Parking was expensive, but there is a pay lot right next door for less than half the price. 24 hr gym is nice, decently equipped. Place is overall clean, affordable, and a decent location, there is a liquor store right downstairs too.

We stayed here for one night to go to watch the Oilers game the hotel is nice, clean & comfortable and offers a huge hot tub and workout room. They have a good dinning option for breakfast and dinner. Was a 15 minute walk to the Roger’s Arena so perfect for games/concerts.

There was poop on the toilet seat when we arrived and nothing looked very clean. Everything around the hotel was very run down. The room we were in had a joint door to the next room making the fights the couple had next door even louder all night. The elevator sometimes took 5 minutes to arrive. The bar was incredibly slow. It took 45 minutes to get one drink and pay where I had to constantly remind them we wanted to leave and needed the bill. Nothing convenient is around the hotel so you're stuck with this bar and the bad staff. I will definitely never stay here again.

My room. The blankets had brown stains all over it, asked for a new blanket due to the stains, and I was given a small comforter/blanket compare to the original one. Towels both had stains on them as well. I took photos of the room as it was absolutely disgusting.

We stayed in room number 315 and it wasn't cleaned properly before check in. One glass piece poked on my wife's heel. Again next day morning we found few more glass piece near live in sofa. Definitely they need to concentrate on cleaning.

Parking was great. Room was nice but not sure it was properly cleaned, we found takeout food left in our refrigerator. The property looks modern but there were alot of homeless and intoxicated people loitering outside the main entrance all day and night. However, once inside this wasn't an issue. I would highly reccomend using the underground parking facility.

The room wasn't very clean, there were leftovers form a previous guest in the fridge, and the shower had hair in it. It overall didn't feel very clean, the bed was hard the AC was loud. The TV was broken and I couldn't get the wifi working. Took me 3 tries to get ahold of room service. Would not stay again or recommend. The front desk manager was very good and eficient.

The room we stayed it was very spacious, clean and had a beautiful view. But we were kept up all night with a banging noise from above. We stayed two nights and both nights were kept awake. We were on floor 10 near the elevators. We were unsure if it was the windows the roof or the elevators. But I would not stay again on the same floor. We loved the connivence to downtown and the lovely lounge on second floor. The underground parking was heated and spacious.

This is a bit of an odd hotel -- really nice, great location and relatively affordable for a weekend in the big city but the oddity comes from the size of the rooms. The rooms are massive but the lay out is odd. There are lamps sort of hidden in weird spots, the furniture is sparse so the room seems really empty, and the tv is placed in a weird spot on the wall opposite the bed and the couch but sort of half-way between both of them so it is hard to watch from any spot. The bathroom too is huge but for what? It has a shower, a toilet and a vanity -- then about 60 sq feet of nothing. And you almost need go-go gadget arms to reach the toilet paper from the toilet. Again, odd but also again, the room is nice as is the hotel, its just a little odd. We also found it strange that we had just 2 towels, a hand towel and no face clothes. Or that we had a Keurig and coffee pods but no coffee cups (ceramic or cardboard). Its all just minor nit-picks, overall we really enjoyed the hotel and the staff.

i chose this hotel based on the pictures of it but we arrived it was absolutely nothing like the pictures shown, very disappointing. The pictures showed this beautiful grand modern lobby however it was small and nothing like advertised. The area surrounding the hotel was extremely sketchy. Boarded up building with a group of people hanging around it all night, police came by twice to remove them. we were charged $35 to park underground in the hotel, as guest of the hotel i think thats crazy considering the choices of outdoor public parking in a run down area were the only other options. The Hot tub was nice and the room was clean and comfortable. The tvs in the rooms aren’t equipped with access to netflix or anything, not even a guide that shows what’s on, no microwave either. All in all we won’t be back and i don’t recommend it.

We had to book this room as our Vrbo cancelled last minute. The room was ok, dated and slightly worn down (carpet had come unattached at the bathroom leaving the nail board exposed, few stains on the wall etc ) not that I would usually complain about these things, but at $1250 per night, and the highest tier of room that the hotel offers, I did expect it to be flawless. I’m just happy they were able to get the ac working after we checked in, it was 85* upon entry to the room. All in all it was clean and located close to our venue. Front desk staff was nice and courteous. I have stayed in other high end hotels at nicer rooms for half the price ( Davenport, Marriott’s etc ) I understand surge pricing but this was a tad bit ridiculous.

