1) Bei der Anmeldung wollte man meinen Personalausweis sehen und eine Kopie machen - die Kopie war irgendwie selbstverständlich, aber als ich gesagt habe, daß ich nicht will, daß mein Ausweis kopiert wird, konnte ich mich auch ohne Ausweis anmelden. 2) Das Hotel ist schalldicht zur Straßenseite, doch hatten wir im Haus vom Sa 28. 10. auf So. 29. 10. zwei Feste, wohl auch wegen Halloween; den Anschlag bzw. Rhythmus hörte man durch das Mauerwerk durch. 3) Die Toilettenspülung eine Etage höher oder des Nachbarn hört man, ist aber nicht störend. 4) Es gibt eine Taschenaufbewahrung mit Abholschein. 5) Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig im 8. Obergeschoß. 6) gut ist die Nähe zum Hbf (ca. 200 Meter) 7) das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, doch fehlt etwas typisch deutsche Herzlichkeit. 8) Das Zimmer innen war zur Sauberkeit konzipiert (Holzboden) und sauber gereinigt. 9) Das Fernsehen funktionierte schlecht, da der Fernseher die Qualität der Kabelverbindung beanstandete; die Programme waren aber mehrfach eingespeist und am Ende kam man zurecht. 10) Für WLAN gibt es einen Code mit Benutzername und Passwort an der Rezeption.
