and is scary. The free breakfast consists of a doggy bag as she wont let anyone into the dining area. Bag had 1 apple, one boiled egg unpeeled and a half of a muffin. Oh and they do have the audacity to charge $150 damage deposit, like there is a way to do any damage in a place where even the couches are broken and the pull out bed had the mattress falling thru. For $30 more you can get a place at a Hilton or Marriott with a pool, safety, and proper unlimited breakfast.

Its very handy to where we needed to go. Excellent prices for a clean, quiet room to basically sleep in. Parking got a little tight but overall, great experience. I have stayed here previously and will do so again on future trips.

It has ac, a mini fridge and a coffee maker. The free breakfast is nice and the staff was awesome. The building is old but that doesn't bother me. Having none designated parking is plus for me. Getting there is difficult but thats Edmonton roads in general.

Got bed bug from this place. When I called them they didn't seem to care and was rude towards me. Now I'm in extreme pain and discomfort from this. Also when using the rooms stove top it died half way through, also the power breaker tripped while using. Would steer clear away from this place unless you want your family chewed alive by bed bugs.

The room has no thermostat. The heat blew all night. I covered all the registers and open the window. The bed was supposed to be queen size, but only 58 inch the coffee maker didn’t work.

i guess you get what you pay for. the pictures online are very inaccurate. there was duct tape holding up a damaged wall. sheets were very discolored. bed was a bit lumpy. no thermostat, so at times it was really hot, other times, kind of chilly. clean but shabby. this woild not be my first choice for future trips.

The front in staff at time of check in was a lovely and pleasant experience. And housekeeping was attentive and extremely helpful. But when I called front desk the day before I left the girl who answered to phone didn't sound very pleasant. Has a kitchen with stove but, no utensils or pots and pans which is strange. But, it was nice either way. The room was alright. Old looking for sure and mattress is very old and uncomfortable. There is a loud banging noise that happens every so often I have no idea what that noise is. Bloody loud and annoying. Wakes you up in the middle of the night or jump starts your heart during the day.

Staff was helpful and courteous when asked. Unfortunately the only 2 major down sides were that the first night we stayed we had no heat as it had not been turned on yet. And second because of the room we were in was so far away from the Wi-Fi router we had spotty internet at best if at all.

Not a bad hotel, but probably my worst room in awhile.... no cold water, weird complaint i know. Couldnt shower cause the water was soooo hot. The room was also like a sauna even sfter turn the heat off and turning on 2 air-conditioner units. Barely slept cause of the heat. Literally like sleeping in the heat of a foreign country.

We accidentally booked the wrong type of room the night before our young son’s emergency surgery and I deeply regret choosing this place. While check-in was quick, the manager was completely unhelpful and curt, handing us the key and saying only “101.” The room itself was unacceptable. The furniture looked mismatched and neglected, and the gap under the door was so large we could see daylight and easily slide objects through and it was clear pests could get in. The bathroom was filthy, with visible dirt, dust, and hair, and the toilet hadn’t been cleaned properly in ages. The bed was made over a stained, old brown blanket that clearly hasn’t been washed, and the room only had two pillows, no real comforter, and a single chair to sit on. We explained the situation, acknowledged our booking error, and offered to pay the difference for a better room. Instead of helping, the manager coldly told us we’d need to pay full price for a whole new room and handed us a single towel and a thin comforter. That was it. At 10 p.m., stressed and exhausted, we packed up our child and drove to a real hotel that treated us with compassion and care. This property is dirty, poorly maintained, and completely lacking in basic hospitality. If you value cleanliness, safety, or even basic kindness, stay far away.

The staff during the day was very nice and accommodating. Great people skills. The lady in the evenings was very rude. No people skills. The photos on Expedia do NOT match with reality. The first room given to me: The blanket had blood stains. The bed sheet had urine stains. The toilet seat had s**t stains. There were flies and insects everywhere. The AC units didn’t work. When I told the lady she was not happy to hear that, didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, but she did give me another room which was a bit cleaner. So I did appreciate that. I hate giving bad reviews but I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Ever.

Very basic continental breakfast, coffee not fresh, not enough made for all guests. It was nice to even have this for free though for the price you pay for the rooms here. Check-in lady was very friendly, but the guy at check out was rude and not helpful at all and basically recommended I should stay at a different place if I didn't like it there. The credit card deposit was over-charged, which they apologized for, but then said it would take 3-5 business days to refund when it could have been done sooner in my opinion. The room itself was adequate for what we paid for and was quiet enough that I was able to have a good sleep. Room was clean and housekeeping came around regularly to check if we needed anything. Overall, I would not recommend this place unless it's a short stay and you can't afford anything better. Better to treat yourself and book somewhere else.

I stayed there in Jan 22-23. Had a second charge for deposit taken off, was told it was a glitch and it would be cleared on my card in 2-5 days. It's been over a week and still they haven't refunded the glitch charges.

Don't restock rooms automatically or point this out when checking in. Left us a half roll of TP for a two night stay. It's cold, dirty, and clearly in a sketchy neighbourhood. Debated booking a different place when we arrived, and kinda wish I had.

You can definitely tell this is an old motel. However, it is affordable and meets basic needs. It works if you're just looking for a quick overnight stay. The location is relatively quiet and close to WEM. The only major downside is the breaker would trip if a light was turned on when the window unit air conditioner was running and you have to call the front desk to get the breaker reset. Not an issue on a cooler day i would like to think.

The property is a nice quiet location. We booked it last minute for our stay in Edmonton. They have a continental breakfast, with your basic needs (Coffee, Cereal, milk, bread, pastries, Yogurt, etc..) the rooms were quiet. The only thing that we were uncomfortable with was how cold it was. The heat wasn’t working, or it wasn’t turned on yet (not sure if that’s a thing) but they had some nice comfortable blankets.

It wasn't bad. It was a clean, quiet place to stay. Cheap for a kitchenette. Definitely, would recommend for shift workers, but not for a family or couple get away. Breakfast is not as advertised, it is a bagged breakfast with a yogurt, apple, cookie and pastry.

I've stayed here several times. It is less expensive than most. Nothing fancy but clean and quiet. Convenient location. Offers 'continental breakfast' Real Cream would be nice. I'll stay here again because its great for just a good place to sleep.

Had to ask for breakfast which came in a paper bag and consisted of an apple yogurt and muffin. Pictures are very misleading. There’s no access to the breakfast dinning room. The bedrooms are gross and there was hairs on the “clean towels” and pubic hair in the shower. The sheets and couches were stained and had an odour. Very disappointed with our stay.

Staff was nice and friendly. Room smells musky and like smoke. One of the reason I booked here was because it says free breakfast but upon checking in when I asked they said it was a take out breakfast I’m guessing like a muffin in a bag or something. I’m glad I’m only her one night I would not stay beyond that.