For a room that cost $371 and didn’t even have AC! We were appalled with the treatment we received from the staff at Double Tree Hilton in Edmonton Downtown. After realizing the ac was not working, my partner and I spoke to the front desk in person that night and was told that most of their hotel rooms acs were not working. We asked for fans and they had none they could offer nor did they have a maintenance man on site. The hotel room was 88 degrees Fahrenheit and as a result, we did not have a peaceful sleep (if we managed to get any sleep at all). We even attempted to the cool the room down by leaving our door open into the hallway; as it was cooler in there than in the room. The next morning - we did mention about the heat and the lack of working ac. As a result, the staff waved the $35 parking fee.. which was not even an eighth of what we wished we could had been credited back. Perhaps even $100-$150 back would be better. All in all, will never stay here again.

Easy to find. Parking was good outside but unable to park in the parkade because of angled door. Rooms were great, but didn’t like the glass bathroom door. The light shined right through the door when everyone was sleeping and someone would use the bathroom.

My family and I arrived at 2:00 am in Edmonton. The check in person was so rude. She advised us that we were "late" for arrival and would need to wait an hour to be issued keys to a room. She said the problem was that we booked through Expedia. We had to wait one hour while the check in desk person completed her audit. We booked a major hotel with a 24 hour check in desk so that we could arrive late and go directly to bed. I complained about the service to Expedia. The manager of the Hotel did call us in the afternoon the next day to offer us breakfast after. That person was very understanding and explained that this was not usual and that it had been a busy night earlier. We had a very bad experience with check in. The actual hotel is very nice.

Staff was the worst i left my wallet at the airport wouldnt even let me check in , then get all that sorted and i got for a smoke at 1230am while my wife is sleeping come back dont have a key card wouldnt let me up to my room theb called my wife she came down and then they wouldnt let us both up because she didnt bring down her id. We came from our room what more did u want. I almost had to call the cops to let me go get my stuff out the room the security gaurd did nothing but stand there in fear. I wit was my wifes anniversary and we didnt even get a chance tp eat our 150$ room service because how terrible our night went. Dont stay here at alll might be a nice place but thats how they sucker u in

Awful check in. They said there couldn’t be early check in before and not to show up to before then and we we showed up the checkin line took nearly two hours to get checked in. They only had two people working with over 40 people in line. Awful checkin process

Check in process was long and drawn out. Finally able to check in through the app as waiting in the line up to check in was about 30 min long. Get up to the room i checked into and it had not been cleaned from the last guest who was there. Garbage unmade bed dirty etc. Went back to the check in desk and was not offered any additional incentives for my inconvenience. Do not recommend this place other than it was close to the hockey arena.

I stay here yearly or more. I love the facility but the area has become very deserted and unclean over the years with homeless people and garbage etc. Don't really feel safe walking at night.

Stayed here as we were in town for an Oilers game. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Rogers Place, part of which you can do fully indoors. The area directly around the hotel isn’t amazing with lots of boarded up windows but walking back from the game we did not feel unsafe. Room was good - lots of space and the bed was quite comfortable. Only minor issue was we couldn’t figure out the bathroom door lock but perhaps just user error? Even though the hotel seemed busy for the game, there was ample room in the underground parkade (yes, the entry/exit doors to the parkade are a bit odd, but the parkade itself was fine). All in all, would stay here again in the future.

Breakfast as not included as stated. Other than that it was a beautiful hotel with underground parking, but you have to pay for parking, it was not included. Lovely staff though. It's in a sketchy part of Downtown Edmonton, when we arrived there was a firetruck and Ambulance on the same block dealing with an overdose. The next day there was a fight so we had to walk 6 blocks out of the way to avoid it. Yikes!

The front desk clerk was friendly. The room was very clean. The hotel overall was okay but there’s no pool!!. Just an oversized hot tub which is not the same especially if you have children. I stayed on New Year’s Eve. Booked to have a nice dinner at the restaurant’s hotel. And the service was terrible! I waited 1 hour to be asked what I wanted to drink and then another hour for the food to arrive and the restaurant was empty!! I honestly was so disappointed…prices were average and the drinks were a bit high for such service…I won’t go back there.
