my room was pretty small nothing special. the only to see tv was to see it from my bed. the hotel has no room service that means if you need extra towels you must go down to get it. the surrounding area is not nice at all. if you go anywhere with in few hundred yards you see a lot of people shooting drugs or selling right in front you. the only benefit is its right across the main train station so you can get there with in few minutes.

Leider Sehr laut trotz geschlossenen Fenster, da man den Verkehr und die Sirenen sehr gut hörte als ob das Fenster geöffnet wäre. Unter dem Bett lagen noch Taschentücher. Das Badezimmer war jedoch Sauber. Der Service war super und die Angestellten sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider hatte es kein Babybett gehabt.

Location was OK, but large bleach stain on the carpet outside of the elevator. Room did not seem clean and our garbage was not emptied when we checked in. The towels are super old and frayed on the edges and gray in color. This hotel definitely needs a refresh.

The hotel is very close to the Frankfurt Main station - very convenient if you want to visit other places - Mainz, Cologne or the airport. Also there is a lot of stores nearby. The whole area is a little sketchy but I had no problems. It is about 15 minutes to the Old Town. The room was cleaned daily .

It wasn’t as clean as portrayed. The room was not the greatest. There was duat on the table lamp, and the table itself. I was met with a hair on pillow. Overall, beside the location, nothing is the best for this hotel

Not a pleasant check in experience. Room was smelly, helped that rooms had big windows to open. Nasty stain on wall and carpet looked like a cup of coffee had been thrown down. Area adjacent to hotel was awful. However convenient to Station and good shower

Rooms were very nicely done and the staff was very helpful. The bedding was great, room was a good size, shower was top notch. The decor was modern and had clean lines. The only issue we had, and it really didn’t bother us, was the street noise was pretty loud. The hotel is on a busy street so rooms on the street side will be noisier. It quieted down about 9:00 - 9:30 so it worked out fine for us. I definitely will stay here again.

Excellent hotel. Breakfast was good and the staff was great. Pillows are flat and only air, but the rooms do allow you to control heat and air, which most hotels won’t allow based on the season. Major issue is the area. It’s a big city and the hotel is next to a huge train station and liquor store, so there’s construction, noise, drunks, etc. Roght across the street from the train station, which is excellent, but the city is busy, dirty, and, and noisy.

I arrive to hotel at 9:00 am from an overnight flight, was way to early for normal check-in time. Wonderful staff manged to get me checked in by 10:30 am! I was so thankful because i was super tired. Because of this, and the hotel itself, i will be staying there again.

O hotel é bem confortável mas aconteceram alguns incidentes com o staff na recepção e no café da manhã que foram bastante desagradáveis. No checkin, a recepcionista não pode encontrar a reserva e quando encontrou informou que não estava paga, o que não era a verdade. Se eu não vejo o valor na máquina de cartão, ia acabar pagando duas vezes. Mas até aí tudo bem. Ela verificou novamente e viu que enfim estava paga. Na manhã seguinte, fomos tomar nosso café da manhã e já estávamos colocando os itens no prato até vir uma senhora de dentro da cozinha falando que não não estava incluído no quarto e que teríamos que pagar pelo café. Isso no meio de todos. Só que já havíamos pago o café da manhã no momento da reserva. Em vez dela, como em qualquer lugar, perguntar o número do quarto, ela já acusou de não termos pagados e cobrado no meio do salão do café! Tivemos que largar nossos pratos e acompanhá-la até a recepção para que o recepcionista informasse que já havíamos pagado. Enfim, o staff foi extremamente rude e no momento do erro constatado por parte deles, não houve sequer um pedido de desculpas. Péssima estadia e jamais recomendaremos esse hotel.

inicialmente dramática porque estando confirmada a reserva, a informação no chekin era de não existência de reserva, com o constrangimento de o hotel estar sem disponibilidade de quartos. Após insistência foi-me disponibilizado um quarto sem luz ou o mínimo de conforto, apenas cama, na cave. No dia seguinte o chefe da receção logo pela manhã informou-me que tudo estava normalizado disponibilizando um quarto normal. Péssima experiência.

The Frankfurt provided what we needed for our short stay. Closeness to the train station and walking distance to the Christmas Markets was great. We didn't like the area it was surrounded by so much, but we made it work.

This Hotel is convenient for the train station. Sadly there is much work going on in the area and there are some problems with people out front who are a bit frightening. The Hotel needs a bit of updating and painting and the carpets need a good cleaning. The front desk staff were very helpful and if you walked a block towards the river the neighborhood improved quickly.

The hotel is close to the train station, so traveling close or up to a couple of hours was very convenient. The only bad thing has to do with getting hit by second hand smoke when you walk outside the hotel. It’s not the hotel’s fault, just be aware that smoking is more prevalent here.

This is a comfortable, clean and reasonably priced hotel near Frankfurt HBF (Main train station). We used it for our last night in Germany to easily get to the Frankfurt airport. The staff was friendly, and while we didn't have breakfast, it was available and looked like a great selection. We would certainly stay there again if our travels take us through Frankfurt.

Das Zimmer war wie auf den Bildern, also ganz ansprechend. Leider ist der Schallschutz bei dem Zimmer Richtung Hauptbahnhof sehr schlecht. Ich habe mehrmals überprüft, ob vielleicht das Fenster offen ist. Das Frühstück war auch eher mäßig. Keine veganen Angebote, kleine Löffel nur aus Holz, keine Zitrone für den Tee (alles trotz Nachfrage).
