This is a very funky hotel with very cool rooms which are spacious and contemporary. The pool is a great addition and very welcoming after a hot day out and about in puerto princesa. What really makes this hotel is the staff. The service is outstanding, everybody we interacted with was very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. We had dinner both nights in the restaurant and the service their was world class, the staff should be commended, the perfect balance of efficiency and friendliness. This has to be the best hotel in town!

Nice if you are doing a quick stopover as it is right next to the airport. My rooms walls were cracked and didn’t have towels when I first arrived. The staff is nice though and they do offer tours, but didn’t have a chance to use it. There is also a cute dog that walks around the property.

Room needs a deep clean. There was someone's long black hair all over in shower walls. Bathroom where toilet area was, had drips of something running down the walls. Carpeted area was torn up pretty bad and filthy. Internet sucked most of the time.

Everything is good except that the room when we arrive there’s no bath towels. We have to call the housekeeping department for them to deliver some towels. The place is a mix of modern tropical vibe. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Good breakfast selection in the morning which is great. Great water pressure in the sink and shower. Cons: a little bit pricey if you decide to eat at the restaurant on premises. The pool is dated and needs to be updated. Need better wine selection and bartender to mix cocktail drinks. We ordered a glass of Chardonnay and mojito and it was the worst Chardonnay I’ve had in my life. The mojito was too sweet as well. Crappy WiFi - no signal in the hotel rooms, so can only use it in the lobby or downstairs.

Perfect transit spot after arriving at the airport from Cebu. We arrived early evening and decided to stay and take the five-hour car ride to El Nido the following morning. Very spacious room, comfortable, and quiet. Highly recommend to stay here and travel to El Nido the following morning.

Restaurant was very inexpensive with excellent food at dinner and breakfast. Hallways at floor level are not air-conditioned, and the noise from hallway and elevator was frequent in my room that was close to the elevator. ask for a room away from the elevator. I'd stay here again.

LJ and the other front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. They made sure that we made our van connection for a tour when things got communications with the trip director got complicated. With an early morning departure for the airport, they packed us a breakfast for the road. Loved the in-hotel restaurant and bar. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the airport so that's why we choose this accommodation, everything was going well until at check out they make you wait 5-10 min to check the room if something is damaged or missing, they told me some bedsheets where stained with what appears to be hair dye, nobody in our room dyes their hair, so they charged me 90 usd, no chance to prove they where wrong, having stayed in hotels all around the world this is definitely a scam, I have evidence in photography in case, I would not recommend staying here.

We had a great stay at Canvas Hotel, definitely would rate it a solid 5/5!! The hotel is near the PPS airport and they also have a shuttle service. We were not able to stay for breakfast because we have an early flight, but they were very kind to offer us a packed breakfast to go and the food was delicious! This hotel is highly recommended and would absolutely book again when we go back to PPS! To all the staff of the hotel, thank you for your warm, amazing, friendly service!

The restaurant was great and the location of the hotel was perfect for our 2 night stay. The first room we stayed in for the first night had a few issues but they were kind enough to allow us to change rooms for the second night and it was much better. The staff were all amazing.

The aesthetics in the hotel were very nice. Everything worked and staff were very friendly. Pasalubong right across the street. Was able to easily get tricycle to SM and jeepney to Kain nato restaurant. Only complaint was that the hotel was proactive in asking what time we wanted the airport shuttle, but then it was 11 minutes late and it made us nervous at the airport.
