Good location near market, supermarket and nice local cafes. Access to airport easy via taxi. Staff very helpful answering requests and questions. Breakfast very nice.

Convenient location close to everything restaurants, shops. The staff was really nice and helpful, one thing also is good is it quiet at night great for families.

la habitacion limpia con los servicios en buen estado. Los empleados del Hotel muy amables y dispuestos a colaborar cuando lo requerimos. El desayuno buffet estupendo! manténgalo así, es un PLUS.

O hotel internamente é razoavelmente bom. O pessoal é solícito, atendem bem. Porém, a estrutura não é adequada. O quarto estava um pouco mofado, o chuveiro não esquentava (estava muito frio, uns 8 graus em Cusco) e não tinha aquecimento interno. Tive que solicitar um aquecedor, o que fui atendido.
